On the other hand, the excessively high water content in the wood powder can convert water molecules into water vapor in the processing process of the composite material, so that the unstable phenomenon in the extrusion and injection molding processes is caused, and the phenomena are represented as irregular foaming, abrupt change of mechanical properties and melt fracture caused by local excessively high water vapor pressure in the composite material.
