In this embodiment, in order to enable the first air outlet 21 to be in a closed state when not being used, the laundry care apparatus further includes a cover member 70 for closing the first air outlet 21 and an elastic member 80 for elastically connecting the cover member 70 and the stand lower cover 24; the cover member 70 and the elastic member 80 are disposed in the receiving cavity 241, that is, the receiving cavity 241 forms a cavity of the clothes support 20, and the size of the cover member 70 is larger than the aperture of the first air outlet 21, so that the cover member 70 can cover the first air outlet 21.
In order to prevent the first air outlet 21 from being deflated, a rubber layer is laid on the contact surface between the first air outlet 21 and the cover member 70 and/or a rubber layer is laid on the contact surface between the cover member 70 and the first air outlet 21 to ensure the air tightness between the first air outlet 21 and the cover member 70, and of course, other materials for preventing the air leakage of the accommodating cavity 241, such as silica gel, can be laid.
Specifically, the cover member 70 is located at the first air outlet 21 and is disposed in the cavity, and when the clothes hanger 30 is in contact with the cover member 70 and the cover member 70 is pressed down, an air passage is formed between the clothes hanger 30 and the cover member 70, so that the clothes hanger 30 is communicated with the cavity. When the clothes support 30 contacts with the cover member 70, the clothes support 30 presses the cover member 70 downwards by means of the gravity of the clothes support 30, meanwhile, under the pressure of the cover member 70, the elastic member 80 is compressed and accumulates elastic force, at the moment, an air passage is formed between the clothes support 30 and the cover member 70, so that the clothes support 30 is communicated with the cavity, and therefore air in the cavity can circulate into the clothes support 30 and acts on the inside of the forehead of the hung clothes. When the clothes hanger 30 is detached from the first air outlet 21, the elastic member 80 is released from the compressed state, and pushes the cover member 70 back to the initial position by the elastic force accumulated in the compressed state, so that the cover member 70 covers the first air outlet 21.
Preferably, in combination with fig. 5 and 6, the cover member 70 is provided with a limiting column 71, the limiting column 71 extends from the cover member 70 towards the receiving cavity 241 of the bracket lower cover 24, and a limiting groove 243 is provided at a position of the receiving cavity 241 corresponding to the limiting column 71, and the limiting column 71 is inserted into the limiting groove 243, so that the cover member 70 can only move in the vertical direction, and the cover member 70 is limited from moving in the lateral direction.
Of course, it can be understood that, in order to avoid collision between the position-limiting column 71 and the position-limiting groove 243, the size of the position-limiting column 71 is slightly larger than the position-limiting groove 243, and an anti-collision material is laid on the outer side of the column body of the position-limiting column 71 and/or the inner side of the groove of the position-limiting groove 243, and the specific material is not limited herein. The length of the limiting column 71 is smaller than the depth of the limiting groove 243, so that the structural damage caused by collision between the bottom of the limiting column 71 and the groove bottom of the limiting groove 243 is avoided.
Preferably, the elastic member 80 is of a spring structure, one end of the elastic member 80 is connected to the cover member 70, the position-limiting column 71 is located inside the elastic member 80, the other end of the elastic member 80 is connected to the bracket lower cover 24, and the position of the bracket lower cover 15 corresponding to the elastic member 80 is provided with a position-limiting wall 244, the position-limiting wall 244 is of a circular column shape, and the position-limiting groove 243 is arranged in the position-limiting wall 244. The limiting wall 244 is matched with the elastic element 80, the elastic element 80 is connected to the bracket lower cover 24 and is positioned in the limiting wall 244, the limiting wall 244 is used for limiting the transverse movement of the elastic element 80, in addition, the limiting wall 244 can also be used for limiting the downward pressing amount of the cover element 70 so as to limit the compression amount of the elastic element 80, thereby avoiding the damage of the elastic element 80 due to over compression and improving the service life of the elastic element 80.
Of course, the elastic member 80 is a conical cylindrical spring structure, i.e. a structure with a diameter gradually decreasing and/or increasing from the end of the spring structure, and the diameter of the end of the elastic member 80 connected with the cover member 70 is larger than the diameter of the end of the elastic member 80 connected with the bracket lower cover 24 in this embodiment, so as to increase the contact area between the elastic member 80 and the cover member 70, so that the movement of the cover member 70 during the pressing or lifting process is smoother.
In other embodiments, the elastic member 80 may also be other structures with elasticity, and is not limited herein. It is understood that the limiting grooves 243 and the limiting walls 244 are disposed at positions corresponding to the positions of the first air outlet openings 21, and are disposed in the same number as the first air outlet openings 21.
In the present embodiment, when the clothes hanger 30 contacts the cover member 70, in order to form an air channel between the clothes hanger 30 and the cover member 70, a first vertical plate 72 and a second vertical plate 73 are crosswise arranged on the cover member 70, and the second air inlet 31 of the clothes hanger 30 abuts against the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73 to press the cover member 70.
Specifically, the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73 are fixed on the cover member 70 in a cross shape and located at an end opposite to the limiting column 71, at this time, a channel for circulating air is formed between the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, when the second air inlet 31 of the clothes support 30 abuts against the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, the air inside the cavity can be circulated to the second air inlet 31 of the clothes support 30 from the channel formed between the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, so as to be circulated to the inside of the clothes support 30, and act on the inside of the clothes.
It can be understood that the lengths of the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73 are both greater than the aperture of the second air inlet 31, so that the second air inlet 31 can be supported on the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, and the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73 are prevented from being sleeved into the second air inlet 31.
In order that the passage formed by the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73 will not block the second air inlet 31, the thickness of the first vertical plate 72 and the thickness of the second vertical plate 73 are both smaller than the diameter of the second air inlet 31, so that the air in the cavity can flow into the second air inlet 31 through the passage and enter the inside of the clothes support 30 to act on the inside of the clothes.
Preferably, the cover 70, the position-limiting column 71, the first standing plate 72 and the second standing plate 73 are made of heat-resistant materials, so that the cover 70, the position-limiting column 71, the first standing plate 72 and the second standing plate 73 are prevented from being dissolved when high-heat hot air or steam passes through the cover 70, the position-limiting column 71, the first standing plate 72 and the second standing plate 73.
In this embodiment, the clothes hanger 30 includes a hook portion 33 and a hanging portion 34 for hanging clothes, the hook portion 33 is installed on the first air outlet 21 and abuts against the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, and the hook portion 33 is connected to the hanging portion 34.
In order to facilitate the hanging of the clothes support 30 on the clothes support bracket 20, the hook portion 33 is configured to be a hook-shaped structure, so that the hook portion 33 is installed at the first air outlet 21 and pressed against the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, and the second air inlet 31 is arranged on a pressing surface of the hook portion 33 and the first vertical plate 72 and the second vertical plate 73, so that hot air or steam inside the cavity can flow into the second air inlet 31 through the passage and enter the inside of the clothes support 30.
Of course, it can be understood that the hanging part 34 is a hollow structure, and the second air outlet 32 is disposed toward the hollow structure inside the hanging part 34 as shown in fig. 3, for exhausting the air inside the cavity communicated to the second air inlet 31, and acting on the inside of the hung clothes. In other embodiments, the hanging part 34 may also be a structure with an internal air path, and the second air outlet 32 should be disposed at an air path outlet of the hanging part 34, and the specific position setting is set according to the air path structure disposed inside the hanging part 34, which is not described herein again.
Specifically, the hook portion 33 and the hanging portion 34 include, but are not limited to, being connected by screws, welding, riveting, etc., and the hook portion 33 and the hanging portion 34 may also be integrally formed structures, which only need to be provided with an air passage for air to circulate inside, and the specific structure is not limited herein.
Preferably, the clothes hanger 30 is also made of a heat-resistant material to prevent high-calorie gas from being dissolved when passing through the inner space of the clothes hanger 30.
In order to prevent the clothes hanger 30 from being deflated after being installed on the first air outlet 21, the shape of the first air outlet 21 in the embodiment is matched with the shape of the hook portion 33.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, since the hook part 33 is hook-shaped, the first air outlet 21 includes a first guide surface 211 and a second guide surface 212 that are in contact with the inside and outside of the hook part 33, respectively, the first guide surface 211 extends outward from one side of the first air outlet 21 and is curved toward the first air outlet 21 side to match the shape of the inside of the hook part 33 such that the curvature of the first guide surface 211 is equal to the curvature of the inside surface of the hook part 33; the curvature (curvature) is a rotation rate of a tangential direction angle to an arc length at a certain point on a curve for a curved surface to indicate a degree of deviation of the curve from a straight line. The second guide surface 212 extends perpendicularly outward from the other side of the first air outlet 21, and the second guide surface 212 is tangent to the outer side surface of the hook portion 33. By providing the first guide surface 211 and the second guide surface 212, when the hook portion 33 is mounted, the hook portion 33 can be guided by the second guide surface 212 and can be moved by the first guide surface 211, so that the mounting process of the hook portion 33 can be made closer to the first air inlet 21.
Preferably, in order to avoid the air leakage between the hook portion 33 and the air in the cavity during the circulation process, an annular groove 35 for installing a sealing structure is arranged in the contact area between the hook portion 33 and the first air outlet 21, specifically, the sealing structure is a sealing rubber ring, or the sealing structure is a sealing silica gel ring; when the hook portion 33 is installed, the sealing structure presses the hook portion 33 and the first air outlet 21, respectively, so that the hook portion 33 and the first air outlet 21 maintain airtightness.
Of course, in other embodiments, other sealing structures for ensuring air tightness may be used, and are not limited herein. Preferably, the ring groove 35 may also be disposed at the first air outlet 21, and an effect of ensuring air tightness between the hook portion 33 and the first air outlet 21 may also be achieved. Alternatively, the air tightness between the hook part 33 and the first air outlet 21 may also be achieved by other means, such as: the contact surface between the hook portion 33 and the first air outlet 21 is coated with a sealing layer and/or the contact surface between the first air outlet 21 and the hook portion 33 is coated with a sealing layer, which may be a sealing material such as silica gel or rubber, and may ensure airtightness between the hook portion 33 and the first air outlet 21, but is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the wrinkle removing effect of the laundry, in practical applications, the laundry may be shaken by increasing the shaking frequency of the laundry, that is, by shaking the clothes hanger 30. Namely, in this embodiment, the clothes care apparatus further includes a driving device 50, and the driving device 50 is mounted on the clothes hanger bracket 20 and is used for driving the clothes hanger bracket 20 to reciprocate so as to shake the clothes hanger 30. Specifically, while the air heated by the air heating device 40 is introduced into the clothes hanger 30, a mode of driving the clothes hanger 30 to move repeatedly by the driving device 50 is added, and a mode of introducing air into the clothes and shaking the clothes from the outside is added, so that strong air can be intensively acted inside the clothes, and strong airflow is formed on the inner surface of the clothes, so that the clothes are dried quickly; meanwhile, strong acting force is formed on the inner surface of the clothes and the clothes are driven to shake by matching with a shaking mechanism so as to remove wrinkles on the clothes.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the driving device 50 includes a driving portion 51, a connecting member 52 and a fixing member 53, the driving portion 51 is connected to the connecting member 52, the connecting member 52 is connected to the clothes support 20 through the fixing member 53, and the driving portion 51 is configured to drive the connecting member 52 to rotate so as to drive the clothes support 20 to reciprocate. Preferably, the driving part 51 is a rotary motor which rotates by driving the connecting member 52 and reciprocates the clothes hanger 20 connected to the connecting member 52, thereby shaking the clothes hanger 20 and shaking the clothes hanger 30 and various portions inside the clothes hung on the clothes hanger 30 to rapidly shake the clothes, thereby improving the drying and wrinkle removing effects of the clothes.
Of course, in other embodiments, the driving portion 51 may be provided with other driving devices, such as a rotary cylinder, etc., as required, and is not limited in the present application. The rotation frequency of the driving portion 51 can be adjusted according to specific requirements, and is not limited herein.
Preferably, the fixing members 53 are fixing posts, and the number of the fixing members 53 is two, two fixing members 53 are respectively fixed on the bracket body 23 and located at two ends of one of the first air outlets 21, and the connecting member 52 is fixed on the two fixing members 53, of course, the connection between the connecting member 52 and the fixing members 53 includes, but is not limited to, adopting a screw, welding, and the like.
It can be understood that the height of the fixing member 53 in the vertical direction is greater than the height of the hook portion 33 when the hook portion 33 is installed at the first air outlet 21, so that the hook portion 33 can be easily disassembled. Preferably, the position where the fixing member 53 is fixed on the bracket body 23 should be the central point of the bracket body 23, so that the left and right forces of the bracket body 23 can be balanced.
Thus, in the embodiment, the manner of ventilating and shaking the inside of the clothes hanger 30 can be combined, and the air acts on the inside of the clothes hung on the clothes hanger 30, so that strong air can be intensively acted on the inside of the clothes, and the inner surface of the clothes forms stronger airflow, so that the clothes can be quickly dried; meanwhile, strong acting force is formed on the inner surface of the clothes and the clothes are driven to shake by matching with a shaking mechanism so as to remove wrinkles on the clothes.
Preferably, the connecting member 52 is provided with a receiving groove 521, the driving portion 51 is provided with a converting member 511, and the converting member 511 is inserted into the receiving groove 521, so that the driving portion 51 drives the converting member 511 to rotate in the receiving groove 521, so as to drive the connecting member 52 to reciprocate in the setting direction of the clothes hanger 20. In this embodiment, the connecting member 52 is a driving wheel, and the driving wheel is provided with a receiving groove 521, the receiving groove 521 is disposed at an end connected to the driving portion 51, and the converting member 511 is inserted into the receiving groove 521.
Since the driving part 51 is a rotating motor in this embodiment, the converting member 511 is used for converting the rotating force of the driving part 51 and then acts on the receiving groove 521, so that the receiving groove 521 reciprocates in the arranging direction of the clothes hanger 20. At this time, the length of the receiving groove 521 is the same as the diameter of the link 52, that is, when the converting element 511 rotates one round in the receiving groove 521, the link 52 performs two reciprocating movements in the arranging direction of the clothes hanger 20.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the movement of the converting element 511 according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown. If the length of the receiving groove 521 is equal to the diameter of the rotation locus of the converting member 511, the clothes hanger bracket 20 performs a translational movement in a right/left direction as viewed in fig. 8 (the arrow indicates the moving direction). Here, the receiving groove 521 may be formed perpendicular or parallel to the longitudinal direction of the laundry hanging bracket 20, but it is only shown in the drawings that the receiving groove 521 may be formed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the laundry hanging bracket 20.
That is, if the receiving groove 521 is formed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the hanger bracket 20 as shown in fig. 8, the hanger bracket 20 performs a translational motion in the longitudinal direction thereof. If the receiving groove 521 is formed in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the laundry hanging bracket 20 (not shown), the laundry hanging bracket 20 may perform a translational motion in a perpendicular direction with respect to the longitudinal direction thereof.
At this time, the horizontal component of the movement of the conversion member 511 pushes the outer circumferential surface of the accommodation groove 521 so that the accommodation groove 521 can move in the right/left direction. However, the vertical component of the movement of the conversion member 511 moves the conversion member 511 in the longitudinal direction of the receiving groove 521, but the vertical component of the conversion member 511 cannot move the receiving groove 521 in the upward/downward direction.
Thus, if the receiving groove 521 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the laundry hanging bracket 20, the laundry hanging bracket 20 performs a translational movement in a parallel direction with respect to the longitudinal direction thereof. If the receiving groove 521 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the laundry holder 20, the laundry holder 20 performs a translational movement in a direction perpendicular with respect to the longitudinal direction thereof.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 9, the switching member 511 includes a connection groove 5111, a switching arm 5112 and a connection post 5113; the rotation shaft of the driving part 51 is inserted into the connection groove 5111, the switching arm 5112 extends from the connection groove 5111 in a vertical direction with respect to the rotation shaft, and the connection post 5113 protrudes from an end of the switching arm 5112 and is rotatable with respect to the rotation shaft.
Specifically, the connection groove 5111 is a shaft hole for connecting the rotation shaft of the driving part 51, and the hole diameter of the shaft hole is slightly larger than the rotation shaft, so that the rotation shaft can be easily inserted into the connection groove 5111.
In order to limit the vertical position of the rotating shaft, the driving portion 51 is further provided with a limiting piece 512, a through hole is formed in the limiting piece 512, the rotating shaft penetrates through the through hole and is inserted into the shaft hole, the diameter of the limiting piece 512 is larger than the diameter of the shaft hole, and a groove matched with the limiting piece 512 is formed in the shaft body of the rotating shaft.
Of course, it is understood that in order for the shaft to collide with the connection groove 5111, an anti-collision material is disposed at an outer side of the shaft body of the rotation shaft and/or an inner side of the hole of the rotation shaft and the connection groove 5111, and a specific material is not limited herein.
Preferably, the conversion arm 5112 extends from the connection groove 5111 in a vertical direction with respect to the rotation axis for converting the rotation force and connects the connection groove 5111 and the connection column 5113 to provide support for the movement conversion of the connection groove 5111 and the connection column 5113.
Preferably, the connection post 5113 protrudes from an end of the conversion arm 5112 and can rotate with respect to the rotation axis. The connecting post 5111 is preferably a latch that extends and protrudes from the transition arm 5112 toward the end of the connecting member 52.
Preferably, in order to ensure the movement of the connection column 5113, in conjunction with fig. 10, the driving part 51 further includes a bearing 513 and a fixing ring 514 for fixing the bearing 513, the connection column 5113 is inserted into the bearing 513 and fixed by the fixing ring 514, and the bearing 513 is used for supporting the connection column 5113 and reducing the friction coefficient of the connection column 5113 during the rotation process.
The bearing 513 in this embodiment is preferably an oilless bearing, and has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, strong self-lubricating capacity and the like. Of course, in other embodiments, the bearing 513 may be another type of bearing, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10, a step 5121 is provided at the bottom of the bearing 513, the connecting column 5113 is a hollow structure, and a thread is provided on the inner wall of the hollow structure, and the bearing 513 and the connecting column 5113 are fixed by providing a fixing ring 514 on the step 5121 and screwing a screw into the thread of the hollow structure of the connecting column 5113 through the fixing ring 514. Of course, the fastening can also be performed in other ways, such as flange connections, etc.
In the embodiment of the invention, the processing chamber 10 is arranged, the clothes support bracket 20, the clothes support 30 and the air heating device 40 are arranged in the clothes accommodating space of the processing chamber 10, a cavity is arranged in the clothes support bracket 20, the clothes support 30 is provided with a second air inlet 31 and a second air outlet 32 which are communicated, and the second air inlet 31 is communicated with the cavity; the air heating device 40 is in communication with the first air inlet 22 through a duct for supplying air to the interior of the cavity for circulation through the second air inlet 31 to the second air outlet 32 for discharge. In this way, strong air can be intensively acted inside the clothes, so that the inner surface of the clothes forms strong airflow to dry the clothes quickly; meanwhile, the strong gas forms strong acting force on the inner surface of the clothes, so that all parts of the clothes are shaken to remove wrinkles on the clothes.
Based on the above embodiment, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a control method of a clothes care apparatus, and fig. 11 is a flowchart illustrating steps of the control method of the clothes care apparatus of this embodiment, where the control method includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring a clothes care instruction;
in this step, the laundry is put into the treatment chamber of the laundry care appliance and the laundry care appliance is powered on.
In this embodiment, the clothes care instruction may be set manually or may be set according to the state of the inserted control to detect the clothes.
Specifically, the manual setting may be controlled by voice, such as: the clothes care equipment is provided with a voice recognition module, the voice recognition module is in communication connection with the controller, when the voice recognition module recognizes the manually set voice control information, the voice control information is transmitted to the controller, and the controller acquires a clothes care instruction corresponding to the manually set voice control information.
Preferably, the voice recognition module can only recognize the voice control information within a preset range, such as within 5m of the clothes care equipment, and of course, other voice recognition modules with better performance can be selected according to the concrete situation so as to recognize the voice control information with a longer range.
It is understood that the manual setting may also be performed through manual input, for example, an operation interface is provided on the laundry care device, and buttons corresponding to various laundry care commands are provided on the operation interface, and the corresponding laundry care command is selected through a manual selection button and sent to the controller.
Of course, the controller may also obtain the laundry care instruction by other manners, for example, the laundry care device may further include a terminal device matched with the laundry care instruction, such as: the clothes nursing system comprises a remote controller, a mobile phone and the like, wherein the terminal equipment is in wireless communication connection with the controller, namely, a clothes nursing instruction can be set through the terminal equipment and is wirelessly transmitted to the controller of the clothes nursing equipment, and the controller acquires a clothes nursing mode corresponding to the clothes nursing instruction. Of course, the wireless communication connection includes but is not limited to Wi-Fi, bluetooth, etc. and those skilled in the art can understand that the present embodiment does not limit the connection manner between the terminal device and the clothes care device on the premise that the terminal device can control the clothes care device.
S200, obtaining a clothes care mode corresponding to the clothes care instruction, wherein the clothes care mode comprises at least one of a clothes wrinkle removing mode, a clothes drying mode and a clothes automatic care mode;
after receiving the laundry care instruction, the controller obtains a corresponding laundry care mode according to the laundry care instruction, specifically, in this embodiment, the laundry care mode includes at least one of a laundry wrinkle removing mode, a laundry drying mode, and a laundry automatic care mode. Of course, in other embodiments, the clothes care mode may be other modes, such as a drying mode, etc., and is not limited herein.
S300, controlling the fan and a nursing device corresponding to the clothes care mode to operate according to the clothes care mode, wherein the nursing device comprises at least one of the steam generating device and the heating module.
After the controller acquires the corresponding clothes care mode, the fan is controlled and the nursing device corresponding to the clothes care mode is controlled to operate, wherein the nursing device comprises at least one of a steam generating device and a heating module. Specifically, the controller obtains that the corresponding clothes care mode is any one of clothes wrinkle removal, clothes drying and automatic clothes care modes, and the controller controls the fan to operate to provide air flow, so that the air flow acts on the inside of the clothes and forms acting force, and at least one of the steam generating device and the heating module in the nursing device is matched, so that the clothes are nursed in each clothes care mode.
Of course, based on the embodiment of the clothing care apparatus, the care device may further include any device in the above embodiments, and the specific structure of the care device in this embodiment refers to the above embodiments, and since the care device in this embodiment includes all devices in the above embodiments, the care device in this embodiment at least has the beneficial effects brought by all devices in the above embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
Specifically, referring to fig. 12, in S300, the method further includes:
s310, when the clothes care mode is a clothes wrinkle removing mode, controlling the steam generating device or the heating module to operate;
when the controller acquires that the clothes care mode is the clothes wrinkle removing mode, the controller controls the steam generating device or the heating module to operate. Before S210, the states of the laundry are determined, and in this embodiment, the states of the laundry include a wet crumpling state and a dry crumpling state.
Specifically, a humidity sensor is disposed on the clothes care device and is in communication with the controller, and the humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity of the clothes to judge whether the clothes are in a wet crumpling state or a dry crumpling state, and in the embodiment, when the humidity of the clothes is detected to be 10-20 units, the clothes are in the dry crumpling state; when the dryness and humidity of the clothes are detected to be 21-50 units, the clothes are in a wet crumpled state. Of course, in other embodiments, the dryness and humidity states of the clothes can be further divided according to the sense of the user wearing the clothes, for example, the dryness and humidity states are 10-30 units and dry wrinkle states, the dryness and humidity states are 31-50 units and wet wrinkle states, and the like, and are limited herein.
Specifically, the step of S310 further includes:
s311, when the clothes are in a dry-wrinkle state, controlling the steam generating device and/or the heating module to operate;
specifically, when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity of the clothes is 10-20 units, that is, the clothes are in a wrinkle drying state, the steam generating device is controlled to operate, the steam generating device generates steam, and the steam is supplied to the clothes accommodating space of the processing chamber through the steam outlet to provide temperature and humidity for the clothes, the steam acts on all parts of the clothes, and meanwhile, strong steam airflow forms strong acting force on the inner surface of the clothes and enables all parts of the clothes to be shaken, wrinkles on the clothes can be removed, and a wrinkle removing effect is achieved. Of course, when the clothes are in a dry and wrinkled state, the heating module can be controlled to operate, so that the strong hot air flow heated by the heating module acts on each part of the clothes, and meanwhile, the strong hot air flow forms a strong acting force on the inner surface of the clothes and enables each part of the clothes to be shaken, wrinkles on the clothes can be removed, and the wrinkle removing effect is achieved.
And S312, controlling the heating module to operate when the clothes are in a wet and wrinkled state.
Specifically, when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity of the clothes is 21-50 units, that is, the clothes is in a wet-wrinkled state, the heating module is controlled to operate, so that the first air inlet can blow in the strong air heated by the heating module and discharge the strong air from the second air outlet to the inside of the clothes, the heated strong air forms a strong air flow in the inside of the clothes and acts on each part of the clothes, so that the heated strong air passes through some parts (such as sleeves and the like) of the clothes which are difficult to remove wrinkles and dry, and the heated strong air forms a strong acting force on the inner surface of the clothes and shakes each part of the clothes to remove wrinkles on the clothes, thereby achieving the wrinkle removing effect.
S320, when the clothes care mode is a clothes drying mode, controlling the heating module to operate;
in this step, when the controller obtains the clothes care mode as the drying mode, the controller controls the operation of the heating module, at this time, only the gas heated by the heating module needs to be provided inside the clothes, so that the heated strong gas forms a strong airflow inside the clothes and acts on each part of the clothes, and can completely contact each part of the clothes, for example: the clothes can be dried by the strong heated gas which is brought away from the moisture on the inner surface of the clothes and forms a strong acting force on the inner surface of the clothes and shakes the clothes, so that the clothes can be dried.
