In this embodiment, in the resource transfer process, the server determines and compares the transfer value in the resource transfer request according to the current resource plan transfer value of the resource transfer-out end, so that the risk that the current resource plan transfer-out value exceeds the resource transfer-out value of the resource transfer-out end plan because the current resource plan transfer-out value is smaller than the transfer value is avoided, and the success rate of resource transfer is improved.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the transferred resource value cannot exceed the remaining resource value in the account, as shown in fig. 5, the resource transfer condition includes an account value condition of the resource transfer-out end, and the step 202 "determining whether the resource transfer request meets the preset resource transfer condition" includes:

In this embodiment, the server determines and compares the transfer value in the resource transfer request according to the account number value of the resource transfer-out terminal, so as to avoid the risk that the resource transfer cannot be performed because the account number value of the resource transfer-out terminal is smaller than the transfer value, and improve the success rate of resource transfer.
Optionally, in an embodiment, for an illegal user who cannot provide the resource transfer service, as shown in fig. 6, the resource transfer condition includes validity of a resource receiving end, and the step 202 "determining whether the resource transfer request meets a preset resource transfer condition" includes:
s601, obtaining an illegal account list in a preset time period.
The server can call and obtain the illegal account name list by calling a third party interface and can also obtain the illegal account name list from a database; in general, an illegal account number refers to an account number that has poor credit evaluation in terms of resource transfer, has illegal behavior, and the like.
In this embodiment, the server may obtain the illegal account list in the past 10 years by calling a third party interface, or may obtain the illegal account list in the past 10 years from the database, which is not limited in this embodiment.
S602, judging whether the account number of the resource receiving terminal is in an illegal account number list, and if the account number of the resource receiving terminal is in the illegal account number list, executing a step 603; if the account of the resource receiving end is not in the illegal account list, step 604 is executed.
In this embodiment, after acquiring an illegal list within a preset time, the server determines whether an account of the resource receiving end is in the illegal account list, and the server may determine whether an account of the current resource receiving end is in the list in an account comparison manner, or may determine whether an account of the current resource receiving end is in the list in a search manner, and if the account of the current resource receiving end is in the list, it indicates that the account of the current resource receiving end is an illegal account, then step 603 is performed; if the current resource receiving end account is not in the list, it indicates that the current resource receiving end account is a valid account, and then step 604 is executed.

In this embodiment, if the server determines that the account number of the current resource receiving end is in the list, it indicates that the account number of the current resource receiving end has a condition of low credit evaluation or other illegal behaviors within 10 years, that is, the account number of the resource receiving end is an illegal account number, and it is determined that the resource transfer request does not satisfy the resource transfer condition.
S604, determining that the resource transfer request meets a preset resource transfer condition.
In this embodiment, if the server determines that the current resource receiving end account is not in the list, which indicates that the current resource receiving end account is a valid account within 10 years, it is determined that the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition, and corresponding operations are performed after the resource transfer request is determined, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the server obtains an illegal account list within a preset time period, and determines whether the account of the resource receiving end is in the illegal account list or not by means of searching, comparing and the like according to the illegal account list, so that validity check of the account of the resource receiving end by the server is realized, a risk of transfer failure can be avoided for a current resource transfer request, and safety and success rate of resource transfer are improved.
After determining whether the resource transfer request satisfies the resource transfer condition, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the step 203 "selecting a destination transfer path according to account information of the resource receiving end" includes:
and S701, determining the account type of the resource receiving end according to the account information of the resource receiving end.
The account type of the resource receiving end refers to a type to which an account of the resource receiving end belongs, and for example, the account type may include "bank a", "bank B", "bank C", "bank D", and the like.
In this embodiment, the server determines the account type of the resource receiving end according to the account information of the resource receiving end in the resource transfer request, for example, the server determines that the account type of the resource receiving end is "bank a" according to the account information "6226XXXXXXXXXXXX554" of the resource receiving end and that the account type is bank a ", which is not limited in this embodiment.
S702, judging whether a transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end exists or not, and if the transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end exists, executing a step 703; if there is no transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end, step 704 is executed.
In this embodiment, the server determines the type of the account at the resource receiving end according to the account information at the resource receiving end, and as described in the same example, if the server determines that the account at the resource receiving end is an "a bank", it determines whether a transferable channel whose account type is the "a bank" exists, that is, it determines whether a channel of the "a bank" that can complete resource transfer exists, and if a transferable channel whose account type is the "a bank" exists, then step 803 is executed; if there is no transferable channel with account number type "bank a", then step 804 is executed.
And S703, determining a transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end as a target transfer channel.
In this embodiment, after the server determines that a transfer channel of the same type as the account at the resource receiving end exists, the transfer channel is determined as the destination transfer channel. In the same example, if the server determines that there is a transferable channel with the account number type of "bank a", the server determines that the "bank a" transfer channel is the destination transfer channel.
And S704, determining a destination channel according to the account number area of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel.
In this embodiment, after the server determines that there is no transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end, the server determines the destination channel according to the account area of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel. To illustrate by the same example, if the server determines that there is no transferable channel with the account number type of "bank a", it determines whether there is a transferable channel in the same area or whether there is a transferable channel in an idle state according to the account number information area of the resource receiving end, thereby determining a destination transferable channel.
Statistics shows that the resource transfer timeliness rate of the same type is higher than that of the same region and different types, in this embodiment, the server preferentially judges whether a transfer channel of the same type as the account number type of the resource receiving end exists, and if the transfer channel exists, the transfer channel is used as a target transfer channel; if not, determining a target channel according to the account number area of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel, and improving the timeliness rate of resource transfer to a certain extent.
In an embodiment, the account number of the resource receiving end with different areas may also be matched with the transfer channel of the corresponding area, as shown in fig. 8, the step 704 "determining the destination channel according to the account number area of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel" includes:
s801, determining the account number area of the resource receiving end according to the information of the resource receiving end.
The account number region of the resource receiving end refers to a region where the account number of the resource receiving end is located, and the region can be provincial information, urban region information and the like of the account number of the resource receiving end; the information of the resource receiving end comprises identity information of the resource receiving end, area information of the resource receiving end and the like.
In this embodiment, the server determines the account area of the resource receiving end according to the information of the resource receiving end, for example, in the resource transfer request received by the server, the information of the resource receiving end includes "XXXX (stock resource assignment limited) company" and "the area where the resource receiving end is located is an a area", and then the account area of the resource receiving end is determined to be the "a area", which is not limited in this embodiment.
S802, judging whether a transfer channel which belongs to the same region as the account number region of the resource receiving end exists or not, and if the transfer channel which belongs to the same region as the account number region of the resource receiving end exists, executing a step 803; if there is no transfer channel belonging to the same area as the account area of the resource receiving end, step 804 is executed.
In this embodiment, when the server obtains the information of the resource receiving end, it determines the account number area of the resource receiving end, and as described in the same example, if the server determines that the account number area of the resource receiving end is "a area", it determines whether there is a transferable channel whose area is "a area", and if there is a transferable channel whose area is "a area", then step 803 is executed; if there is no transferable channel with the area "a-area", go to step 804.
And S803, determining a transfer channel which has the same region with the account number region of the resource receiving end as a target transfer channel.
In this embodiment, after the server determines that there is a transfer channel that belongs to the same area as the account area of the resource receiving end, the transfer channel is determined as the destination transfer channel. In the same example, when the server determines that there is a transferable tunnel whose area is "a-area", the server determines that the same-area transfer tunnel is the destination transfer tunnel.
S804, determining the transfer channel in the idle state as a target transfer channel.
In this embodiment, after the server determines that there is no transfer channel that belongs to the same area as the account area of the resource receiving end, the transfer channel in the idle state is determined as the destination transfer channel. In the same example as described above, when the server determines that there is no transferable tunnel whose area is "a area", it selects any other transfer tunnel in an idle state and determines it as a destination transfer tunnel.
Generally, the resource transfer timeliness rate of the same region is higher than that of different regions, in this embodiment, the server preferentially determines whether a transfer channel in the same region as the resource receiving end exists, and if so, the transfer channel is used as a target transfer channel; if the idle state does not exist, any transfer channel in the idle state is determined as a target transfer channel, and the timeliness rate of resource transfer is improved.
In an embodiment, the resource transfer operations may all generate resource transfer logs, as shown in fig. 9, after the step 204 "transferring resources to an account at a resource receiving end through a destination transfer channel according to a resource transfer request", the method further includes:
s901, acquiring a resource transfer log; the resource transfer log includes resource transfer results for each transfer channel.
The resource transfer log refers to an execution log of the server for the current resource transfer request, and the execution log includes a resource transfer condition judgment result of the resource transfer end, a resource transfer result of each destination channel, resource transfer time and the like; the resource transfer condition judgment result of the resource transfer-out end comprises the judgment result of each resource transfer condition, and the judgment result comprises the condition that the corresponding resource transfer condition is met or not met; the resource transfer result of each destination channel comprises the transfer result of the channel with the same type as the account number of the resource receiving end, the transfer result of the channel in the same area as the resource receiving end and the transfer result of the idle channel, wherein the transfer result comprises the transfer success or the transfer failure.
In this embodiment, when the server finishes executing the current resource transfer request, a resource transfer execution log is generated, and the resource transfer log is obtained. For example, the resource transfer log may include "XXXX science and technology company", a judgment result of a numerical condition of a project budget resource is a satisfaction condition, a judgment result of a resource plan condition of a resource transfer-out end is a satisfaction condition, a judgment result of a numerical condition of an account of a resource transfer-out end is a satisfaction condition, and a judgment result of a validity condition of "XXXX stock liability limited company" is a satisfaction condition; the channel transfer of the 'bank A' is successful; the resource transfer time is 2019, 9, 29, which is not limited in this embodiment.
S902, counting the transfer success rate of each transfer channel according to the resource transfer log, and storing the transfer success rate of the transfer channels.
The resource transfer log comprises transfer results of channels of the same type as the account number of the resource receiving end, transfer results of channels of the same area as the resource receiving end and transfer results of idle channels, wherein the transfer results comprise transfer success or transfer failure, and the server counts the transfer success rate of each transfer channel according to the information and stores the transfer success rate in the database for optimal selection of a next target channel.
In this embodiment, for example, the resource transfer result of each destination channel in the resource transfer log may include, a resource transfer request 1, a "bank a" channel transfer success; resource transfer request 2, channel transfer of 'B bank' is successful; resource transfer request 3, channel transfer failure of 'bank A' and channel transfer success of 'same region'; resource transfer request 4, channel transfer success of "bank a", and the like; and carrying out statistical calculation on the transfer results of all target channels in the resource transfer log by using a clustering algorithm or a data analysis algorithm to obtain the transfer success rate of all target channels, wherein in the example, the channel transfer success rate of the 'A bank' is 66.66%, and the channel transfer success rate of the 'B bank' is 100%, storing the transfer success rate results obtained by the statistical calculation into a database, and preferentially selecting the channel with high success rate for resource transfer according to the transfer success rate in the subsequent target channel selection.
In this embodiment, the server performs statistical analysis on the resource transfer result of each destination channel to obtain the transfer success rate of each destination channel, and in the next resource transfer, a channel with a high success rate can be preferentially selected for resource transfer according to the historical transfer success rate, so that the success rate and the timeliness rate of resource transfer are improved.
To better explain the resource transfer method provided in the present application, an embodiment is provided that is explained in terms of the overall flow of the financial resource transfer method, as shown in fig. 10, the method includes:
s001, receiving a resource transfer request: the server receives a resource transfer request of a resource transfer-out end; judging whether the resource transfer condition is met or not according to the information of the resource transfer-out end, the account information of the resource transfer-out end, the resource transfer value, the information of the resource receiving end and the account information of the resource receiving end carried in the resource transfer request;
s002, judging the project budget resource numerical value: the resource transfer condition comprises project budget resource value judgment, the server judges whether the resource transfer value in the resource transfer request is larger than the project budget resource value, if not, the resource transfer condition is met, and the next resource transfer condition is judged; if the value is larger than the project budget resource value, the resource transfer condition is not met, and the current resource transfer request process is ended;
s003, judging a resource plan: the resource transfer condition comprises resource plan judgment, the server judges whether the resource transfer value in the resource transfer request is greater than the resource plan value, if not, the resource transfer condition is met, and the next resource transfer condition is judged; if the resource plan value is larger than the resource plan value, the resource transfer condition is not met, and the current resource transfer request process is ended;
s004, judging resource values in the account: the resource transfer condition comprises resource value judgment in an account of the resource transfer-out end, the server judges whether the resource transfer value in the resource transfer request is larger than the resource value in the account of the resource transfer-out end, if the resource transfer value is not larger than the resource value in the account of the resource transfer-out end, the resource transfer condition is met, and the next resource transfer condition is judged; if the resource value is greater than the resource value in the account number of the resource transfer-out end, the resource transfer condition is not met, and the current resource transfer request process is ended;
s005, judging the validity of the receiving end: the resource transfer condition comprises the judgment of the validity of the account number of the resource receiving end, the server judges whether the account number information of the resource receiving end in the resource transfer request is in an illegal account number list, if the account number information is not in the illegal account number list, the resource transfer condition is met, and a resource transfer channel is selected; if the account number list is illegal, the resource transfer condition is not met, and the current resource transfer request process is ended;
s006, judging channels of the same type: if the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition, judging channels of the same type according to the account number type of the resource receiver in the resource transfer request, and if the channels of the same type exist, determining the channels as target transfer channels; if the channels of the same type do not exist, executing step S007;
s007, judging channels in the same region: judging the channel in the same area according to the information of the resource receiver in the resource transfer request, and if the channel in the same area exists, determining the channel as a target transfer channel; if no co-regional channel exists, executing step S008;
s008, determining an idle channel as a target transfer channel;
s009, acquiring a resource transfer log: when the current resource transfer request is completed through the target transfer channel, a resource transfer log is obtained;
and S010, counting the transfer success rate of each transfer channel according to the resource transfer logs, and storing the transfer success rate of the transfer channels.
It should be noted that, in the process of determining whether the resource transfer request satisfies the resource transfer condition, all the determination steps of determining whether the resource transfer condition is satisfied do not have a time sequence, that is, all the determination steps of determining whether the resource transfer condition is satisfied may be performed simultaneously or separately; when the judgment is carried out respectively, the judgment order of each rule does not have precedence.
In this embodiment, after receiving the resource transfer request from the resource transfer-out end, the server realizes the judgment of whether the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition in the resource transfer process, thereby reducing the risk occurrence rate in the resource transfer process; after the resource transfer condition is met, the target transfer channel is preferably selected according to the transfer success rate of each transfer channel in the resource transfer log, so that the timeliness rate and the success rate of resource transfer are improved.
The implementation principle and technical effect of the financial resource transfer method provided in this embodiment are similar to those of the financial resource transfer method provided in any of the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-10 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-10 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

In one embodiment, the resource transfer condition includes a project budget resource value condition, and the determining module 103 is configured to:
acquiring a budget resource value of the project according to the information of the resource transfer-out end;
judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than the budget resource value of the project or not;
if the resource transfer value is larger than the budget resource value of the project, determining that the resource transfer request does not meet the preset resource transfer condition;
and if the resource transfer value is not larger than the budget resource value of the project, determining that the resource transfer request meets the preset resource transfer condition.

The implementation principle and technical effect of all the embodiments of the financial resource transferring device are similar to those of the corresponding embodiments of the financial resource transferring method, and are not described herein again.

The computer program when executed by a processor implements a financial resource transfer method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 13 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving a resource transfer request sent by a resource transfer-out end; the resource transfer request carries information of a resource transfer-out end, account information of the resource transfer-out end, a resource transfer value, information of a resource receiving end and account information of the resource receiving end;
judging whether the resource transfer request meets a preset resource transfer condition;
if the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition, selecting a target transfer channel according to the account information of the resource receiving end, and transferring the resource to the account of the resource receiving end through the target transfer channel according to the resource transfer request.
The implementation principle and technical effect of the computer device provided by the above embodiment are similar to those of the above method embodiment, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
receiving a resource transfer request sent by a resource transfer-out end; the resource transfer request carries information of a resource transfer-out end, account information of the resource transfer-out end, a resource transfer value, information of a resource receiving end and account information of the resource receiving end;
judging whether the resource transfer request meets a preset resource transfer condition or not;
if the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition, selecting a target transfer channel according to the account information of the resource receiving end, and transferring the resource to the account of the resource receiving end through the target transfer channel according to the resource transfer request.
The implementation principle and technical effect of the computer-readable storage medium provided by the above embodiments are similar to those of the above method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), rambus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).

1. A method of financial resource transfer, the method comprising:
receiving a resource transfer request sent by a resource transfer-out end; the resource transfer request carries the information of the resource transfer-out end, the account information of the resource transfer-out end, the resource transfer value, the information of the resource receiving end and the account information of the resource receiving end;
judging whether the resource transfer request meets preset resource transfer conditions or not, wherein the resource transfer conditions comprise at least one of project budget resource numerical conditions, resource plan conditions of the resource transfer-out end, account number numerical conditions of the resource transfer-out end and legality conditions of the resource receiving end; the project budget resource value condition is used for judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than a project pre-selected resource value; the resource plan condition of the resource transferring-out end is used for judging whether the resource transferring value is larger than the resource plan value of the resource transferring-out end; the account number condition of the resource transferring-out end is used for judging whether the resource transferring number is larger than the resource number in the account number of the resource transferring-out end; the legality condition of the resource receiving terminal is used for judging whether the account number of the resource receiving terminal is in an illegal account number list or not;
if the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition, selecting a target transfer channel according to the account information of the resource receiving terminal, and transferring resources to the account of the resource receiving terminal through the target transfer channel according to the resource transfer request;
the selecting a destination transfer channel according to the account information of the resource receiving end includes:
determining the account type of the resource receiving terminal according to the account information of the resource receiving terminal;
judging whether a transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end exists or not;
if a transfer channel with the same account number type as the resource receiving end exists, determining the transfer channel with the same account number type as the resource receiving end as the target transfer channel;
if a transfer channel with the same account number type as the resource receiving end does not exist, determining the target channel according to the account number area of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel;
after the resource is transferred to the account of the resource receiving end through the destination transfer channel according to the resource transfer request, the method further includes:
acquiring a resource transfer log; the resource transfer log comprises resource transfer results of the transfer channels;
and counting the transfer success rate of each transfer channel according to the resource transfer log by using a clustering algorithm or a data analysis algorithm, and storing the transfer success rate of the transfer channel for determining a next target channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource transfer condition comprises a numerical condition of the project budget resource, and the determining whether the resource transfer request satisfies a predetermined resource transfer condition comprises:
acquiring a budget resource value of the project according to the information of the resource transfer-out end;
judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than the budget resource value of the project or not;
if the resource transfer value is larger than the budget resource value of the project, determining that the resource transfer request does not meet the preset resource transfer condition;
and if the resource transfer value is not larger than the budget resource value of the project, determining that the resource transfer request meets the preset resource transfer condition.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the resource transfer condition includes a resource planning condition of the resource transfer-out end, and the determining whether the resource transfer request satisfies a preset resource transfer condition includes:
acquiring a current resource plan transfer-out value of the resource transfer-out end according to the information of the resource transfer-out end;
judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than the current resource plan transfer-out value or not;
if the resource transfer value is larger than the current resource plan transfer-out value, determining that the resource transfer request does not meet the preset resource transfer condition;
and if the resource transfer value is not greater than the current resource plan transfer-out value, determining that the resource transfer request meets the preset resource transfer condition.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the resource transfer condition includes an account number condition of the resource transfer-out terminal, and the determining whether the resource transfer request meets a preset resource transfer condition includes:
acquiring a resource value in the account of the resource transfer-out terminal according to the account information of the resource transfer-out terminal;
judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than the resource value in the account of the resource transfer-out terminal;
if the resource transfer value is larger than the resource value in the account of the resource transfer-out end, determining that the resource transfer request does not meet the preset resource transfer condition;
and if the resource transfer value is not greater than the resource value in the account of the resource transfer-out end, determining that the resource transfer request meets the preset resource transfer condition.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the resource transfer condition includes validity of the resource receiving end, and the determining whether the resource transfer request satisfies a preset resource transfer condition includes:
acquiring an illegal account list in a preset time period;
judging whether the account of the resource receiving terminal is in the illegal account list or not;
if the account number of the resource receiving end is in the illegal account number list, determining that the resource transfer request does not meet the preset resource transfer condition;
and if the account number of the resource receiving end is not in the illegal account number list, determining that the resource transfer request meets the preset resource transfer condition.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the destination channel according to the account number region of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel comprises:
determining an account number area of the resource receiving end according to the information of the resource receiving end;
judging whether a transfer channel which belongs to the same region with the account number region of the resource receiving end exists or not;
if a transfer channel which belongs to the same region as the account number region of the resource receiving end exists, determining the transfer channel which belongs to the same region as the account number region of the resource receiving end as the target transfer channel;
and if the transfer channel which belongs to the same region as the account number region of the resource receiving end does not exist, determining the transfer channel in the idle state as the target transfer channel.
7. An apparatus for transferring financial resources, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a resource transfer request sent by the resource transfer-out end; the resource transfer request carries the information of the resource transfer-out end, the account information of the resource transfer-out end, the resource transfer value, the information of the resource receiving end and the account information of the resource receiving end;
the judging module is used for judging whether the resource transfer request meets preset resource transfer conditions, wherein the resource transfer conditions comprise at least one of project budget resource numerical conditions, resource plan conditions of the resource transfer-out end, account number numerical conditions of the resource transfer-out end and legality conditions of the resource receiving end; the project budget resource value condition is used for judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than a project pre-selected resource value; the resource plan condition of the resource transferring end is used for judging whether the resource transferring value is larger than the resource plan value of the resource transferring end; the account number value condition of the resource transfer-out end is used for judging whether the resource transfer value is larger than the resource value in the account number of the resource transfer-out end; the legality condition of the resource receiving terminal is used for judging whether the account number of the resource receiving terminal is in an illegal account number list or not;
a transfer module, configured to select a destination transfer channel according to the account information of the resource receiving end if the resource transfer request meets the resource transfer condition, and transfer the resource to the account of the resource receiving end through the destination transfer channel according to the resource transfer request;
the transfer module is specifically used for determining the account type of the resource receiving terminal according to the account information of the resource receiving terminal; judging whether a transfer channel with the same account type as the resource receiving end exists or not; if a transfer channel with the same account number type as the resource receiving end exists, determining the transfer channel with the same account number type as the resource receiving end as the target transfer channel; if a transfer channel with the same account number type as the resource receiving end does not exist, determining the target channel according to the account number area of the resource receiving end and the state of the transfer channel;
