A processing method of an express delivery carton capable of being used for three times repeatedly comprises the following steps:
step 1: obtaining a packaging box blank plate, wherein the packaging box blank plate is formed by cutting and removing a paper board with the length L and the width W;
step 2: folding the cover flap: firstly, a cover plate convex flap I14 and a cover plate concave flap I15 which are respectively connected to a cover plate I6 in an inward doubling way; secondly, a cover plate hole flap piece I16 connected to the cover plate II 7 in an inward folded mode, and a cover plate convex flap piece II 37 and a cover plate concave flap piece II 38 connected to the cover plate III 8 in an inward folded mode respectively; thirdly, a second cover plate hole flap 39 connected to the fourth cover plate 9 is folded inwards;

The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
the figures 1-21 show the whole life cycle of the carton, comprising 5 stages: firstly, box blank forming: is finished by corrugated carton manufacturers. Secondly, a primary use stage: is done by the consumer. Thirdly, secondary use stage: is done by the consumer. Four and three use stages: is done by the consumer. Fifthly, recycling the carton: is done by the consumer.
Stage one, box blank forming stage:
fig. 1 shows a plan view of a blank of a packaging box, which is cut and removed from a blank of a paperboard having a length L and a width W.
Fig. 2 shows the cover flap folding process. Firstly, a cover plate convex flap I14 and a cover plate concave flap I15 which are respectively connected to a cover plate I6 in an inward doubling way; secondly, a cover plate hole flap piece I16 connected to the cover plate II 7 in an inward folded mode, and a cover plate convex flap piece II 37 and a cover plate concave flap piece II 38 connected to the cover plate III 8 in an inward folded mode respectively; again, the second cover plate hole flap 39 attached to the fourth cover plate 9 is folded inward.
Fig. 3 shows the process of gluing the carton flaps to each other. Firstly, respectively gluing the surfaces of a manufacturer joint 1, a first cover plate notch flap 15 connected to a first cover plate 6, a second cover plate notch flap 38 connected to a third cover plate 8, a first cover plate notch flap 16 connected to a second cover plate 7 and a second cover plate notch flap 39 connected to a fourth cover plate 9; secondly, respectively folding a longitudinal pressing line II 32 between the side body plate I2 and the side body plate II 3 and a longitudinal pressing line IV 33 between the side body plate III 4 and the side body plate IV 5 so as to enable the adjacent cover plate notch sheet I15 and the cover plate hole flap I16 to be mutually bonded, and the cover plate notch sheet II 38 and the cover plate hole flap II 39 to be mutually bonded; meanwhile, the manufacturer's joint 1 is bonded with the body plate four 5 to form the carton in a factory state.
The carton is thus formed in the factory state shown in fig. 3.
Stage two, primary use stage:
first, the second longitudinal pressing line 32 and the fourth longitudinal pressing line 33 are pushed towards the center of the carton, so that the carton is formed into a half-folded state shown in fig. 4 from the flat factory state of fig. 3. And the second longitudinal pressing line 32 and the fourth longitudinal pressing line 33 are continuously pushed, so that the two cover plate meshing points 35 on the first cover plate 6 and the third cover plate 8 are superposed, and finally the box cover is completely closed into a regular rectangle. The carton with the lid closed is shown in fig. 5.
In fig. 5, the carton is inverted so that the bottom portion faces upwardly, to the condition shown in fig. 6, and contents one 24 are loaded into the carton. Then, the second bottom plate 11 and the fourth bottom plate 13 are folded, and the first bottom plate 10 and the third bottom plate 12 are folded to form a state shown in FIG. 7. The first bottom plate 10 has a prefabricated adhesive tape 26 at the inner edge thereof, and the first and third bottom plates 10 and 12 are folded to have overlapping portions for adhesion. The first base plate 10 and the third base plate 12 are firmly bonded by tearing the paper of the pre-made adhesive tape 26. The bottom of the box is closed as shown in figure 8.
The carton in the state shown in fig. 8 will enter the logistics circulation and reach the recipient. To open the carton for access, the recipient simply faces the first 6, second 7, third 8 and fourth 9 flaps of the carton upward (see fig. 9). The second cover plate 7 and the fourth cover plate 9 are respectively provided with a first cover plate cutting crease line 23 and a second cover plate cutting crease line 41, and the second cover plate 7 and the fourth cover plate 9 can be respectively torn along the first cover plate cutting crease line 23 and the second cover plate cutting crease line 41. This allows the second cover 7 and the first cover 6 to be separated and the fourth cover 9 and the third cover 8 to be separated, thereby allowing the four tank covers to be opened (see fig. 10). At this time, the first cover flap 16 connected to the second cover 7 and the second cover flap 39 connected to the fourth cover 9 remain on the first cover 6 and the third cover 8 as the remaining cover flaps 27 (see fig. 11). Finally, the first cover 6, the second cover 7, the third cover 8 and the fourth cover 9 are respectively folded outward, and the first content 24 is taken out of the box.
Thus, the carton is used for the first time.
Stage three and secondary use stage:
the carton is then ready for a second use stage by removing the first content 24 and then loading a new second content 25 into the carton as shown in fig. 11. Fig. 12 shows a state where the second new content 25 is loaded.
Fig. 13-15 illustrate the secondary box sealing process. After the second content 25 is put into the box, the second cover plate 7 and the fourth cover plate 9 are folded into the box; then respectively flattening the first cover plate convex flap 14 and the second cover plate convex flap 37 which are folded inwards and folded on the first cover plate 6 and the third cover plate 8 outwards; meanwhile, the first cover plate concave flap 15 and the second cover plate concave flap 38 which are folded inwards and are arranged on the first cover plate 6 and the third cover plate 8 are unfolded outwards, so that the first cover plate convex flap 14, the second cover plate concave flap 15 and the first cover plate 6 are on the same plane, and the second cover plate convex flap 37, the second cover plate concave flap 38 and the third cover plate 8 are on the same plane. The state at this time is shown in fig. 13.
Then, the cover plate I6 and the cover plate III 8 are folded towards the inside of the box, so that two cover plate meshing points 35 on the cover plate I6 and the cover plate III 8 are superposed with each other, and the box cover is sealed preliminarily; then, placing the first cover plate flaps 14 and the second cover plate flaps 37 on the first cover plate 6 and the third cover plate 8 on the residual cover plate hole flaps 27; then, folding the first anti-theft flap 17 connected to the first cover plate flap 14 inward by 90 degrees; then folding the side ears 19 of the insertion flap connected to the two sides of the first anti-theft flap 17 inwards by 90 degrees; and finally, inserting the first anti-theft flap 17 and the insertion flap side lug 19 which are in the folded state into the first flap insertion hole 18, wherein the second anti-theft flap 40 and the first anti-theft flap 17 are installed differently and are not described in detail. The state at this time is shown in fig. 14.
After the insertion flap side ears 19 of the first anti-theft flap 17 and the second anti-theft flap 40 are completely inserted into the corresponding first flap insertion holes 18 and the second flap insertion holes 42, the box cover state is shown in fig. 15. At the moment, the first cover plate convex flap 14 and the second cover plate convex flap 37 are tightly locked with the corresponding residual cover plate hole flaps 27, and meanwhile, the first cover plate 6 is tightly meshed with the third cover plate 8, so that the re-sealing of the box cover is completed.
After the anti-theft flap 17 and the insertion flap side lugs 19 are inserted into the flap insertion holes 18, the insertion flap side lugs 19 are automatically flattened so that the anti-theft flap 17 and the insertion flap side lugs 19 on the two sides are on the same plane, and at the moment, the structure cannot be pulled out of the flap insertion holes 18 under the condition of not being damaged, so that the anti-theft flap and the flap insertion holes 18 form an anti-theft state together.
The carton in the state shown in fig. 15 will enter the logistics circulation stage and reach the receiver. When the addressee wants to open the carton to take out the contents, the first anti-theft flap 17 and the second anti-theft flap 40 are torn from the first cover plate convex flap 14 and the second cover plate convex flap 37 along the anti-theft flap cutting crease line 36. After the first anti-theft flap 17 and the second anti-theft flap 40 are torn off, only a triangular area is left in the original first cover plate convex flap 14 and the original second cover plate convex flap 37 to form a residual cover plate convex flap 28. The carton state at this time is as shown in fig. 17. Then, the second cover 6 and the third cover 8 are folded outward, and the second cover 7 and the fourth cover 9 are folded outward, so that the second content 25 can be taken out, as shown in fig. 18.
So far, the carton is used for the second time.
Stage four and stage three use:
as shown in fig. 18, the carton can be loaded with a new third article 29 after removing the second article 25, thereby entering the three stages of use of the carton. Fig. 19 shows a state in which the content three 29 is loaded, in which the carton is used without difference from a general standard corrugated open tank.
After the third content 29 is put into the box, the second cover plate 7, the fourth cover plate 9, the first cover plate 6 and the third cover plate 8 are folded inwards in sequence to form a box cover; finally, the carton is sealed longitudinally with tape 30 as shown in fig. 20. The carton in the state shown in fig. 20 will enter the logistics circulation stage and reach the receiver.
To this end, the carton is completed for a third use.
And step five, recycling the carton:
after three times of turnover use, the carton completes the mission of the carton as a package. Then the waste paper can be recycled to become a raw material of a new green packaging material; can also be reused by the consumer. After the carton is used for the third time, the living goods 31 such as books and the like can be taken in as shown in fig. 21 only by removing the first bottom plate 10 and the first side body plate 2.
The express carton is environment-friendly, efficient in assembly, reusable and can be transformed by old objects, and can be put into market for use through a packaging performance test and an actual transportation test.
