Abstract
The invention discloses a tearing knife device for a shield machine, which comprises a knife box, a knife holder, at least two tearing knives, a rotary driving mechanism and a locking mechanism, wherein the knife box is provided with a knife box body; the cutter holder is rotationally connected to the cutter box through a rotating shaft; the tearing knife is arranged on the knife holder along the rotating direction of the rotating shaft; the rotary driving mechanism is connected with the rotating shaft to drive the rotating shaft to rotate so as to enable the corresponding tearing knife to rotate to a working position; the locking mechanism is connected with the rotating shaft so as to lock the rotating shaft after the corresponding tearing knife rotates to the working position. The invention can realize the tool changing without entering the soil bin manually, has the characteristics of high tool changing speed and high safety, and improves the continuous tunneling service life.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tearing knife device for a shield machine.
Background
At present, a tearing cutter for a shield machine is a leading cutter of the shield machine, and the ground breaking principle is that the tearing cutter is arranged at the foremost end of a shield cutter head. Under the action of kiloton thrust of the shield tunneling machine, the cutter point is directly inserted into a soil layer, the soil layer is directly torn and loosened along with the rotation of the cutter head, the cutter head is commonly used for tunneling in soft soil below 20Mpa or completely weathered rock geological layers, and the cutter head belongs to a main cutter for tunneling the shield tunneling machine in the soft soil layer.
The service life of the tearing cutter serving as a main cutter is about 1 kilometer under normal conditions, the service life is greatly reduced when the tearing cutter is suddenly changed into a severe form or is improperly operated, and if the tearing cutter is not replaced in time after the cutter is worn, the shield machine cannot normally tunnel.
At present, three modes of changing cutters in tunneling are provided, firstly, under the condition that a tunneling stratum is relatively stable and has less water content, a certain reinforcement measure is taken for the tunneling stratum, and an operator enters a soil bin behind a cutter head of a shield tunneling machine to change the cutters under the normal pressure condition; under the condition of unstable stratum, if the stratum is rich in water and easy to collapse, after a plurality of reinforcing procedures are needed to be carried out on the geological stratum of the tunneling surface, air with certain pressure is applied to the soil bin, so that the geological stratum of the tunneling surface is kept in a stable state within a certain time, and professionals with diving quality are asked to enter the soil bin under pressure to carry out short-time alternate tool changing; and in the third situation, when a severe geological formation is encountered, the cutter of the cutter disc of the shield machine is clamped, the tunneling geological formation is very easy to collapse or contains toxic gas, and under the condition that the former two cutter changing modes cannot be adopted, a vertical shaft needs to be drilled in front of the cutter disc of the shield machine from the ground, and after the vertical shaft is reinforced, an operator enters the vertical shaft to perform open type cutter changing.
The first two tool changing modes not only have high accident risk, but also consume time and construction cost, and the third mode needs to consume a large amount of financial resources and greatly prolong the construction period, and if the ground does not have the condition of drilling a vertical shaft (a building or under the water surface), a method with higher cost is needed.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide the tearing cutter device for the shield machine, which can realize the cutter changing without entering the soil bin manually, has the characteristics of high cutter changing speed and high safety, and improves the continuous tunneling service life of the tearing cutter device.

As shown in fig. 1, a tearing knife device for a shield machine comprises:
a knife box 1;
the tool apron 2 is rotatably connected to the tool box 1 through a rotating shaft 3;
at least two tearing knives 4, wherein the tearing knives 4 are arranged on the knife holder 2 along the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 3;
the rotary driving mechanism is connected with the rotating shaft 3 to drive the rotating shaft 3 to rotate so as to enable the corresponding tearing knife 4 to rotate to the working position;
a locking mechanism connected to the rotary shaft 3 to lock the rotary shaft 3 after the corresponding tearing knife 4 is rotated to a working position.
As shown in fig. 1, the number of the tearing knives 4 is three, and the three tearing knives 4 are uniformly distributed along the rotation direction of the rotating shaft 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the knife holder 2 is provided with a mounting groove matched with the corresponding tearing knife 4, and at least part of the tearing knife 4 is inserted into the mounting groove and locked.

a worm wheel 51 connected to the rotary shaft 3;
a worm 52 in meshed connection with the worm wheel 51;
and a power mechanism connected with the worm 52 to drive the worm 52 to rotate.
