Abstract
A disinfection tower for treating industrial wastewater comprises a tower body and a water storage tank; a filler bracket is arranged in the tower body, filler is placed on the filler bracket, an air distribution system is arranged below the filler bracket, and a backflushing system is arranged above the filler bracket; the side wall of the tower body is provided with an air inlet and a backflushing opening. A water distribution system is arranged above the filler, and a water inlet is arranged at one side of the water distribution system; the upper part of the tower body is conical, the upper part of the tower body is provided with a demister, and the top of the tower body is provided with an air outlet; the water storage tank is internally provided with an inclined bottom, the side wall of the water storage tank is provided with a water outlet, the top of the water storage tank is provided with an overflow port, and the bottom of the water storage tank is provided with a sewage outlet.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field related to environment-friendly equipment, and particularly relates to an ozone disinfection tower for treating wastewater.
Background
Industrial waste water includes production waste water, production waste water and cooling water, refers to waste water and waste liquid produced in industrial production process, wherein the waste water contains industrial production materials, intermediate products and byproducts which are lost along with water, and the production industrial waste water refers to waste water, waste water and waste liquid produced in industrial production process, wherein the waste water contains industrial production materials, intermediate products and products which are lost along with water and pollutants produced in the production process.
One characteristic of industrial waste water is that the quality and quantity of water vary greatly depending on the production process and the mode of production. The waste water of power and mine contains inorganic pollutant mainly, while the waste water of paper and food industries has high organic matter content, BOD5 (biochemical oxygen demand for five days) is over 2000 mg/L, and some is 30000 mg/L. Even in the same production process, the water quality in the production process can be greatly changed, for example, in the steelmaking of a top-blown oxygen converter, the pH value of the wastewater can be between 4 and 13 and the suspended matters can be changed between 250 and 25000 mg/L in different smelting stages of the same steel.
The existing wastewater treatment device has the defects of inconvenient treatment operation, incomplete treatment and low treatment efficiency, so that the development of an industrial wastewater disinfection treatment device which is simple and convenient in treatment operation, thorough in treatment and high in treatment efficiency is urgently needed.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a disinfection tower for treating industrial wastewater.
In order to realize the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted: a disinfection tower for treating industrial wastewater comprises a tower body and a water storage tank; a filler bracket is arranged in the tower body, filler is placed on the filler bracket, an air distribution system is arranged below the filler bracket, and a backflushing system is arranged above the filler bracket; the side wall of the tower body is provided with an air inlet and a backflushing opening. A water distribution system is arranged above the filler, and a water inlet is arranged at one side of the water distribution system; the upper part of the tower body is conical, the upper part of the tower body is provided with a demister, and the top of the tower body is provided with an air outlet; the water storage tank is internally provided with an inclined bottom, the side wall of the water storage tank is provided with a water outlet, the top of the water storage tank is provided with an overflow port, and the bottom of the water storage tank is provided with a sewage outlet.
Furthermore, the filler is ceramsite and polyhedral hollow spheres, and can better increase the reaction capacity and improve the reaction effect.
Furthermore, the activated carbon fiber is arranged in the demister, and the demister can well remove polluted gas caused by treatment reaction.
Further, the gas distribution system comprises a gas distribution pipeline and a gas outlet device.
Further, the water distribution system comprises a liquid distribution pipeline and a spraying head.
Furthermore, manholes are formed in the top of the water storage tank and the side wall of the tower body.
Furthermore, rain-proof caps are arranged at the upper parts of the air outlets.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the invention has simple structure and convenient actual operation and maintenance. The whole treatment process is fast, no secondary pollution is caused, the adaptability is strong, the energy consumption is low, the occupied area is small, and the treatment efficiency is high.

As shown in fig. 1, a disinfection tower for treating industrial wastewater comprises a tower body 1 and a water storage tank 2; a filler bracket 3 is arranged in the tower body, a filler 4 is placed on the filler bracket 3, an air distribution system 5 is arranged below the filler bracket 3, and a backflushing system 7 is arranged above the filler bracket 3; the side wall of the tower body is provided with an air inlet 6 and a back flushing port 8. A water distribution system 9 is arranged above the filler 4, and a water inlet 10 is arranged at one side of the water distribution system 9; the upper part of the tower body 1 is conical, the upper part of the tower body 1 is provided with a demister 11, and the top of the tower body is provided with an air outlet 12; the water storage tank is internally provided with an inclined bottom 13, the side wall of the water storage tank is provided with a water outlet 16, the top of the water storage tank is provided with an overflow port 15, and the bottom of the water storage tank is provided with a sewage outlet 17.
The filler 4 is ceramsite and polyhedral hollow spheres; the demister 11 is internally provided with activated carbon fibers.
The gas distribution system 5 comprises a gas distribution pipeline and a gas outlet device; the water distribution system 9 comprises a liquid distribution pipeline and a spray head.
The upper part of the air outlet 12 is provided with a rain hat.
Claims (8)
1. A disinfection tower for treating industrial wastewater, which is characterized by comprising a tower body (1) and a water storage tank (2); a filler bracket (3) is arranged in the tower body, a filler (4) is placed on the filler bracket (3), an air distribution system (5) is arranged below the filler bracket (3), and a backflushing system (7) is arranged above the filler bracket (3); the side wall of the tower body is provided with an air inlet (6) and a backflushing opening (8).

A water distribution system (9) is arranged above the filler (4), and a water inlet (10) is arranged at one side of the water distribution system (9); the upper part of the tower body (1) is conical, the upper part of the tower body (1) is provided with a demister (11), and the top of the tower body is provided with an air outlet (12); an inclined bottom (13) is arranged in the water storage tank, a water outlet (16) is arranged on the side wall, an overflow port (15) is arranged at the top, and a sewage draining outlet (17) is arranged at the bottom.

6. A disinfection tower for the treatment of industrial waste water, according to claim 1, characterised in that said water distribution system (9) comprises liquid distribution pipes, sprinkler heads.
7. A column according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the tank (2) and the side wall (1) of the column are provided with manholes (14).
8. A tower for the treatment of industrial waste water according to claim 1, wherein a rain-proof cap is provided on the upper part of the outlet hole (12).
