The upper end of the first door panel 300 is provided with a first pulley inserted into the first sliding groove of the first guide rail 220, the first pulley can slide along the first sliding groove, the first pulley forms a first sliding portion, the lower end of the first door panel 300 is provided with a second pulley inserted into the third sliding groove of the third guide rail 240, the second pulley can slide along the third sliding groove, the second pulley forms a third sliding portion, the middle of the first door panel 300 is fixedly connected with a slider 320 matched with the second sliding groove, and the slider 320 forms a second sliding portion.
Wherein, the specific arrangement number of the first pulley and the second pulley can be designed according to actual needs.
After the arrangement, the first door panel 300 has better stability and reliability when sliding relative to the partition board 200.
The first guide rail 220 and the third guide rail 240 may be fixed to the partition board 200 by welding, and the second guide rail 230 may be fixed to the partition board 200 by a fastening member such as a bolt.
In a further scheme, a lock structure and a limit structure are further disposed between the first door panel 300 and the partition board 200, the lock structure is used to lock the first door panel 300 and the partition board 200 when the first door panel 300 closes the opening 210, and the limit structure is used to limit a relative position between the first door panel 300 and the partition board 200 when the first door panel opens the opening 210.
With this arrangement, when the first door panel 300 is in the open or closed state, the relative position between the first door panel 300 and the partition board 200 is limited, so that the first door panel 300 is prevented from moving relative to the partition board 200 without any intention.
Specifically, the lock structure may take the form of a conventional lock, and it is understood that the lock structure should be provided at the side of the cab 101 in order to facilitate the driver to open the first door panel 300 from the cab.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a limiting structure mounted on a third guide rail in an embodiment; fig. 7 is a bottom view of fig. 6.
Specifically, the form of the limiting structure can be set as follows: the outer side wall of the third guide rail 240 is fixedly connected with a reed 600, a guide wheel 330 is further arranged below the first door panel 300, the reed 600 is provided with a convex part 610 which is concave towards the direction of the guide wheel 330, the convex part 610 is matched with the guide wheel 330, when the first door panel 300 is opened, the guide wheel 330 can push the reed 600 to move towards the opening direction by external force which is artificially pushed by the first door panel 300, after the first door panel 300 is opened to the right position, the reed 600 returns, the guide wheel 330 abuts against the reed 600, and the first door panel 300 is limited to move towards the closing direction unless external force acts.
Further, the third guide rail 240 is further provided with a buffer pad 700, the buffer pad 700 is closer to the driving position than the spring 600, when the first door panel 300 is opened, the buffer pad 700 can prevent the first door panel 300 from sliding toward the driving position, so as to prevent the first door panel 300 from separating from the third guide rail 240, specifically, when the first door panel 300 still continues to slide toward the opening direction if the first door panel 300 is opened in place, the guide wheel 330 can abut against the buffer pad 700.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second door panel in a closed state in an embodiment, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a second door panel in an open state in an embodiment.
In a specific scheme, one end of the second door panel 400 is hinged to the first door panel 300, and a magnetic member is disposed at the other end of the second door panel 400 opposite to the hinged end, so that the second door panel 400 can be attracted to the first door panel 300 when being in an open state or a closed state.
In a specific arrangement, as shown in the figure, the upper end of the second door panel 400 is hinged to the first door panel 300 in various ways, and the simplest and most reliable way is that the two are hinged through the hinge 500. The number of hinges 500 may be determined according to the size of the second door panel 400, as long as the stability and reliability of the connection between the two can be ensured.
Correspondingly, a magnetic component is arranged at the lower end of the second door panel 400, in a normal state, the second door panel 400 is in a state of closing the communication port 310 under the action of gravity, and the lower end of the second door panel 400 can be kept attracted with the first door panel 300 through the magnetic component, so that the second door panel 400 is prevented from being opened in an unexpected state, as shown in fig. 4; when the second door panel 400 needs to be opened, the second door panel 400 is rotated upward relative to the first door panel 300 to a position where the first door panel 300 is overlapped, and the magnetic component arranged on the second door panel 400 can still be attracted to the first door panel 300 to keep the second door panel 400 at the opened position, as shown in fig. 5.
Specifically, foam is fixed to the periphery of the second door 400, and when the second door 400 is in the closed state, the foam is located between the second door 400 and the first door 300, thereby ensuring the sealing property and the sound insulation property between the second door 400 and the first door 300.
In a specific embodiment, a handheld structure may be disposed on the first door panel 300 and the second door panel 400 to facilitate an operator to operate the first door panel 300 and the second door panel 400.
Specifically, the hand-held structure of the first door panel 300 may be a structure similar to a door handle; the second door panel 400 is provided with an elongated hole 420, and the elongated hole 420 forms a hand-held structure.
In a specific embodiment, the first door panel 300 is an aluminum alloy profile structure, and the second door panel 400 is a metal plate stamping structure.
