The two-in-one skirting line comprises a skirting line base and a positioning clamping strip detachably connected with the skirting line base; the skirting line base comprises a wall-attached surface and a decorative surface opposite to the wall-attached surface, and a wall decorative closing strip is arranged on the decorative surface in a protruding mode; the positioning clamping strip is connected to the decorative surface and located below the wall decorative closing strip. The positioning clamping strip is abutted against the floor, and a visual concave surface is formed between the floor and the wall decoration closing strip, so that the visual effect that the skirting line is concave and invisible is formed.
