Detailed Description
In order to avoid the safety problem that the element information of the electronic invoice can be arbitrarily input and manually modified, the embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device and a system for issuing the electronic invoice.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the attached drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1:
fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a process for issuing an electronic invoice, which includes the following steps:
s101: and when the authorization equipment identifies that the authorization equipment is connected with the invoicing equipment, reading the encrypted target invoice element information stored by the authorization equipment.
The method for issuing the electronic invoice provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to authorization equipment.
When a user has a billing requirement, the authorization device is accessed into the billing device, that is, the authorization device is connected with the billing device, the specific authorization device may be a device with a usb interface, when a bill needs to be issued, the usb interface of the authorization device is connected with the usb interface of the billing device, and the specific process of identifying the connection between the devices through the usb interface is the prior art, which is not repeated in the embodiment of the present invention.
The authorization device stores target invoice element information, and in order to improve the security in the electronic invoice issuing process, the target invoice element information is encrypted, namely the encrypted target invoice element information is stored in the authorization device.
The target invoice element information may include one or more of the elements of a collection unit, an invoicing date, an invoicing amount, and the like, if the target invoice element information includes a collection unit, a name of the collection unit may be specifically stored, and if the target invoice element information includes an invoicing date or an invoicing amount, a corresponding value range of the invoicing date or a corresponding value range of the invoicing amount, and the like may be specifically included, but of course, the target invoice element information may also include other information, which is related to an actual demand, and is not limited herein.
When the authorization device identifies that the authorization device is connected with the invoicing device, the authorization device can read the encrypted target invoice element information stored in the authorization device.
S102: and decrypting the encrypted target invoice essential element information to obtain the target invoice essential element information.
After the authorization equipment reads the encrypted target invoice element information, the authorization equipment stores a decryption algorithm for decrypting the encrypted target invoice element information, and if a key is adopted during encryption, the authorization equipment also stores a key for decrypting the encrypted target invoice element information, so that the encrypted target invoice element information can be directly decrypted.
The process of decrypting the encrypted target invoice element information by the authorization device may be to decrypt by using a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm when the target invoice element information is encrypted, and the encryption algorithm and the decryption algorithm may be a symmetric encryption and decryption algorithm, may be an asymmetric encryption and decryption algorithm, may be a hash algorithm, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, when the encryption algorithm and the decryption algorithm are asymmetric encryption and decryption algorithms, the encryption algorithm is used for encryption by using a public key, and the decryption algorithm is used for decryption by using a private key. Due to the fact that the public key and the private key are asymmetric, the asymmetric encryption and decryption algorithm is adopted, the difficulty in tampering the encrypted target invoice element information is improved, manual modification of the invoice element information is further avoided, and therefore safety of electronic invoice issuing is further improved.
And the authorization equipment decrypts the encrypted target invoice essential element information to obtain the target invoice essential element information.
S103: acquiring invoice element information contained in an invoice to be issued of an invoicing device connected with the invoicing device, and judging whether the invoice element information is consistent with the target invoice element information.
The authorization device obtains invoice element information of an invoice to be issued sent by an invoicing device connected with the authorization device, wherein the invoice element information of the invoice to be issued can comprise one or more of elements such as a collection unit, an invoicing date and an invoicing amount, the name of the collection unit can be specifically stored if the target invoice element information comprises the collection unit, and the corresponding range of the invoicing date or the corresponding value range of the invoicing amount can be specifically included if the target invoice element information comprises the invoicing date or the invoicing amount.
Since the authorization device obtains the target invoice element information and the invoice element information of the invoice to be issued, in order to identify whether the invoice element information of the invoice to be issued is manually modified or arbitrarily input, whether the name of a collection unit included in the invoice element information of the invoice to be issued is consistent with a collection unit included in the target invoice element information, whether the invoice date is in the corresponding range of the invoice date, whether the invoice amount is in the corresponding value range of the invoice amount, and the like can be judged.
Specifically, if the invoice element information of the invoice to be invoiced includes a collection unit, whether the collection unit in the invoice to be invoiced is consistent with the collection unit in the target invoice element can be judged, if the invoice element information of the invoice to be invoiced includes an invoicing amount, whether the invoicing amount is within the invoicing amount range of the target invoice element can be judged, if the invoice element information of the invoice to be invoiced includes an invoicing date, whether the current invoicing date is within the invoicing date range of the target invoice element information, and the like.
S104: and if the invoice information is consistent with the invoice information, informing the invoicing equipment to invoice.
And when the judgment result is consistent, namely the corresponding invoice element information of each invoice to be invoiced is judged to be correspondingly consistent according to the target invoice element information, the invoice element information of the invoice to be invoiced is considered not to be manually modified or arbitrarily input, and the authorization equipment can send the information for invoicing to the invoiced equipment and inform the invoiced equipment of invoicing.
S105: if not, the invoicing equipment is not allowed to invoice.
And when the judgment result is inconsistent, the invoice element information of the invoice to be invoiced is considered to be possibly manually modified or arbitrarily input, and the authorization equipment does not allow the invoicing equipment to invoice the invoice. The invoicing equipment is not allowed to invoice, the authorization equipment can output prompt information that the invoice element information is wrong, and operations such as ending an invoicing program running in the invoicing equipment can also be performed.
Because the invoice element information contained in the invoice to be issued is acquired in the embodiment of the invention, the invoice can be issued only when the invoice element information is consistent with the target invoice element information stored by the authorization equipment, so that potential safety hazards caused by manual modification or any input can be avoided.
Example 2:
in order to confirm whether the invoicing device is authorized to invoice, on the basis of the above embodiment, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the encrypted identification information of the target invoicing device stored in the invoicing device is read, the method further includes:
reading the encrypted identification information of the target billing equipment stored by the device;
decrypting the encrypted identification information of the target billing equipment to obtain the identification information of the target billing equipment;
acquiring identification information of billing equipment connected with the billing equipment;
judging whether the identification information of the billing equipment is consistent with the identification information of the target billing equipment or not;
and if the two are consistent, performing the subsequent steps.
After the authorization device is connected with the billing device, the authorization device can identify the connection between the authorization device and the billing device and identify the identification information of the billing device connected with the authorization device.
The authorization device stores the identification information of the target billing device, and in order to prevent the identification information of the target billing device from being changed, the identification information of the target billing device is encrypted, namely the encrypted identification information of the target billing device stored in the authorization device.
After the authorization device reads the encrypted identification information of the target billing device, the authorization device stores a decryption algorithm for decrypting the encrypted identification information of the target billing device, and if a secret key is used during encryption, the authorization device also stores a secret key for decrypting the encrypted identification information of the target billing device, so that the encrypted identification information of the target billing device can be directly decrypted.
And the authorization equipment decrypts the encrypted identification information of the target billing equipment to obtain the identification information of the target billing equipment.
The authorization device obtains self billing device identification information sent by the billing device connected with the authorization device.
Since the authorization device acquires the identification information of the target billing device and the identification information of the billing device connected with the authorization device, in order to determine whether the billing device connected with the authorization device is authorized to bill, the consistency judgment can be carried out on the acquired identification information of the billing device and the identification information of the target billing device.
And when the judgment result is consistent, the invoicing equipment is considered to be authorized to invoice, and the authorization equipment can inform the invoicing equipment to allow the invoicing equipment to invoice and carry out the subsequent steps.
And when the judgment result is inconsistent, the invoicing equipment is not authorized to invoice, and the invoicing equipment is not allowed to invoice.
The authorization device in the embodiment of the invention can compare the identification information of the invoicing device connected with the authorization device with the identification information of the decrypted target invoicing device stored by the authorization device, determine whether the invoicing device is authorized, if so, the authorization device considers that the invoicing device is authorized to invoice, and inform the authorization device of allowing the invoicing device to invoice, thereby improving the security of invoicing.
Example 3:
in order to determine whether the billing amount of the billing device exceeds the allowable billing amount of the billing device, and further ensure the accuracy of billing, on the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, before reading the encrypted target invoice element information stored in the method, the method further includes:
reading the number of invoices allowed by the encrypted invoicing equipment stored by the invoicing equipment;
decrypting the encrypted number of invoices allowed by the invoicing equipment to obtain the number of invoices allowed by the invoicing equipment;
acquiring the number of invoices issued by invoicing equipment connected with the invoicing equipment;
judging whether the number of invoices issued by the invoicing equipment reaches the number of invoices allowed by the invoicing equipment;
if not, the subsequent steps are carried out.
The authorization device stores the number of the invoices allowed by the invoicing device, and in order to prevent the change of the number of the invoices allowed, the encryption processing is carried out on the number of the invoices allowed by the invoicing device, namely, the number stored in the authorization device is the encrypted number of the invoices allowed by the invoicing device.
When the authorization device recognizes that the authorization device is connected with the billing device, the authorization device can read the number of invoices allowed by the encrypted billing device stored in the authorization device.
After the authorization device reads the number of the encrypted invoices allowed by the invoicing device, the authorization device stores a decryption algorithm for decrypting the number of the encrypted invoices allowed by the invoicing device, and if the encryption algorithm adopts a key, the authorization device also stores a key for decrypting the number of the encrypted invoices allowed by the invoicing device, so that the number of the encrypted invoices allowed by the invoicing device can be directly decrypted.
And the authorization device decrypts the encrypted number of the invoices allowed by the invoicing device to obtain the number of the invoices allowed by the invoicing device.
The authorization device locally stores the number of invoices made by the current invoicing device, so that after the authorization device obtains the number of invoices made by the invoicing device and the stored number of invoices made by the invoicing device, in order to determine whether the invoicing device can also make invoices, the number of invoicing allowed by the invoicing device and the number of invoices made by the invoicing device can be compared in numerical value.
When the authorization device judges that the number of invoices issued by the invoicing device does not reach the number of invoices allowed by the invoicing device, the authorization device can inform the invoicing device of allowing the invoicing device to issue the invoices, and the subsequent steps are carried out.
When the authorization device judges that the number of invoices made by the invoicing device reaches the number of invoices allowed by the invoicing device, the authorization device does not allow the invoicing device to make invoices.
The specific execution order of embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 is not limited, and the determination may be made before the invoice is issued.
The authorization equipment in the embodiment of the invention judges whether the number of invoices issued by the invoicing equipment reaches the number of invoices allowed by the invoicing equipment, if not, the invoicing equipment is allowed to issue the invoices, thereby solving the problem that the invoicing number of the current invoicing equipment is not limited, and further improving the security of invoicing.
Example 4:
in order to let the user know the reason why the invoice cannot be issued, on the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, if the invoice element information does not coincide with the target invoice element information, the method further includes: outputting first prompt information that the invoice element information is wrong, and not allowing the invoice to be issued;
if the identification information of the billing device is inconsistent with the identification information of the target billing device, the method further comprises: outputting a second prompt message of error of the invoicing equipment, and not allowing the invoicing equipment to invoice;
if the number of invoices made by the invoicing device reaches the number of invoices allowed by the invoicing device, the method further comprises the following steps: and outputting third prompt information that the invoicing quantity reaches the maximum value, and not allowing the invoicing equipment to invoice.
In the step, if the authorization equipment judges that the invoice element information to be issued is inconsistent with the decrypted target invoice element information stored by the authorization equipment, the authorization equipment outputs first prompt information of error invoice element information and does not allow the invoice equipment connected with the authorization equipment to issue the invoice;
if the authorization equipment judges that the identification information of the invoicing equipment to be invoiced is inconsistent with the identification information of the target invoicing equipment which is stored in the authorization equipment and is obtained after decryption, the authorization equipment outputs the second wrong prompt information of the invoicing equipment and does not allow the invoicing equipment connected with the authorization equipment to invoice;
and if the authorization equipment judges that the number of invoices issued by the invoicing equipment reaches the number of invoices allowed to be issued by the invoicing equipment which is stored by the authorization equipment and obtained after decryption, the authorization equipment outputs third prompt information that the number of invoices reaches the maximum value, and does not allow the invoicing equipment connected with the authorization equipment to issue the invoices.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the authorization equipment judges that the element information of the invoice to be issued is inconsistent with the element information of the target invoice obtained after decryption and stored by the authorization equipment, the identification information of the invoicing equipment for issuing the invoice is inconsistent with the identification information of the target invoicing equipment obtained after decryption and stored by the authorization equipment, or the number of invoices issued by the invoicing equipment reaches the number of invoicing allowed by the invoicing equipment obtained after decryption and stored by the authorization equipment, the authorization equipment respectively sends corresponding error prompt information and does not allow the invoicing, and the method outputs corresponding prompt information when the judgment result is inconsistent so as to enable a user to know the reason of the invoicing failure and timely change and adjust the invoice.
Example 5:
in order to obtain the decrypted invoice element information, in addition to the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, the decrypting the encrypted target invoice element information includes:
and verifying and signing the encrypted target invoice essential data by adopting a stored digital certificate, and decrypting the target invoice essential data subjected to signature verification by adopting a stored private key.
The authorization device stores target invoice element information, and in order to improve the security in the electronic invoice issuing process, the target invoice element information is encrypted, namely the encrypted target invoice element information is stored in the authorization device. And after reading the encrypted target invoice element information, the authorization equipment decrypts the target invoice element information by adopting a decryption algorithm stored by the authorization equipment.
The authorization device stores a cryptographic module, and the cryptographic module stores various algorithms of cryptographic operation, which may include a key management algorithm, a symmetric encryption and decryption algorithm, an asymmetric encryption and decryption algorithm, a hash algorithm, and the like.
After the authorization device generates the private key of the authorization device and makes a corresponding digital certificate through various algorithms stored by the password module, the authorization mechanism signs the element information of the target invoice by using the digital certificate of the authorization mechanism and encrypts the element information of the target invoice by using the made digital certificate through an encryption algorithm.
When the authorization device decrypts the encrypted target invoice essential information, firstly, the authorization device verifies and signs the encrypted target invoice essential information through the digital certificate of the authorization mechanism stored in the authorization device, and the process of verifying and signing by using the digital certificate of the authorization mechanism can adopt the same encryption algorithm as that used when signing by using the digital certificate of the authorization mechanism. A symmetric encryption/decryption algorithm may be used, using the same secret key when signing and verifying a signature with a digital certificate, for example using the public key of an authority.
The process of decrypting the target invoice element information after the signature verification by the authorization device can be to decrypt by adopting a decryption algorithm corresponding to the encryption algorithm when the target invoice element information is encrypted.
Similarly, the authorization device processes the identification information of the target billing device and the number of invoices allowed by the billing device in the same manner.
In the embodiment of the invention, various authorization information is encrypted, so that the security of the authorization information is ensured, the difficulty of tampering the authorization information is increased, and the security problems that the invoice element information is artificially modified and the invoice amount is not limited in the invoicing process are solved.
