Abstract
The invention discloses a control method and a control device of an air conditioner and an air conditioning system, wherein the air conditioner also comprises an ion generator, and the control method of the air conditioner comprises the following steps of S1: acquiring blowing noise at an air outlet and ion noise of an ion generator in real time; control step S2: the working voltage value of the ion generator is controlled by comparing the blowing noise and the ion noise. According to the control method, the noise value is detected and compared in real time, and then the working voltage of the ion generator is dynamically adjusted along with the wind speed, so that the optimal sterilization and energy-saving effects are obtained, the noise of an air conditioning system is reduced, and the user experience is greatly improved; in the adjustment process of the ion generator, the adjustment amount of the working voltage can meet the requirement of ensuring the optimal sterilization effect while reducing noise.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to home appliances, and particularly to a method and an apparatus for controlling an air conditioner and an air conditioning system.
Background
When the existing air conditioner is used, a room needs to be sealed, and air cannot circulate, so that the quality of the air is poor. Generally, set up ion generator in the air conditioner, ion generator sets up at the evaporimeter back, and the operating voltage who improves ion generator is favorable to promoting the air quality, but the voltage rising leads to the electromagnetic noise increase of the LC oscillating circuit of the inside boost circuit of ion generator and transformer, and can't eliminate completely, has reduced the comfort level of air conditioner.
The existing solution is to gradually reduce the discharge voltage, gradually measure the noise value, and measure the voltage meeting the noise value under the mute condition. Detailed Description
In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, a control method, a control device and an air conditioning system of an air conditioner according to the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a control method of an air conditioner, the air conditioner further includes an ionizer 6, the ionizer 6 is disposed at an air outlet of the air conditioner, the control method of the air conditioner mainly includes the following steps:
acquisition step S1: acquiring blowing noise at the air outlet and ion noise of the ion generator 6 in real time;
control step S2: the operating voltage value of the ionizer 6 is controlled by comparing the magnitudes of the blowing noise and the ion noise.
As shown in fig. 2, before the obtaining step S1, the method further includes a starting step: when the air conditioner is started, the controller starts the ion generator 6, and the ion generator 6 operates according to a preset working voltage value. Generally, when the working voltage of the ionizer 6 is actually measured at 2KV at present, the ion noise is not greater than the blowing noise of the silent wind speed gear, the noise requirement of the silent wind speed gear is not greater than 20dB at present, and the noise requirement of the highest windshield is not greater than 45dB, so that the preset working voltage value of the ionizer 6 can be set to 2 KV.
In the control step S2, the MCU controller obtains the blowing noise at the air outlet and the ion noise of the ionizer 6 through the sound detection sensor, respectively, and compares the blowing noise and the ion noise;
when the ion noise is smaller than the blowing noise, the MCU controller controls the voltage regulating driver to increase the working voltage value of the ion generator 6, the increase of the working voltage value is 50V-100V, the regulating amplitude of the working voltage is small, and the phenomenon that the ion noise is suddenly increased due to the surge of the voltage to influence the use experience of a user is avoided;
when the ion noise is larger than the blowing noise, the MCU controller controls the voltage regulation driver to reduce the working voltage value of the ion generator 6, the reduction of the working voltage value is 200V-300V, the electromagnetic noise of the ion generator 6 is rapidly reduced, the electromagnetic noise can not be heard by a user, and meanwhile, the maximum ion generation amount is guaranteed to be output.
When the ion noise is detected to be 3-5dB lower than the blowing noise, the adjustment quantity of the working voltage value of the ion generator 6 is 0, and the working voltage of the ion generator 6 is between 0 and 4 KV. The MUC controller acquires noise values once every 2-5 s. If the user turns off the sterilization function, a voltage of 0V is output, turning off the ionizer 6.
As shown in fig. 3, a controlling means of air conditioner, air conditioner include the casing, set up the wind channel in the casing, wind channel one end and shell top surface's air intake intercommunication, the other end in wind channel and the air outlet intercommunication of casing bottom set up evaporimeter and fan in the wind channel, the air conditioner still includes ion generator 6, ion generator 6 sets up the air outlet department at the air conditioner, controlling means includes:
an acquisition module: the air conditioner is used for acquiring blowing noise at an air outlet of the air conditioner and ion noise of the ion generator 6;
an MCU control module 4; for comparing the blowing noise and the ion noise acquired by the acquisition module to control the operating voltage of the ionizer 6.
Wherein the acquisition module includes first sound detection module 1 and second sound detection module 2, and first sound detection module 1 sets up in the air outlet department of air conditioner for acquire the noise of blowing, and second sound detection module 2 is close to the setting of ion generator 6, is used for acquiring the ion noise. The first sound detection module 1 and the second sound detection module 2 may be microphones.
The control device further comprises an AD conversion module 3, the AD conversion module 3 converts the sound signals collected by the acquisition module into electric signals from analog signals, and the electric signals are transmitted to the MCU control module 4.
The control device further comprises a voltage regulation driving module 5, and the voltage regulation module regulates the working voltage of the ion generator 6 according to the comparison result of the MCU control module 4 and outputs the working voltage to the ion generator 6. The voltage regulation driving module 5 is a PMW stepless voltage regulation driving circuit, and the circuit is the prior art.
When the MCU control module 4 judges that the ion noise is smaller than the blowing noise, the MCU control module 4 controls the voltage regulation driving module 5 to increase the working voltage value of the ion generator 6, and the increase amount of the working voltage value is 50V-100V;
when the MCU control module 4 judges that the ion noise is larger than the blowing noise, the MCU control module 4 controls the voltage regulation driving module 5 to reduce the working voltage value of the ion generator 6, and the reduction amount of the working voltage value is 200V-250V.
When the ion noise is detected to be 3-5dB lower than the blowing noise, the adjustment quantity of the working voltage value of the ion generator 6 is 0, and the working voltage of the ion generator 6 is between 0 and 4 KV. The MUC control module acquires a noise value at intervals of 2-5s every time.
The invention also provides an air conditioning system which comprises the control device of the air conditioner.
According to the control method, the noise value is detected and compared in real time, and then the working voltage of the ion generator 6 is dynamically adjusted along with the wind speed, so that the optimal sterilization and energy-saving effects are obtained, the noise of an air conditioning system is reduced, and the user experience is greatly improved; in the adjustment process of the ion generator 6, the adjustment amount of the working voltage can meet the requirement of ensuring the optimal sterilization effect while reducing noise.

when the ion noise is smaller than the blowing noise, the MCU controller controls the voltage regulating driver to increase the working voltage value of the ion generator (6), and the increase amount of the working voltage value is 50-100V;
when the ion noise is larger than the blowing noise, the MCU controller controls the voltage regulating driver to reduce the working voltage value of the ion generator (6), and the reduction amount of the working voltage value is 200-300V.
