A hydraulic system is a system that uses fluid to transfer energy, and is often used in heavy-duty, high-power operating conditions. Since the development of hydraulic systems, the advantages of large power-to-mass ratio, compact structure, high transmission efficiency and the like are widely applied to various industrial fields. Hydraulic systems are generally divided into two main parts, one being a hydraulic transmission system, the other being a hydraulic control system, the hydraulic transmission system having as its main function the transmission of power and motion, and the hydraulic control system being intended to make the hydraulic system output meet specific performance requirements, in particular dynamic characteristics.
A complete set of hydraulic systems is usually composed of four parts, namely a power source, control elements, actuators, and accessories. For actuators, hydraulic cylinders are most typically used. The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuating element which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and does linear reciprocating motion or swinging motion, and has simple structure and reliable work. When it is used to realize reciprocating motion, it can omit speed reducer, and has no transmission gap and stable motion. The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is in direct proportion to the effective area of the piston and the pressure difference between the two sides of the effective area; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder barrel and a cylinder cover, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffering device and an exhaust device. The damping device and the exhaust device are determined according to specific application occasions, and other devices are necessary. In some special fields, because the load is large, the power is high, and more importantly, the stroke is long, the designed hydraulic cylinder body is heavy, and the cylinder body is long. When having special requirement to the pneumatic cylinder operating mode, only one side of pneumatic cylinder is fixed usually, and the other end is the suspension state, and the pneumatic cylinder of suspension one side often has sunken trend and can produce radial displacement because of the effect of self weight and load, and the displacement is mostly the pitch arc, and this friction and the nonlinear error that has just increased the system make system dynamic behavior worsen. In actual work, the hydraulic cylinder is often closer to the ground, and a limiting device is arranged on one side of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the problem that the hydraulic cylinder sinks and shakes is difficult to solve.
At present, related supporting devices only aim at fixed hydraulic cylinder bodies, few supporting devices can be in a limited space, the supporting height can be adjusted, and the supporting devices can follow the radial movement of the hydraulic cylinders, when one side of the supporting devices is limited, the hydraulic cylinders with one ends fixed and the other ends movable work, the working efficiency and the working precision of the hydraulic cylinders are greatly influenced, and the service life of the hydraulic cylinders is greatly reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a hydraulic cylinder supporting device, and through design and improvement of related supporting devices, a hydraulic cylinder roller supporting follow-up device which can support a hydraulic cylinder body in a limited space and is adjustable in supporting height and can move radially in a certain range along with a hydraulic cylinder is obtained, so that the working precision and the working efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder are ensured, and the working life of the hydraulic cylinder is prolonged.
