Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a subway platform threshold, in particular to a composite insulation threshold structure.
Background
Subways have become important transportation means in cities today, and thousands of people take the subways every day. Meanwhile, subway platform doors are widely used, almost all subway stations are provided with the platform doors, and every passenger taking the subway can pass through the platform doors, which means that the passengers can step on the doorsills of the platform doors. Because the potential difference that has been produced because of stray current and static exists between train, platform door, the platform, when people or object pass through the platform door, contact train or platform when contacting the threshold, the current that produces because of the potential difference can give other people and cause uncomfortable sense or injury, also can produce the destruction effect to the object.
The integral ground insulation of the existing subway platform door cannot be realized by all platform doors, so that the insulation of the threshold needs to be separately processed. In the conventional doorsill insulation, only surface treatment such as oxidation, painting, film pasting and the like is performed, so that the doorsill is easily damaged by passing objects, metal heels and the like, the service life is extremely short, and the purpose of long-term effective insulation cannot be achieved.

The invention provides a composite insulation threshold structure for a subway platform door, which comprises a metal threshold body, a bottom supporting part arranged below the metal threshold body and a stand column fixedly connected with the bottom supporting part and penetrating through the metal threshold body, wherein the metal threshold body comprises a top plate, end plates and a middle vertical plate, wherein the end plates and the middle vertical plate are vertically arranged at the front end and the rear end of the top plate, and a cavity is formed among the end plates, the middle vertical plate and the top plate; the method is characterized in that: the insulating doorsill is arranged below the metal doorsill body and at the joint of the bottom supporting part, and is combined with the metal doorsill body into a whole, the insulating doorsill is plate-shaped, the insulating doorsill is embedded into a cavity below the metal doorsill body, and an end plate and a middle vertical plate of the metal doorsill body are provided with a short-cut part for accommodating the insulating doorsill, so that the insulating doorsill and the metal doorsill body at the position are combined into the same shape of the metal doorsill body.
Preferably, the insulating threshold and the end plate of the metal threshold body are provided with a protruding part at the corresponding position, and the insulating threshold and the metal threshold body are embedded together through the short-cut part and the protruding part; the upper surface of the insulated doorsill is provided with a groove for receiving the middle vertical plate to insert.
Preferably, the metal threshold body and the insulating threshold are bonded together, and the insulating threshold and the metal threshold body are fixed together by a bolt at a protruding portion of the insulating threshold.

The invention adopts the metal threshold body and the insulated threshold to form the threshold of the subway platform door; therefore, the insulating composite doorsill is formed, the insulating doorsill is embedded in the bottom of the metal doorsill body and is positioned at the position of the bottom supporting part, so that insulation is formed between the doorsill, the bottom supporting part of the doorsill and the stand column.
The insulating threshold and the metal threshold body are bonded, and the insulating threshold and the metal threshold body are firmly connected together in a screw fixing mode at two sides of the section bar.
After the metal threshold body and the insulating threshold are compounded, the metal threshold body is consistent with the traditional threshold, and the structural strength and other use performances are fully ensured.
The insulating threshold is arranged at the connecting part of the aluminum alloy threshold and the bottom supporting component, namely between the aluminum alloy threshold and the bottom supporting component. The strength and the insulating property of the insulating threshold can be ensured, so that the insulation between the insulating threshold and the bottom supporting structural member of the platform door can be realized under the condition that the structural strength of the threshold is not influenced, and the ground insulation is realized. At all contact sites, the insulating distance of no less than 5mm is achieved, insulation can be effectively guaranteed, and meanwhile repair and cleaning are facilitated.
Further, according to the invention, at the hole of the metal threshold body for the upright post to pass through, the insulating threshold has a baffle plate extending upwards for insulating the upright post and the metal threshold body. The insulating threshold is provided with a baffle plate at the contact end with the upright post, the baffle plate is higher than the metal threshold body, and the metal threshold body and the upright post are electrically isolated to prevent the metal threshold body and the upright post from being conducted to damage insulation.
The composite insulation doorsill can be suitable for platform doorsills with various end face shapes, is suitable for aluminum alloy doorsills, and is also effective for steel doorsills.
The composite insulation threshold is suitable for insulation between the threshold and the upright post and between the bottom support component and the threshold; meanwhile, the device can be applied to the positions between the middle bottom supporting component below the sliding door and the threshold below the emergency door.
The composite insulation threshold of the invention can be arranged on a track side threshold and a station side threshold.
The composite insulation threshold is convenient to replace, if the insulation material fails or the metal threshold body is partially damaged, the composite insulation threshold can be replaced independently, and the maintenance cost in use is greatly reduced.
When the doorsill is installed, the insulating doorsill is installed at the bottom of the metal doorsill and fixed through screws, then the connecting bolt of the bottom supporting component penetrates through the T-shaped groove at the bottom of the insulating doorsill to be connected with the bottom supporting component, and the metal doorsill and the bottom supporting component are isolated from each other to play an insulating role.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, the composite insulation threshold structure for a subway platform door of the present invention is shown, which includes a metal threshold body 1, a bottom support member 2 and a pillar 3, wherein the bottom support member 2 is disposed below the metal threshold body 1 for fixedly mounting the pillar 3, and the pillar 3 is disposed on a platform in a hole which is fixedly connected to the bottom support member 2 and passes through the metal threshold body; the bottom support member 2 includes: a fixed bottom plate 21 for connecting with the civil structure, which is fixed with the civil structure by bolts; the upright post base plate 22 is fixedly connected with the upright post 3, the supporting piece 23 is arranged between the upright post base plate 22 and the fixed base plate 21, the upper end of the supporting piece 23 is fixedly connected with the upright post base plate 22, and the lower end is connected with the fixed base plate 21. The metal threshold body 1 includes a top plate 15, end plates 11 and a middle vertical plate 13 vertically arranged at the front and rear ends of the top plate, and it should be noted that: the front and back means that one side close to the track is front and the other side far away from the track is back; a cavity 14 is formed among the end plate 11, the middle vertical plate 13 and the top plate 15, and the invention is characterized in that: at the joint of the bottom support part 2, a matched insulating threshold 4 which is approximately in a flat plate shape is arranged in a cavity 14 below the metal threshold body 1, the insulating threshold 4 is embedded into the cavity 14 below the metal threshold body 1, in order to keep the thickness and the outline of the threshold with the insulating threshold at the position identical to those of other parts of the metal threshold body 1, an end plate 11 and a middle vertical plate 13 of the metal threshold body 1 are both provided with a short-cut part 12, namely the end plate 11 and the middle vertical plate 13 are shorter than those of other parts; therefore, the insulating doorsill 4 is used for accommodating the insulating doorsill 4, the insulating doorsill 4 is arranged below the metal doorsill body 1 at the joint of the bottom supporting part 2, and the insulating doorsill 4 is just embedded between the middle vertical plate and the end plate of the metal doorsill body 1, so that the metal doorsill body 1 and the bottom supporting part 2 can be insulated, the metal doorsill body 1 and the insulating doorsill 4 are combined into a whole, and the shape of the doorsill formed by combining the insulating doorsill 4 and the metal doorsill body 1 is the same as that of other parts of the metal doorsill body 1. According to the composite insulation doorsill formed by the invention, the bottom supporting part 2, the upright post 3 and the subway metal doorsill body 1 are insulated, and the composite insulation doorsill is simple in structure and convenient to install. The bottom of the insulating door sill 4 has a T-shaped groove 44 for connection to the bottom support part 2. An insulated connection between the pillar base plate 22 of the bottom support member 2 and the subway sill can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, and fig. 5A, 5B, and 5C, preferably, the end plate 11 of the metal rocker body 1 has a short-cut portion 12, the insulating rocker 4 has a protruding portion 41 at a position corresponding to the end plate 11 in the width direction of the metal rocker body 1, and the metal rocker body 1 and the insulating rocker 4 are fitted together by the short-cut portion 12 and the protruding portion 41. So that the insulating rocker 4 extends at the end upwards around the end of the metal rocker body 1. The metal threshold body 1 and the insulating threshold 4 are bonded together for firm connection therebetween, and the insulating threshold 4 and the metal threshold body 1 are fixed together by the bolts 5 at the protruding portions 12 of the insulating threshold 4. Preferably, the height of the protrusion 41 is 5mm or more. And preferably the thinnest part of the insulating threshold 4 is approximately equal to 5mm thick.
Preferably, further at the hole of the metal threshold body 1 for the upright 3 to pass through, the insulating threshold 4 has a baffle 42 extending upward for insulating the upright 3 and the metal threshold 4 body. The thickness of the baffle 42 is preferably 5mm or more.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5C, a protruding middle vertical plate 13 is provided under the metal rocker body 1; the insulating door sill 4 has a recess 43 for the insertion of the intermediate upright 13.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and the present invention is intended to add a recess in the bottom of a metal sill body for accommodating an insulating sill, thereby achieving insulation between a subway sill and a bottom support member. Those skilled in the art can make routine modifications or alterations based on the above-described embodiments, such as: changes in the number and thickness of the insulated door sills or the use of composite insulated door sill structures in combination with bottom supported insulated structures are contemplated, but such modifications and substitutions are intended to be within the scope of the present application.

A combined type insulation threshold structure for a subway platform door comprises a metal threshold body, a bottom supporting part arranged below the metal threshold body and a stand column which is fixedly connected with the bottom supporting part and penetrates through the metal threshold body, wherein the metal threshold body comprises a top plate, an end plate and a middle vertical plate, the end plate and the middle vertical plate are vertically arranged at the front end and the rear end of the top plate, and a cavity is formed among the end plate, the middle vertical plate and the top plate; the method is characterized in that: the insulating doorsill is arranged below the metal doorsill body and at the joint of the bottom supporting part, and is combined with the metal doorsill body into a whole, the insulating doorsill is plate-shaped, the insulating doorsill is embedded into a cavity below the metal doorsill body, and an end plate and a middle vertical plate of the metal doorsill body are provided with a short-cut part for accommodating the insulating doorsill, so that the insulating doorsill and the metal doorsill body at the position are combined into the same shape of the metal doorsill body.

The composite insulating threshold structure for a subway platform door as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the insulating threshold and the end plate of the metal threshold body are provided with a protruding part at the corresponding position, and the insulating threshold and the end plate are embedded together through the short-cut part and the protruding part; the upper surface of the insulated doorsill is provided with a groove for receiving the middle vertical plate to insert.

The composite insulating threshold structure for a subway platform door as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the metal threshold body and the insulating threshold are bonded together, and the insulating threshold and the metal threshold body are fixed together through screws at the protruding part of the insulating threshold.
