Abstract
A treadmill with a built-in motor comprises a frame device, a driving unit and a running belt. The running belt is wound on the frame device and can rotate relative to the underframe unit under the driving of the output shaft of the motor. The purpose of reducing the volume can be achieved by the configuration of the driving unit.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a treadmill, and more particularly, to a treadmill having a built-in motor.
Background
The basic structure of a typical electric treadmill includes a frame assembly, a drive unit, and a tread belt.
For example, in taiwan patent No. M511879, a driving wheel shaft is respectively axially provided at the front end and the rear end of a running platform, a running belt is wound on the driving wheel shaft, and a motor for driving the driving wheel shaft is installed at the front side of the driving wheel shaft corresponding to the front end.
Although the running machine can achieve the expected use purpose, the motor is arranged at the front side of the front end of the transmission wheel shaft, so that the whole running platform has larger volume and occupies larger volume when being packed, transported and stored.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a treadmill with a built-in motor, which can reduce the volume.
The invention relates to a treadmill with a built-in motor, comprising a frame device, a driving unit and a running belt, wherein the frame device comprises an underframe unit, a front rotating shaft and a rear rotating shaft, the front rotating shaft is axially arranged on the underframe unit, the rear rotating shaft is axially arranged on the underframe unit, the underframe unit is provided with a front end part, a rear end part opposite to the front end part, a pair of longitudinal beams which extend from the front end part to the rear end part and extend along a longitudinal axis direction, cross beams which are connected between the longitudinal beams in an intersecting way and extend along a transverse axis direction intersecting with the longitudinal axis direction, a bottom surface which extends from the front end part to the rear end part and is defined by the longitudinal beams together, and a top surface opposite to the bottom surface, the front rotating shaft is axially arranged at the front end part, the rear rotating shaft is axially arranged at the rear end part, the cross beams are arranged between the front rotating shaft and the rear rotating shaft, the driving unit is provided, and receive motor drive and can drive preceding pivot pivoted driving medium, the motor have set firmly in the base of crossbeam, and install in the main part of base, the main part has output shaft of output power, output shaft in preceding pivot with between the crossbeam, and in the top surface with between the bottom surface, the area of running around locating preceding pivot with on the back pivot, receive the output shaft of motor drive can for chassis unit produces the operation.
The treadmill with the built-in motor is characterized in that a transmission part of the driving unit is wound between the output shaft and the front rotating shaft, the front rotating shaft extends along a first axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the output shaft of the motor extends along a second axis parallel to the first axis, the distance between the second axis of the output shaft and the first axis of the front rotating shaft can be adjusted, and the tension of the transmission part can be adjusted.
The invention provides a treadmill with a built-in motor, wherein the chassis unit of the frame device is also provided with a guide part which is arranged on the cross beam and extends along the longitudinal axis direction, and the base of the motor of the driving unit is provided with a guide sliding part which can slide along the longitudinal axis direction and is arranged on the guide part in a penetrating way.
The invention relates to a treadmill with a built-in motor, wherein a guide part of a frame device is provided with two long grooves extending along the longitudinal axial direction, and a guide sliding part of the motor of a driving unit is provided with two bolts respectively penetrating through the long grooves.
The running machine with the built-in motor is characterized in that the base of the driving unit is provided with a connecting piece connected to the main body and a sleeve joint piece which is fixedly connected to the connecting piece and has an inverted U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis direction, the sleeve joint piece can slide along the longitudinal axis direction and is sleeved on the cross beam, and the sleeve joint piece is provided with two lock holes which correspond to the long grooves and through which the bolts penetrate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: utilize the base of motor set firmly in the crossbeam, and the output shaft of main part be in preceding pivot with between the crossbeam, in the top surface with the effect between the bottom surface can reach and reduce the volume, and can reduce packing, transport, the shared space of collection to have and reduce chassis unit height's efficiency.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the treadmill with a built-in motor of the present invention includes a frame device 10, a driving unit 20, and a running belt 30.
The frame device 10 includes a bottom frame unit 11, a front rotary shaft 12 axially disposed on the bottom frame unit 11, and a rear rotary shaft 13 axially disposed on the bottom frame unit 11.
The chassis unit 11 has a front end 111, a rear end 112 opposite to the front end 111, a pair of longitudinal beams 113 extending from the front end 111 to the rear end 112 and extending along a longitudinal axis X, a cross beam 114 perpendicularly intersecting and connected between the longitudinal beams 113 and extending along a transverse axis Y perpendicularly intersecting the longitudinal axis X, a bottom surface 115 extending from the front end 111 to the rear end 112 and defined by the longitudinal beams 113, a top surface 116 opposite to the bottom surface 115, and a guide portion 117 (see fig. 3) disposed on the cross beam 114 and extending along the longitudinal axis X, the front rotation shaft 12 is axially disposed on the front end 111, the rear rotation shaft 13 is axially disposed on the rear end 112, and the cross beam 114 is interposed between the front rotation shaft 12 and the rear rotation shaft 13 and approaches the front rotation shaft 12. The front rotary shaft 12 extends along a first axis L1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X. The guide 117 has a slot 118 extending along the longitudinal axis X.
The driving unit 20 has a motor 21 installed between the front rotary shaft 12 and the rear rotary shaft 13, and a transmission member 22 driven by the motor 21 and capable of driving the front rotary shaft 12 to rotate. The motor 21 has a base 23 fixedly mounted on the beam 114, and a body 24 mounted on the base 23.
The base 23 has a connecting member 231 connected to the main body 24, a sleeve member 232 fixedly connected to the connecting member 231 and having an inverted U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X, and a sliding guide portion 233 capable of sliding along the longitudinal axis X and penetrating through the guiding portion 117. The sleeve member 232 can slide along the longitudinal axis X and is sleeved on the cross beam 114, and has two locking holes 234 corresponding to the long slots 118, and the sliding guide portion 233 of the embodiment has two bolts 235 respectively passing through the long slots 118.
The main body 24 has an output shaft 241 capable of outputting power, the output shaft 241 extends along a second axis L2 parallel to the first axis L1, the output shaft 241 of the main body 24 is disposed between the front rotary shaft 12 and the cross beam 114, and the output shaft 241 of the main body 24 is disposed between the top surface 116 and the bottom surface 115. The transmission member 22 is a belt and is wound between the output shaft 241 and the front rotary shaft 12.
The running belt 30 is wound around the front rotation shaft 12 and the rear rotation shaft 13, and is driven by the output shaft 241 of the motor 21 to rotate relative to the base frame unit 11.
For a further understanding of the invention, its role, the technical means employed, and the efficacy attained by its cooperation, it is believed that the invention will be more fully and specifically understood from the following description.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, when the entire running machine with the built-in motor of the present invention is assembled, the output shaft 241 of the driving unit 20 is used to drive the front rotating shaft 12 to rotate, and the front rotating shaft 12 can drive the running belt 30 to run relative to the base frame unit 11, so as to provide the operator with fast walking or running and achieve the purpose of fitness.
As shown in fig. 4, the base 23 of the motor 21 is fixedly disposed on the cross beam 114, and the output shaft 241 of the main body 24 is disposed between the front rotating shaft 12 and the cross beam 114, and the main body 24 is disposed between the top surface 116 and the bottom surface 115, so as to reduce the volume of the bottom frame unit 11, reduce the space occupied by the bottom frame unit 11 during packaging, transportation and storage, and reduce the height of the bottom frame unit 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the bolts 235 are respectively inserted into the locking holes 234 and the long slots 118, so that the sleeve 232 can be operated to slide relative to the cross beam 114 along the longitudinal axis X under the condition that the bolts 235 are loosened, the distance between the second axis L2 of the output shaft 241 and the first axis L1 of the front rotary shaft 12 can be adjusted, the tension of the transmission member 22 can be adjusted, and the bolts 235 are locked after adjustment.
In summary, the treadmill of the present invention having a built-in motor can reduce the volume of the base frame unit 11 by the arrangement of the driving unit 20 and the cross member 114, and can surely achieve the object of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A treadmill with a built-in motor, comprising a frame device, a drive unit and a tread belt, the treadmill characterized by:
the rack device comprises an underframe unit, a front rotating shaft and a rear rotating shaft, wherein the front rotating shaft is axially arranged on the underframe unit, the rear rotating shaft is axially arranged on the underframe unit, the underframe unit is provided with a front end part, a rear end part opposite to the front end part, a pair of longitudinal beams which extend from the front end part to the rear end part and extend along a longitudinal axis direction, a cross beam which is connected between the longitudinal beams in an intersecting manner and extends along a transverse axis direction intersecting with the longitudinal axis direction, a bottom surface which is formed by extending from the front end part to the rear end part and defined by the longitudinal beams together, and a top surface opposite to the bottom surface, the front rotating shaft is arranged at the front end part, the rear rotating shaft is arranged at the rear end part, and the cross beam is arranged between the front;
the driving unit is provided with a motor arranged between the front rotating shaft and the rear rotating shaft and a transmission part which is driven by the motor and can drive the front rotating shaft to rotate, the motor is provided with a base fixedly arranged on the cross beam and a main body arranged on the base, the main body is provided with a force output shaft for outputting power, and the force output shaft is arranged between the front rotating shaft and the cross beam and between the top surface and the bottom surface;
the running belt is wound on the front rotating shaft and the rear rotating shaft and can rotate relative to the underframe unit under the driving of the output shaft of the motor.

The treadmill with incorporated motor of claim 2, wherein: the chassis unit of the rack device is further provided with a guide part which is arranged on the cross beam and extends along the longitudinal axial direction, and the base of the motor of the driving unit is provided with a guide sliding part which can slide along the longitudinal axial direction and is arranged on the guide part in a penetrating mode.

A treadmill with an incorporated motor as recited in claim 3, wherein: the guide part of the frame device is provided with two long grooves extending along the longitudinal axial direction, and the guide sliding part of the motor of the driving unit is provided with two bolts respectively penetrating through the long grooves.

The treadmill with incorporated motor as recited in claim 4, wherein: the base of the driving unit is provided with a connecting piece connected to the main body and a sleeve joint piece fixedly connected to the connecting piece and perpendicular to the longitudinal axial section and in an inverted U shape, the sleeve joint piece can slide along the longitudinal axial direction and is sleeved on the cross beam, and the base is provided with two lock holes corresponding to the long grooves and allowing the bolts to penetrate through.
