Background
In the oil and gas exploitation process, because the oil-water relationship of an oil reservoir is complex and is controlled by different fracture-cavity units, water sealing exists locally, and meanwhile, the bottom of the oil reservoir has active strong bottom water, so that the phenomenon of water breakthrough of an oil well can occur. The following hazards are easily caused by improper treatment of water breakthrough of an oil well: 1) stopping the jet of the oil well: the water content is continuously increased after water breakthrough, and the weight of a shaft liquid column is increased, so that the blowout of the self-blowing oil well is stopped; 2) collapse of an oil well: the cemented loose rock is damaged, so that an oil well collapses, and even an oil layer is completely collapsed or the oil well stops production seriously; 3) residual oil cannot be extracted: the premature water breakthrough of the oil well can cause the formation of a dead oil zone in a reservoir, and the recovery rate of the oil well is greatly influenced; 4) and others: the corrosion of oil extraction ground equipment is increased, and the economic benefit is reduced;
in the prior art, the water content of an oil well is usually detected to judge the water breakthrough time of the oil well, the water breakthrough is judged when the water content of the oil well is increased, and the water content is usually more than 2% when the water breakthrough occurs. However, in the prior art, the water content of the oil well cannot be accurately detected, and the water breakthrough time of the oil well cannot be accurately judged, so that proper water control and oil stabilization measures cannot be timely taken when the water breakthrough occurs in the oil well, and the early warning effect is poor.

Detailed Description

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for diagnosing water breakthrough timing of an oil well according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for diagnosing water breakthrough time of an oil well, which comprises the following specific steps:
s101, acquiring real-time data of oil pressure and oil temperature in the oil well under the condition that the working system of the oil well is kept unchanged.
In this embodiment, the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well collected by the temperature and flow pressure testing gradiometer arranged in the oil well can be adopted, and then the collected data can be obtained from the temperature and flow pressure testing gradiometer, wherein the temperature and flow pressure testing gradiometer can be remotely transmitted, transmitted and transmitted to a local pressure gauge or other display devices, and the display devices can be locally displayed or remotely transmitted to the controller, or the controller actively obtains the data from the temperature and flow pressure testing gradiometer. In the embodiment, because the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well are easy to change when the working system of the oil well changes, the method judges the water breakthrough time of the oil well according to the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well, so that the change of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well caused by the change of the working system of the oil well can generate certain interference on the judgment of the water breakthrough time of the oil well, the working system of the oil well needs to be kept unchanged in the embodiment, particularly, the diameter of an oil nozzle of a Christmas tree of the oil well needs to be kept unchanged, and the working system is generally and reasonably controlled to be.
S102, judging the water breakthrough time of the oil well according to the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well.
In this embodiment, after the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well is obtained, the water breakthrough timing of the oil well can be determined by analyzing the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well. Specifically, under the condition that the working system of the oil well is not changed, the oil pressure suddenly rises due to the difference of oil-water interfaces when the oil well is exposed to water, and then the oil pressure drops. According to the bernoulli equation, the formation pressure expression is as follows:
Pground=PWf+P+1/2(ρv2)
Wherein, PGroundIs the formation pressure, MPa; pWfIs bottom hole flowing pressure, MPa; p is the pressure converted from the well depth, MPa, and P is rho gH; h is the depth from the well bottom to the well head, m; rho is density, kg/m3;1/2(ρv2) Is a kinetic energy term; v is the fluid velocity, m/s;
Pground=PWh+P+1/2(ρv2)+Δp
Wherein, PWhOil pressure of a well head; Δ p is the flow friction loss;
when the oil well breaks into water, the formation pressure expression is as follows:
Pground=PWf+Pow+1/2(ρowv2)
Wherein, PowThe pressure converted from the well depth when the oil well breaks into water; rhoowThe density of oil-water mixture;
Pground=PWh+Pow+1/2(ρowv2)+Δp
Normally a crude oil flow, when water is first broken through, the mixed liquor density increases because the viscosity of water is less than that of the oil. At the same timeDue to instantaneous output, other parameters of the formula are not changed in time, and wellhead oil pressure P is causedWhAnd (4) rising instantaneously. But when water continues to appear, the well water level gradually rises, resulting in PowIncrease, 1/2(ρ)owv2) Increase, and a small change in Δ P will inevitably result in PWhAnd (5) reducing the oil pressure of the wellhead. The medium and deep stream pressure rises and then falls, and the medium and deep stream temperature rises continuously (due to water, the specific heat capacity of oil and water is different).
As shown in fig. 2, 3, and 4, the above rule can be verified by analyzing the data of a certain oil well, and in fig. 2, for example, the oil pressure data rises and then falls in 2014 to 2015, and the water content rises significantly when the oil pressure rises, which is a water-break characteristic.
In this embodiment, the trend of change of the wellhead oil pressure, the medium-deep flow pressure, and the medium-deep flow temperature can be determined according to the analysis from the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well, and the time of water breakthrough of the oil well can be determined according to the trend of change of the wellhead oil pressure, the medium-deep flow pressure, and the medium-deep flow temperature. Specifically, the water breakthrough of the oil well can be determined only when the oil pressure of the wellhead rises and the variation of the oil pressure of the wellhead exceeds a preset pressure threshold; or determining the water breakthrough of the oil well when the medium-depth flowing pressure is judged to rise and the medium-depth flowing pressure variation exceeds a preset pressure threshold; and determining the water breakthrough of the oil well when the medium-depth flow temperature rises and the medium-depth flow temperature change amount exceeds a preset temperature threshold value.
Of course, the more parameters to be examined, the more accurate the judgment of the water breakthrough time of the oil well, the arbitrary combination of the three indexes of the wellhead oil pressure, the medium and deep flow pressure and the medium and deep flow temperature can be used as the judgment standard. For example, the water breakthrough of the oil well can be determined when the oil pressure of the wellhead and the medium-deep flowing pressure rise and the variation of the oil pressure of the wellhead and the variation of the medium-deep flowing pressure exceed the preset pressure threshold comprehensively; for another example, the water breakthrough of the oil well can be determined when the oil pressure of the wellhead, the medium-deep flowing pressure and the medium-deep flowing temperature are all judged to rise comprehensively, the variation of the oil pressure of the wellhead and the variation of the medium-deep flowing pressure exceed the preset pressure threshold, and the variation of the medium-deep flowing temperature exceeds the preset temperature threshold. Other combinations are not listed here.
Further, one of three indexes of wellhead oil pressure, medium and deep flow pressure and medium and deep flow temperature can be used as a preliminary judgment, and the other one or two indexes can be used for further verification, for example, when the wellhead oil pressure is judged to rise and the variation of the wellhead oil pressure exceeds a preset pressure threshold value, the oil well is preliminarily judged to be water breakthrough, then the medium and deep flow pressures and the medium and deep flow temperatures are judged, and if the medium and deep flow pressures and the medium and deep flow temperatures rise and exceed the preset pressure threshold value and the variation of the medium and deep flow pressures exceeds the preset temperature threshold value, the water breakthrough of the oil well is determined.
The method for diagnosing the water breakthrough time of the oil well is preferably applied to diagnosis of the water breakthrough time of the carbonate rock oil well, and the fast water logging of the oil well can be caused if the water breakthrough is not controlled well due to the strong heterogeneity of the carbonate rock, so that the production mode of pressing the cone for production must be adopted by adopting a small oil nozzle working system. When the diagnosis method for the water breakthrough opportunity of the oil well provided by the embodiment is used for diagnosing the water breakthrough opportunity of the carbonate oil well, three indexes of the wellhead oil pressure, the medium-deep flow pressure and the medium-deep flow temperature are changed obviously when the oil well breaks through water, and the wellhead oil pressure, the medium-deep flow pressure and the medium-deep flow temperature rise rapidly after breaking through water. Of course, the method of the embodiment can also be applied to diagnosis of the water breakthrough time of the sandstone oil well, but the well head oil pressure, the medium-deep flow pressure and the medium-deep flow temperature are gradually increased after water breakthrough of the sandstone oil well, and are relatively unobvious.
The method for diagnosing the water breakthrough time of the oil well provided by the embodiment acquires the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well under the condition of keeping the working system of the oil well unchanged, and then judges the water breakthrough time of the oil well according to the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well. The method provided by the embodiment has the advantages of sensitive response to water breakthrough of the oil well and good early warning effect, can quickly judge the water breakthrough time after the water breakthrough of the oil well so as to take appropriate water control and oil stabilization measures as soon as possible, and provides a favorable basis for oil well management of the oil field and early warning of water breakthrough risk of the oil well.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the determining the water breakthrough time of the oil well according to the real-time data of the oil pressure and the oil temperature in the oil well may specifically include:
if the oil pressure of the wellhead rises and the variation of the oil pressure of the wellhead exceeds a preset pressure threshold, judging that the oil well is flooded; and taking the current time as the water breakthrough time of the oil well.
Or if the wellhead oil pressure, the medium-deep flow pressure and the medium-deep flow temperature are all increased, the variation of the wellhead oil pressure and the variation of the medium-deep flow pressure are all over a preset pressure threshold, and the variation of the medium-deep flow temperature is over a preset temperature threshold, judging that the oil well is flooded; and taking the current time as the water breakthrough time of the oil well.
In this embodiment, the preset pressure threshold may be set to a certain pressure value within a range of 0.1 to 0.5 MPa; the preset temperature threshold value can be set to be a certain temperature value within the range of 0.2-1 ℃. Furthermore, thresholds of different levels can be set for different oil well water breakthrough early warning levels.
On the basis of the embodiment, after the oil well is judged to be in water breakthrough, an alarm signal is sent to the alarm device to enable the alarm device to act, and workers are prompted to take corresponding measures, such as changing the working system and the like, so that unnecessary losses such as blowout, collapse or influence on the recovery ratio of the oil well are avoided.
