Abstract
The invention discloses a metal powder aqueous emulsion, a preparation method thereof and melamine wood grain paper, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion; 10-20 parts of metal powder; 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent; 1-6 parts of a thickening agent; 20-30 parts of water. The metal powder aqueous emulsion has stable performance, can keep good dispersibility for a long time, can ensure that the problem of color difference caused by metal powder precipitation can not be generated in the whole printing process, has high product qualification rate and obviously reduces the returned goods amount.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of furniture decorative paper, and mainly relates to a metal powder water-based emulsion, a preparation method thereof and melamine wood grain paper.
Background
With the importance of environmental protection in various countries in the world, the raw wood resources are continuously reduced, but the furniture requirements are continuously increased, so that the high-simulation wood furniture material is the first choice in the furniture industry.
The common melamine wood-grain paper is printed by adding ink according to the texture and color of a raw wood board, but the melamine high-imitation wood-grain paper has high requirements on patterns and processes, for example, higher-grade wood species such as Machilus aureum, cherry wood and the like can have golden colors in the wood grains, so that the melamine high-imitation wood-grain paper has high process requirements on printing, and a layer of metal powder needs to be brushed after a pattern ink layer is printed. The metal powder is generally mixed with resin and then printed on the melamine paper, but because the metal powder is heavier than the resin, the metal powder can cause downward precipitation, so that color difference is easy to occur after a certain time of production, and the patterns of the melamine wood-grain paper obtained by the previous production and the next production are different.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a metal powder aqueous emulsion, a preparation method thereof and melamine wood-grain paper, and aims to solve the problem that the melamine wood-grain paper has color difference due to the fact that metal powder is settled in the printing process.

the metal powder aqueous emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight:
60-80 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion;
10-20 parts of metal powder;
1-3 parts of a dispersing agent;
1-6 parts of a thickening agent;
20-30 parts of water.
The aqueous metal powder emulsion is characterized in that the viscosity of the aqueous metal powder emulsion is controlled to be 15-30 seconds (cup No. 3).
The metal powder aqueous emulsion is characterized in that the dispersant is maleic anhydride-acrylamide-hydroxyethyl acrylate with the mass fraction of 2000-4000.
The metal powder aqueous emulsion is characterized in that the thickening agent is polyethylene glycol-2000.
The metal powder aqueous emulsion is characterized in that the solid content of the aqueous acrylic resin emulsion is 45-50%.
A method for preparing the above aqueous emulsion of metal powder, comprising the steps of:
adding water into the water-based acrylic resin emulsion under the stirring state, and uniformly mixing;
slowly adding metal powder and a dispersing agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
adding a thickening agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the metal powder aqueous emulsion.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
feeding the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder into a bead mill for at least 2 times of grinding.
The melamine wood-grain paper is coated with the metal powder aqueous emulsion.
Has the advantages that: the metal powder aqueous emulsion has stable performance, can keep good dispersibility for a long time, can ensure that the problem of color difference caused by metal powder precipitation can not be generated in the whole printing process, has high product qualification rate and obviously reduces the returned goods amount.

The invention provides a metal powder aqueous emulsion, a preparation method thereof and melamine wood grain paper, and the invention is further described in detail below in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer. The invention provides a metal powder aqueous emulsion which is used for printing melamine wood-grain paper and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
60-80 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion;
10-20 parts of metal powder;
1-3 parts of a dispersing agent;
1-6 parts of a thickening agent;
20-30 parts of water;
the viscosity of the metal powder aqueous emulsion is controlled to be between 15 seconds and 30 seconds (cup No. 3).
Wherein the solid content of the water-based acrylic resin emulsion is 45-50%. The dispersant is maleic anhydride-acrylamide-hydroxyethyl acrylate with the mass fraction of 2000-4000. The dispersing agent can play a role in adsorption to prevent metal powder from precipitating, and prevent the metal powder from agglomerating through the electrostatic action of anions so as to uniformly disperse metal. The maleic anhydride-acrylamide-hydroxyethyl acrylate with the mass fraction of 2000-4000 is adopted, the viscosity of the maleic anhydride-acrylamide-hydroxyethyl acrylate is moderate, flocs cannot be formed due to too high polymerization degree to influence the overall effect of wood grains, and metal powder cannot stably exist in resin due to too low polymerization degree. Meanwhile, the particle size of the metal powder is required in the invention, and the excessive particle size ensures that the metal powder particles are heavier than resin and are easy to precipitate downwards, so that the particle size of the metal powder is limited to be between 10 and 40 mu m, the excessive mass of the metal powder particles is prevented, the metal powder can be uniformly suspended in a resin system better, and the precipitation cannot occur in a long time. The thickening agent adopts polyethylene glycol-2000, the viscosity of the metal powder aqueous emulsion is controlled between 15 seconds and 30 seconds (No. 3 cup), and the effect of hindering the precipitation of metal particles is achieved.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the metal powder water-based emulsion for the melamine wood grain paper, which comprises the following steps:
adding water into the water-based acrylic resin emulsion under the stirring state, and uniformly stirring;
slowly adding metal powder and a dispersing agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
adding a thickening agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the metal powder aqueous emulsion.
Preferably, the preparation method further comprises the following steps:
feeding the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder into a bead mill for at least 2 times of grinding. Thus, the metal powder can be more thoroughly and uniformly dispersed in the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder.
Through observation, the metal powder aqueous emulsion can not generate obvious color difference caused by metal powder precipitation within 10 hours, and can ensure that the precipitation can not be generated in the whole printing process. Meanwhile, the mass production experiment verifies that the metal powder water-based emulsion does not have color difference caused by metal powder precipitation in the whole printing process, the wood grain patterns and the colors of the melamine wood grain paper at the front section and the rear section can be kept consistent, the product percent of pass is high, and the return quantity is obviously reduced. Even if the metal powder aqueous emulsion is stored for 1 month, the bottom of the metal powder aqueous emulsion has no hard precipitate, and the metal powder aqueous emulsion can be uniformly dispersed by stirring.
The invention provides melamine wood-grain paper, which is coated with the metal powder aqueous emulsion.
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Example 1
Preparing a metal powder aqueous emulsion: adding 20 parts of water into 70 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion under the stirring state, slowly adding 15 parts of metal powder and 2 parts of dispersing agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding 4 parts of thickening agent, and adjusting the viscosity to be between 15 and 30 seconds (No. 3 cup) to obtain the metal powder aqueous emulsion. And (3) feeding the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder into a bead mill for 2 times of grinding.
And printing wood grains and the metal powder aqueous emulsion on the melamine paper to obtain the melamine wood grain paper. In the production process for 4 hours, the production speed is controlled to be 60-100 m/min, and the metal powder aqueous emulsion of the embodiment has no obvious color difference caused by metal powder precipitation. The melamine wood grain paper obtained by sampling inspection is compared with the melamine wood grain paper produced in the previous 100 meters and the melamine wood grain paper between the 1000 th and 2000 th scales, the 5000 th and 6000 th scales and the 10000 th and 12000 th scales, and the color difference does not exist among products.
Melamine wood grain paper was produced using a commercially available resin emulsion containing metal powder (aqueous acrylic resin emulsion, metal powder, etc.) as a comparative example. The production process lasts for 4 hours, the production speed is controlled to be 60-100 m/min, and the resin emulsion containing the metal powder in the comparative example has obvious color difference caused by the precipitation of the metal powder. Comparing the melamine wood grain paper obtained by sampling inspection with the melamine wood grain paper of the first 100 meters, the melamine wood grain paper of between 1000-.
Example 2
Preparing a metal powder aqueous emulsion: adding 25 parts of water into 60 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion under the stirring state, slowly adding 10 parts of metal powder and 1.5 parts of dispersing agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding 3 parts of thickening agent, and adjusting the viscosity to be between 15 and 30 seconds (No. 3 cup) to obtain the metal powder aqueous emulsion. And (3) feeding the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder into a bead mill for 2 times of grinding.
And printing wood grains and the metal powder aqueous emulsion on the melamine paper to obtain the melamine wood grain paper. And (3) feeding the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder into a bead mill for grinding for 3 times.
And printing wood grains and the metal powder aqueous emulsion on the melamine paper to obtain the melamine wood grain paper. In the production process for 4 hours, the production speed is controlled to be 60-100 m/min, and the metal powder aqueous emulsion of the embodiment has no obvious color difference caused by metal powder precipitation. The melamine wood grain paper obtained by sampling inspection is compared with the melamine wood grain paper produced in the previous 100 meters and the melamine wood grain paper between the 1000 th and 2000 th scales, the 5000 th and 6000 th scales and the 10000 th and 12000 th scales, and the color difference does not exist among products.

60-80 parts of water-based acrylic resin emulsion;
10-20 parts of metal powder;
1-3 parts of a dispersing agent;
1-6 parts of a thickening agent;
20-30 parts of water.
2. The aqueous metal powder emulsion of claim 1 wherein the viscosity of the aqueous metal powder emulsion is controlled to be between 15 seconds and 30 seconds (cup No. 3).
3. The aqueous emulsion of metal powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is maleic anhydride-acrylamide-hydroxyethyl acrylate with a mass fraction of 2000 to 4000.
4. The aqueous metal powder emulsion of claim 1, wherein the thickener is polyethylene glycol-2000.
5. The aqueous metal powder emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous acrylic resin emulsion has a solid content of 45 to 50%.
6. A method for preparing the aqueous emulsion of metal powder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
adding water into the water-based acrylic resin emulsion under the stirring state, and uniformly mixing;
slowly adding metal powder and a dispersing agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
adding a thickening agent, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the metal powder aqueous emulsion.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
feeding the aqueous emulsion of the metal powder into a bead mill for at least 2 times of grinding.
8. The melamine wood-grain paper is characterized in that the melamine wood-grain paper is coated with the metal powder aqueous emulsion according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
