The front end of the payment terminal printer 1 comprises a printing bin cover 2 capable of being opened and closed, a detachable printing rubber roller 3 is mounted on the printing bin cover 2, a paper-out sensor 4 is mounted in the printing bin of the payment terminal printer 1, and a printing rubber roller buckling groove 5 for mounting the printing rubber roller 3 is formed in the opening side of the printing bin in the payment terminal printer 1 (as shown in attached figures 1 and 4).
Further, in the implementation method of the uninterrupted circulating printing test, the size of the cut paper 6 is slightly larger than that of the paper-out sensor 4; so that the cut paper can cover the paper-out sensor 4 sufficiently.
Further, the printing rubber roll 3 is further detached and installed in the printing rubber roll catching groove 5 in the method for ensuring continuous printing; in the printing process, the driving shaft of the printer drives the printing rubber roller to operate all the time, so that the work of the printer is simulated to the maximum extent in the printing process (shown in figure 3).
The working principle is as follows:
when the printer works, the paper-out sensor 4 is directly opposite to the printing rubber roller 3, whether paper is out of order is judged by checking whether paper is on the printing rubber roller in real time, and the invention can realize uninterrupted circular printing by enabling the paper-out sensor to always detect the paper;
the payment terminal printer 1 prints for a long time, and the printer is overheated, so that an error is reported and printing is stopped; the printer and the paper sensor 4 are continuously radiated by the cooling fan, so that the continuous printing is not influenced by overheating abnormality caused by long-time work.
