Background
Network Monitoring (Website Monitoring, also known as Network Monitoring) is a service that monitors specific targets on a Network. wherein the RRC link setup response message is generated by the first transmission receiving point based on the RRC link setup request message;
the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmit receive point, whether a non-specific state identifier is included in the RRC link setup request message;
if the first transmission receiving point judges that the RRC link establishment request message comprises the non-special state identifier, the RRC link establishment response message comprises a fourth instruction;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting network test procedure information to a fourth transmit power based on the fourth indication.
3. The method for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 2, wherein: the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmit receive point, if the non-specific state identifier is not included in the RRC link setup request message as determined by the first transmit receive point, whether an indication that the mobile terminal is communicating with other transmit receive points is included in the RRC link setup request message;
if the first transmission receiving point judges that the RRC link establishment request message comprises an indication that the mobile terminal is communicating with other transmission receiving points, the RRC link establishment response message comprises a first indication;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting network test procedure information to a first transmit power based on the first indication.
4. The method for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 3, wherein: the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmission reception point, whether information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point is included in the RRC link setup request message if it is determined by the first transmission reception point that the indication that the mobile terminal is communicating with other transmission reception points is not included in the RRC link setup request message;
if it is determined by the first transmitting and receiving point that the RRC link establishment request message includes information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmitting and receiving point, including a second indication in an RRC link establishment response message based on the number of times;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting the network test procedure information to a second transmit power based on the second indication.
5. The method for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 4, wherein: the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmission reception point, whether information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point is included in the RRC link setup request message, if it is determined by the first transmission reception point that the information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point is not included in the RRC link setup request message;
if the first transmission receiving point judges that the RRC link establishment request message comprises information about the mobile terminal entering a normal state from a dormant state, the RRC link establishment response message comprises a third indication;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting network test procedure information to a third transmit power based on the third indication;
and wherein the first transmit power is greater than the third transmit power, and the first transmit power is greater than the second transmit power, and the fourth transmit power is less than any of the first transmit power, the second transmit power, and the third transmit power.
6. A transmission system of network test process information is characterized in that: the transmission system of the network test process information comprises:
means for collecting network test procedure information by a mobile terminal;
means for transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an RRC link setup request message to a first transmit receive point, wherein the RRC link setup request message comprises at least one of: a non-specific state identifier, information about the mobile terminal entering a normal state from a dormant state, information about the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point, and information about the mobile terminal being in communication with other transmission reception points;
means for starting a timer by the mobile terminal; and
means for increasing, by the mobile terminal, a number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point if the mobile terminal does not receive the RRC link setup response message before the timer expires, and resending, by the mobile terminal, the RRC link setup request message to the first transmission reception point.
7. The system for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 6, wherein: the transmission system of the network test process information comprises:
means for, if the mobile terminal receives an RRC link setup response message, performing by the mobile terminal:
stopping the timer;
setting a transmission power for transmitting network test procedure information based on the RRC link setup response message;
sending the network test process information to the first transmission receiving point according to the set transmitting power for sending the network test process information;
wherein the RRC link setup response message is generated by the first transmission receiving point based on the RRC link setup request message;
the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmit receive point, whether a non-specific state identifier is included in the RRC link setup request message;
if the first transmission receiving point judges that the RRC link establishment request message comprises the non-special state identifier, the RRC link establishment response message comprises a fourth instruction;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting network test procedure information to a fourth transmit power based on the fourth indication.
8. The system for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 7, wherein: the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmit receive point, if the non-specific state identifier is not included in the RRC link setup request message as determined by the first transmit receive point, whether an indication that the mobile terminal is communicating with other transmit receive points is included in the RRC link setup request message;
if the first transmission receiving point judges that the RRC link establishment request message comprises an indication that the mobile terminal is communicating with other transmission receiving points, the RRC link establishment response message comprises a first indication;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting network test procedure information to a first transmit power based on the first indication.
9. The system for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 8, wherein: the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmission reception point, whether information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point is included in the RRC link setup request message if it is determined by the first transmission reception point that the indication that the mobile terminal is communicating with other transmission reception points is not included in the RRC link setup request message;
if it is determined by the first transmitting and receiving point that the RRC link establishment request message includes information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmitting and receiving point, including a second indication in an RRC link establishment response message based on the number of times;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting the network test procedure information to a second transmit power based on the second indication.
10. The system for transmitting network test procedure information according to claim 9, wherein: the RRC link setup response message is specifically generated by the following steps:
determining, by the first transmission reception point, whether information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point is included in the RRC link setup request message, if it is determined by the first transmission reception point that the information on the number of times the mobile terminal has attempted to establish a communication connection with the first transmission reception point is not included in the RRC link setup request message;
if the first transmission receiving point judges that the RRC link establishment request message comprises information about the mobile terminal entering a normal state from a dormant state, the RRC link establishment response message comprises a third indication;
wherein the mobile terminal sets a transmit power for transmitting network test procedure information to a third transmit power based on the third indication;
and wherein the first transmit power is greater than the third transmit power, and the first transmit power is greater than the second transmit power, and the fourth transmit power is less than any of the first transmit power, the second transmit power, and the third transmit power.
