本发明公开了马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,是由以下原料制备得到的:聚乙烯,氧化聚乙烯蜡,硅烷偶联剂,活性炭粉,硬脂酸甘油酯,硬脂酸钙,乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物。本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,通过调整地膜组成,大幅提高了马铃薯地膜的回收率,有效增加了地膜的韧性,降低了马铃薯规模化种植的种植成本,地膜可反复使用八年,用后可100%回收,具有优秀的耐酸碱腐蚀、低透气、低透水的性能,是保肥、保温、保墒的理想材料,能加速农作物的生长发育,达到丰产、丰收,提高经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用地膜技术领域,具体涉及马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜。
背景技术
地膜即地面覆盖薄膜,通常是透明或黑色PE薄膜,也有绿、银色薄膜,用于地面覆盖,以提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,维持土壤结构,防止害虫侵袭作物和某些微生物引起的病害等,促进植物生长的功能。
地膜马铃薯是近来兴起的一种新型高效种植方式,效益十分可观。地膜马铃薯大部分生育期处于冬闲阶段,而地膜覆盖具有增温保湿、出苗整齐、提早膨大、增产增收的效果,是冬春季节种植马铃薯的高效种植方法。马铃薯地膜覆盖栽培可有效提高地温,促进马铃薯提早成熟,一般可亩增产20%-50%,大薯率增加25%左右,增效显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:聚乙烯800-900份,氧化聚乙烯蜡20-40份,硅烷偶联剂5-15份,活性炭粉10-20份,硬脂酸甘油酯5-8份,硬脂酸钙3-6份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物2-6份。
进一步的,上述的马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:聚乙烯850份,氧化聚乙烯蜡30份,硅烷偶联剂10份,活性炭粉15份,硬脂酸甘油酯6份,硬脂酸钙5份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物4份。
进一步的,上述的马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,所述聚乙烯为线性低密度聚乙烯。
进一步的,上述的马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,上述的马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为醋酸乙烯含量在70%-95%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,是由以下原料制备得到的:聚乙烯900g,氧化聚乙烯蜡40g,硅烷偶联剂15g,活性炭粉20g,硬脂酸甘油酯8g,硬脂酸钙6g,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物6g。
所述聚乙烯为线性低密度聚乙烯。
所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为醋酸乙烯含量在70%-95%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液。
实施例2:
马铃薯规模化农场种植专用的易回收地膜,是由以下原料制备得到的:聚乙烯800g,氧化聚乙烯蜡20g,硅烷偶联剂5g,活性炭粉10g,硬脂酸甘油酯5g,硬脂酸钙3g,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物2g。
所述聚乙烯为线性低密度聚乙烯。

实施例4:
一、农艺农技栽培需做的检测要求:
①试验类型
A:设施农业蔬菜种植
B:马铃薯种植
②检测内容
A:覆膜前土壤温度、湿度、耕作层土壤微生物数值。
B:覆膜后每季度检测上述数值,并详细记录其变化,并且同普通膜对照。
C:对所种植作物每月测定生长数据,并在同一区域,与覆盖普通地膜进行同期对比。
D:作物成熟后,作测产计量数值,并用同一区域普通膜种植作物产量比较。
E:地膜收储后,对种植耕地温度、湿度、微生物值进行检测,并记录。
F:提供试验区的海拔高度,年平均降雨量值及气候数据。
G:要求试验区农环、农技对区域内气候条件、降雨情况每月做出记录。
上述检测要求连续测试五年,费用由金土地提供。
二、农膜制造企业需做的检测要求:
①覆膜前环保地膜的各种物理指标。
②覆膜后每月田间取样检测物理指标下降值。
③依次类推连续检测五年数值。
④在覆盖期遇极端高温、降温、冰雹等异常自然情况时,取样检测物理指标。
本产品采用聚乙烯为基料添加耐候剂树脂,严格依据Q/LZJTD 01-2018标准生产,经挤出吹塑拉伸而成。本产品可反复使用八年,用后可100%回收,具有优秀的耐酸碱腐蚀、低透气、低透水的性能,是保肥、保温、保墒的理想材料,能加速农作物的生长发育,达到丰产、丰收,提高经济效益。
覆盖时要求地面平整,无杂草,铺膜速度要均匀,端面避免与尖锐器具发生摩擦或剐蹭,以免破损。
产品参数高效环保膜厚度0.16mm每卷重量10kg产品等级为合格品,厚度:0.16mm;平均厚度偏差:+6%;宽度:根据需方要求生产;宽度极限偏差:+7mm;+5mm。外观:没有影响使用的气泡、斑点、折邹、杂质和针孔等缺陷,对不影响使用的缺陷没有超过20个/100平方厘米,膜卷卷取平整,没有明显的暴筋,膜卷宽度与膜的公称宽度相差的卷取宽度错位13mm,该膜卷无断头。
