Abstract

The invention prolongs the path of dust and moisture through the structure, improves the sealing degree of the dual-purpose communication cabinet and prolongs the service life of the dual-purpose communication cabinet.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power systems, in particular to a dual-purpose communication cabinet.
Background
The communication cabinet is one of outdoor cabinets, and refers to a cabinet body which is directly under the influence of natural climate and is made of metal or nonmetal materials, does not allow an unauthorized operator to enter the cabinet body for operation, and provides an outdoor physical working environment and a safety system for a wireless communication station or a wired network station workstation.
The existing communication cabinet is not good in sealing, and the dustproof and waterproof effects of the communication cabinet are affected. Dust and water ingress are major obstacles to cause failures in the communication cabinets, and thus the reliability of the existing communication cabinets is not high. Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the communication cabinet includes: a cabinet door 1 ' and a cabinet body 2 ', wherein the cabinet body 2 ' comprises: a cabinet inner frame 23 ', a cabinet outer frame 22', and a gasket 21 ', wherein the gasket 21' is provided between the cabinet inner frame 23 'and the cabinet outer frame 22'. When the cabinet door 1 ' is closed, the cabinet door 1 ' presses the sealing ring 21 ' between the cabinet inner frame 23 ' and the cabinet outer frame 22 ', so as to achieve the sealing effect, thereby achieving the dustproof effect. However, in practical applications, since the cabinet door is difficult to seal all places, some dust enters the communication cabinet from the contact position of the sealing ring 21 'and the cabinet door 1', so that much dust is generated in the communication cabinet. Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which are included to illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dual-purpose communication cabinet, including:
a cabinet 2, the cabinet 2 comprising: an inner cabinet frame 23 and an inner seal ring 21;
the cabinet door outer frame 12 and the cabinet door inner frame 13 are welded and fixed with the inner surface of the cabinet door 1, and the outer sealing ring 11 is fixed with the inner surface of the cabinet door 1; the outer sealing ring 11 is located between the cabinet door outer frame 12 and the cabinet door inner frame 13, the inner sealing ring is located between the cabinet inner frame and the cabinet door outer frame, and the inner sealing ring 21 is fixed to the outer surface of the cabinet body 2.
As shown in fig. 4, when the cabinet door 1 is closed, the cabinet body 2 presses the outer sealing ring 11, and in addition, the cabinet door 1 presses the inner sealing ring 21 of the cabinet body 2, in this case, not only 2 layers of sealing are provided, but also the 2 layers of sealing rings are arranged up and down, so that the path through which dust passes through the structure is longer, the same is true for a waterproof waterway, and the waterproof path is a curve, as shown in fig. 5, the waterproof and dustproof path lengths are increased in the embodiment, so that the sealing degree of the communication cabinet is improved, and the service life of the communication cabinet is prolonged.

the cabinet door outer frame, the cabinet door inner frame and the inner surface of the cabinet door are welded and fixed, the outer sealing ring is fixed with the inner surface of the cabinet door, the outer sealing ring is positioned between the cabinet door outer frame and the cabinet door inner frame, the inner sealing ring is positioned between the cabinet inner frame and the cabinet door outer frame, and the inner sealing ring is fixed with the outer surface of the cabinet body;
the dual-purpose communication cabinet further comprises: the device comprises a bottom isolation bin, a side isolation bin and a supporting plate;
the bottom isolation bin is arranged at the lower part of the bottom surface of the dual-purpose communication cabinet;
the side isolation bin is arranged on the side surface of the double-purpose communication cabinet and the side surface of the bottom isolation bin, the side isolation bin spans the bottom isolation bin and the side surface of the double-purpose communication cabinet, a lower communication port is arranged at the joint of the bottom isolation bin and the side isolation bin, and an upper communication port is arranged at the joint of the side surface of the double-purpose communication cabinet and the side isolation bin;
and a plurality of supporting plates are arranged between the lower communication port and the upper communication port.
2. The dual-purpose communication cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the corresponding positions of the supporting plate and the communication cable are provided with openings for cooperating with the communication cable.
3. The dual-purpose communication cabinet according to claim 1, wherein said bottom surface of said dual-purpose communication cabinet is a non-hole structure.
4. The dual-purpose communication cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a wire inlet is provided at the bottom of said bottom isolation bin.
5. A cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting plate are provided with soft material.
6. The dual-purpose communication cabinet as claimed in claim 5, wherein the soft body is a plurality of soft bodies uniformly distributed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting plate, and the soft body is made of water-absorbing material.
