The film surface substance processing apparatus for winding a film as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the lifting component (7) comprises a fixing frame (18), a mounting frame (19), a lifting block (20), a lead screw (21), a supporting column (22), a supporting plate (23) and a lifting motor (24), one side of the supporting plate (23) is fixed with a supporting frame (16), the fixing frame (18) is fixed at the top of the supporting plate (23), the bottom of the mounting frame (19) is fixed with the fixing frame (18) through the supporting column (22), sliding grooves (25) are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the mounting frame (19), two ends of the lifting block (20) are respectively connected in the sliding grooves (25) in a sliding mode, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the lifting block (20), the lifting block (20) is movably connected with the lead screw (21) through threaded holes, two ends of the lead screw (21) are respectively connected with the top and the bottom of the mounting frame (19) in a rotating mode through bearings, and an output shaft of the lifting motor (24, the lifting motor (24) is fixed on the fixing frame (18), and one side of the connecting plate (8) is fixed with the lifting block (20).
