Abstract
The invention aims to provide a feeding device of an injection molding machine, which is arranged above the injection molding machine through a mounting plate, a feeding cylinder is detachably arranged on the mounting plate, a supporting rod of the mounting plate is connected with a lifting motor, the feeding cylinder is used for pumping materials in a drying box through a feeding pump, the drying box is used for pumping the materials in a stirring box through a feeding pump, the materials of the heaviest feeding cylinder are added into the injection molding machine through a feeding port, and the pumping box is used for pumping waste materials or residual materials in the feeding cylinder.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a feeding device of an injection molding machine, a mounting plate is arranged above the injection molding machine, a feeding cylinder is detachably arranged on the mounting plate, a supporting rod of the mounting plate is connected with a lifting motor, the feeding cylinder pumps materials in a drying box through a feeding pump, the drying box pumps materials in a stirring box through a feeding pump, the materials of the heaviest feeding cylinder are added into the injection molding machine through a feeding port, and a pumping box is arranged to pump waste materials or residual materials in the feeding cylinder.
The invention aims to provide a feeding device of an injection molding machine, which comprises a mounting plate in a horizontal position, wherein the mounting plate is positioned above the injection molding machine, the left side and the right side of the mounting plate are connected with supporting rods, the bottoms of the supporting rods are connected with a lifting motor, and the lifting motor is positioned on the ground; a detachable charging barrel penetrates through the middle of the mounting plate, the bottom of the charging barrel is provided with a charging opening, and the charging opening is detachably connected with an injection molding machine; the top of the mounting plate is provided with a material drying box and a material pumping box which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the feeding cylinder respectively; the left side and the right side of the top of the feeding cylinder are provided with a feeding pump and a material pumping pump, the feeding pump is connected with the drying box and the feeding cylinder through a connecting pipe, the bottom of the material pumping pump is connected with a material pumping pipe extending to the bottom end in the feeding cylinder, and the material pumping pump is connected with the material pumping box and the feeding cylinder through a connecting pipe; the side surface of the material drying box is provided with a hot air inlet pipe, the contact part of the hot air inlet pipe and the material drying box is a sieving net, and the aperture of the sieving net is smaller than the grain size of the material.

As shown in fig. 1, the feeding device for an injection molding machine provided in the present embodiment comprises a mounting plate 1 located in a horizontal position, wherein the mounting plate 1 is located above the injection molding machine, support rods 2 are connected to left and right sides of the mounting plate 1, a lifting motor 3 is connected to the bottom of each support rod 2, and the lifting motor 3 is located on the ground; a detachable charging barrel 4 penetrates through the middle of the mounting plate 1, a charging opening 5 is arranged at the bottom of the charging barrel 4, and the charging opening 5 is detachably connected with an injection molding machine; the top of the mounting plate 1 is provided with a material drying box 6 and a material pumping box 7 which are positioned at the left side and the right side of the feeding cylinder 4 respectively; a charging pump 8 and a material pumping pump 9 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the charging barrel 4, the charging pump 8 is connected with the drying box 6 and the charging barrel 4 through a connecting pipe, the bottom of the material pumping pump 9 is connected with a material pumping pipe 10 extending at the bottom end in the charging barrel 4, and the material pumping pump 9 is connected with the material pumping box 7 and the charging barrel 4 through a connecting pipe; the side of the material drying box 6 is provided with a hot air inlet pipe 11, the contact part of the hot air inlet pipe 11 and the material drying box 6 is a sieving net 12, and the aperture of the sieving net 12 is smaller than the grain size of the material. The top of the material drying box 6 is provided with a feeding pump 13, the left side of the feeding pump 13 is connected with a stirring box 14 through a connecting pipe, the stirring box 14 is located on the ground, the top of the stirring box 14 is provided with a cover 15, the bottom of the stirring box 14 is provided with a stirring motor 16, the top of the stirring motor 16 is connected with a stirring arm 17, and the stirring arm 17 is located in the stirring box 14. An electromagnetic valve 18 is arranged at the bottom of the charging barrel 4 close to the charging opening 5; the bottom of the right side of the material pumping box 7 is connected with a material discharging pipe 19, and all pipelines are soft. Side arms are arranged on the side faces of the charging barrels 4 and are mounted with the mounting plate 1 through nut and bolt assemblies, so that the charging barrels are detachable.
