Abstract

本发明提供了一种银箔化妆品,含有常规化妆品组分,还含有重量百分比为0.001~0.03%的银箔颗粒,银箔颗粒是由厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~120cm2的银箔在甘油中,用搅拌机以10~5000rpm的转速进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.00001~0.1cm2的银箔颗粒。与现有化妆品相比具有使用安全可靠的优点。由于其带正电荷,可吸附细菌赖以生存的酶的负电荷,使酶失去活性,进而使细菌失去活力,达到灭菌的效果。含银箔化妆品还可以促使皮肤表层离子移动,促使皮肤的血液循环,起到保护皮肤的作用。另外,还可将其他保湿性物质的保湿性能提高1~2倍。

技术领域
本发明是关于化妆品,特别涉及的是一种银箔化妆品。
背景技术
研究证实,银的杀菌作用机理是因为银在水中可形成带正电荷的银离子,可将水中细菌吸附其上,使细菌赖以呼吸代谢的酶失去活性,使细菌无法生存。利用银电极或银离子来净化水,已在航天航空领域广泛使用。原苏联太空轨道空间站“礼炮号”上的宇航员,曾成功地利用银电极处理水,防止了引水变质。目前世界上超过半数的航空公司均使用带银电极的滤水器。中国近年来研究制造的净化、矿化水装置,也开始采用银电极或银离子灭菌,它比常规的紫外线杀菌的优点更明显,效果更好。由于银离子的杀菌能力很强,被誉为“永久性的杀菌剂”。银离子的杀菌功效不仅可以净化水质,而且也用于临床治疗,例如:硝酸银溶液可作为眼睛的消炎、收敛用药;将胶体银喷涂在纱布、药棉上制成银纱布、银药棉,可治疗脓疮、溃疡等疾病,可使伤口愈合加快,防止感染;在野外作业或活动中,如不慎碰伤,可将佩带的银首饰或其它银器帖敷在伤口上,也能有效防止伤口感染。但将银应用在化妆品中目前尚未发现。银箔在化妆品方面的应用更是空白。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种银箔化妆品,将银箔应用于化妆品中,保证银在化妆品配方中的稳定性,以达到提高化妆品的杀菌、抗菌、抗炎功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明的银箔化妆品含有常规化妆品组分,还含有重量百分比为0.001~0.03%的银箔颗粒,银箔颗粒是由厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~120cm2的银箔在甘油中,用搅拌机以10~5000rpm的转速进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.00001~0.1cm2的银箔颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有化妆品相比具有使用安全可靠的优点。由于其带正电荷,可吸附细菌赖以生存的酶的负电荷,使酶失去活性,进而使细菌失去活力,达到灭菌的效果。含银箔化妆品还可以促使皮肤表层离子移动,促使皮肤的血液循环,起到保护皮肤的作用。另外,还可将其他保湿性物质的保湿性能提高1~2倍。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:将银压延成厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~120cm2的银箔,用搅拌机以10~5000rpm的转速在甘油中进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.00001~0.1cm2的细小银箔颗粒,加入到常规化妆品组分中,银箔颗粒加入量按重量百分比为0.001~0.03%,按照化妆品一般生产工艺制成护肤化妆品、美容化妆品、健美化妆品、儿童化妆品、治疗粉刺化妆品、瘦身减肥化妆品和洗发护发用品等。
将银箔化妆品涂抹于皮肤上时,由于按摩的机械运动,化妆品中的银箔颗粒可以变成更为微小的颗粒,其部分或大部分带有正电荷,所以改变皮肤表面电荷的分布与运动状态,改善皮肤的新陈代谢,而且能维持皮肤的弱酸性,具有抗炎杀菌等作用。
在制备银箔化妆品时,将厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~120cm2的银箔,加入到甘油中,通过不同的搅拌方式(毛式搅拌、双叶式搅拌、均质器搅拌等)及10~5000rpm的不同转速,将银箔分散为表面积0.00001~0.1cm2的不同尺寸的银箔颗粒,以适应不同化妆品的具体技术工艺要求,保证其在化妆品中的稳定性,制成多种含银箔化妆品。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
将厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~90cm2的银箔用搅拌机以500rpm的转速在甘油中进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.075cm2左右的银箔颗粒,按重量百分比为0.02%的比例加入到化妆品组分中,化妆品组分含有:卡伯波940 0.7%,防腐剂0.1%,羧甲基纤维素0.05%,去离子水加至100%,将组分混合后,加热至100℃,搅拌均匀,冷却后加入三乙醇胺0.65%增稠,制成含银透明啫喱胶。此产品呈透明胶状,具有滋润皮肤、保湿之功效,特别适合油性皮肤使用。
实施例2:
将厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~90cm2的银箔用搅拌机以600rpm的转速在甘油中进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.07cm2左右的银箔颗粒,按重量百分比为0.01%的比例加入到化妆品组分中,化妆品组分含有:卡伯波940 0.1%,防腐剂0.15%,羧甲基纤维素0.05%,三乙醇胺0.1%,去离子水加至100%,将组分混合后,加热至100℃,搅拌均匀,冷却后加入三乙醇胺增稠,制成含银腿胶。此产品呈透明胶状,具有收敛腿部肌肤,保持腿部肌肤健美的作用。
实施例3:
将厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~90cm2的银箔用搅拌机以300rpm的转速在甘油中进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.0001cm2左右的银箔颗粒,按重量百分比为0.01%的比例加入到化妆品组分中,化妆品组分含有:A相:单甘酯1.5%,硬脂酸2.5%,矿物油8.0%,防腐剂5.0%;B相:三乙醇胺0.3%,防腐剂0.1%,去离子水加至100%;C相:钛白粉8.0%,甘油12%,丙二醇12%,色素0.6%,银箔0.01%;D相:香精0.06%。以上百分数均为重量百分数。
分别将A、B相加热至100℃,再分别降至80℃和85℃;将A相过滤后加入B相,乳化15分钟,加入C相(预先分散均匀)及D相,以40rpm的转速搅拌15分钟,调整出料流量及冷却水量大小,当出料口温度降至40℃时出料,即制得含银湿粉。此产品呈肤色乳液,与传统湿粉不同,具有滋润、美白皮肤,消炎杀菌的作用。

1.一种银箔化妆品,含有常规化妆品组分,其特征是,还含有重量百分比为0.001~0.03%的银箔颗粒,银箔颗粒是由厚度为0.1~4.5μm、表面积为85~120cm2的银箔在甘油中,用搅拌机以10~5000rpm的转速进行搅拌,使银箔分散为表面积为0.00001~0.1cm2的银箔颗粒。
