Abstract
The invention provides an electric sealing box, which comprises a hollow box body and a box door arranged on one side surface of the box body; the box door is connected with the box body through a hinge; a first opening is correspondingly arranged on the side surface of the box body, which is provided with the box door, a lip which forms a certain angle with the side surface is arranged at the edge surrounding the first opening, and a sealing structure is arranged between the lip and the box door, so that the integral sealing of the box body is realized when the box door is closed; the other side of the box body is also provided with a second opening for installing a cable leading-out sealing device, and the cable leading-out sealing device comprises a frame, a plurality of elastic sealing assemblies and a pressing piece, wherein the shape of the frame is matched with that of the second opening, and the elastic sealing assemblies and the pressing piece are arranged in the frame. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of seal boxes, in particular to an electric seal box.
Background
The existing electric sealing box is relatively harsh in environment and is easily damaged or corroded by moisture, harmful gas and dust; the sealing effect is poor due to invasion or influence of animals, fire, vibration, electromagnetic interference and the like. When the cable is drawn out from the electric sealing box, the prior art adopts fire prevention mud and fire retardant board to keep apart, then draws out the cable again, and the sealed effect of doing so is poor, simultaneously because the fire prevention mud receives the influence of high temperature and environment easily, leads to the effect to reduce, consequently needs frequent maintenance.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an electrical sealing box provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and it can be known that the electrical sealing box in the embodiment can ensure the overall sealing effect by providing a corresponding sealing structure. Specifically, the electric sealing box in the present embodiment may include a box body 2 in a hollow shape, and a box door 1 disposed on one side surface of the box body 2; the box door 1 is connected with the box body 2 through a hinge 3; a first opening 4 is correspondingly arranged on the side surface of the box body 2 provided with the box door 1, a lip 5 forming a certain angle with the side surface is arranged at the edge surrounding the first opening 4, and a sealing structure is arranged between the lip 5 and the box door 1, so that the integral sealing of the box body 2 is realized when the box door 1 is closed; the other side of the box body 2 is also provided with a second opening 6 for installing a cable leading-out sealing device 7, and the cable leading-out sealing device 7 comprises a frame 8, a plurality of elastic sealing assemblies 9 and a pressing piece 10, wherein the shape of the frame 8 is matched with that of the second opening 6.

6. The electrical enclosure of claim 5, wherein the sealing ring is integrally formed with the sealing strip.
7. The electrical enclosure of claim 1, wherein the elastomeric seal assembly comprises a peelable interlayer for housing a cable.
8. The electrical seal box of claim 7, wherein the elastomeric seal assembly further comprises a blind plug for placement in the middle of the strippable sandwich layer when no cable is received therein.
9. The electrical enclosure of claim 1, wherein the cable exit seal arrangement further comprises a spacer plate spaced between adjacent elastomeric seal assemblies.
10. The electrical enclosure of claim 1, wherein the door further comprises a locking aperture for receiving a door lock, the door lock being sealably mounted to the door by a gasket.
