The invention has the following advantages:
(1) the paper box punching position of the invention is positioned accurately, the two swing rods will swing outwards away from each other, so that the front side surface of the paper box is in a horizontal flush state, the effect of punching deflection caused by the deflection of the paper box is avoided,
(2) the simultaneous inward movement of the two cutters 19 of the present invention advantageously provides a hand hole cutting function on both sides of the carton in the positioned position.
(3) The movable rod, the movable spring and the limiting wheel can well limit the left position and the right position of the carton, and prevent one of the two cutting knives from being incapable of cutting the carton and punching holes, so that the hole forming positions are uniform.
