Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of spraying equipment, and particularly provides a nozzle, a pulsator washing machine, a spraying system of the pulsator washing machine and an outer barrel cover of the pulsator washing machine. The invention aims to solve the problem that the spraying effect of the existing impeller type washing machine on clothes to be washed is poor. Therefore, the spraying system of the pulsator washing machine mainly comprises a circulating pump and a plurality of nozzles arranged on the outer barrel cover. Technical Field

Background
The pulsator washing machine mainly comprises a box body, an outer barrel, an inner barrel and a pulsator. Wherein, the outer barrel is fixedly arranged in the box body, the inner barrel is rotatably arranged in the outer barrel, and the wave wheel is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel. When the pulsator washing machine performs washing and rinsing operations, the pulsator drives the washing water and the laundry in the outer tub to rotate, so as to achieve the purpose of washing the laundry. The pulsator washing machine often has the following problems in the use process: firstly, washing powder and laundry detergent are deposited at the bottom of an outer barrel and are not easily dissolved by washing water; secondly, when the number of the washed clothes is large, the condition that part of the clothes is not soaked by the washing water is easy to occur; thirdly, the down and other clothes often float above the level of the washing water during washing, and the washing effect is poor.
In order to solve the above problems, the conventional pulsator washing machine generally has a spraying device provided on an outer tub cover. For example, patent document No. CN204282066U discloses a pulsator washing machine, in which a plurality of nozzles are provided on an outer tub cover. When the pulsator washing machine works, the circulating water pump can pump the washing water in the outer barrel to the plurality of nozzles, so that the plurality of nozzles spray the washing water onto the clothes in the inner barrel. However, the plate-shaped water baffle on the nozzle has a poor effect of scattering the washing water, and the washing water cannot be uniformly sprayed to the laundry in the inner tub.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new nozzle, a pulsator washing machine, a spray system thereof, and an outer tub cover to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the spraying effect of the existing pulsator washing machine on clothes to be washed is poor, the present invention provides a nozzle, which comprises a nozzle body and a water blocking structure, wherein an injection channel is formed in the nozzle body, the water blocking structure is arranged at one end of the nozzle body and can block the injection channel, a concave portion is arranged on one side of the water blocking structure facing the nozzle body, and the concave portion is arranged so that liquid sprayed out of the injection channel can be scattered by the concave portion and reflected into a target object.

As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a side of the water blocking structure facing the nozzle body is provided with a recess into which the washing water sprayed from the spray passage can enter. The bunched washing water flows along the surface of the concave part after entering the concave part and extends, so that the washing water uniformly flows out of the concave part and further flows out of the water retaining structure into the inner barrel to uniformly spray clothes in the inner barrel. Therefore, the spray nozzle can improve the spraying effect of the pulsator washing machine on clothes in the inner barrel, and further optimize the washing effect of the pulsator washing machine on the clothes.
Further, the concave portion of the present invention is an arc-shaped concave portion. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, compared with the planar structure, the arc-shaped concave structure can effectively avoid the reflection effect when the washing water collides, prevent the washing water from leaving the water retaining structure early, and enable the area of the washing water extending on the water retaining structure to be larger. When the washing water in the outer tub 2 needs to be drained, the drain valve 6 is opened and the washing water is drained to the outside through the drain pipe 7.
Preferably, a drain opening of the outer tub 2 communicating with the drain valve 6 is located at the bottom of the outer tub 2 so that the washing water in the outer tub 2 can be flushed through the drain opening. It is further preferable that the drain valve 6 is mounted to an inner wall of the cabinet 1, or a person skilled in the art may mount the drain valve 6 to an outer wall of the outer tub 2 as needed. In addition, a person skilled in the art can omit a water pipe between the drain valve 6 and the outer tub 2 as required, so that the drain valve 6 is directly mounted on the outer tub 2 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tub 2.

An outer barrel cover 21 is arranged at the top of the outer barrel 2, and the outer barrel cover 21 is used for shielding the upper edge of the inner barrel 3 and preventing clothes from entering an interlayer between the outer barrel 2 and the inner barrel 3.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the outer tub cover 21 mainly includes a cover 211, an annular cavity 212, and a water inlet 213, wherein the annular cavity 212 and the water inlet 213 are both disposed on the cover 211. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the cover 211 may be an integral structure or may be assembled from multiple separate structures. Illustratively, the cover 211 includes an upper cover and a lower cover, at least one of which is provided with an annular groove. When the upper and lower covers are mounted together, the upper and lower covers enclose the annular channel to form the annular cavity 212.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the pulsator washing machine of the present invention further includes a spray system including a circulation pump 8, a circulation water pipe 9, an annular chamber 212, a water inlet 213 and a plurality of nozzles 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the water inlet pump port of the circulating pump 8 is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tub 2 through a water pipe, and the water outlet pump port of the circulating pump 8 is communicated with the water inlet 213 on the outer tub cover 21 through a circulating water pipe 9. Preferably, a water outlet of the outer tub 2 communicating with the circulation pump 8 is located at the bottom of the outer tub 2. It is further preferable that the circulation pump 8 is mounted to an inner wall of the cabinet 1, or a person skilled in the art may mount the circulation pump 8 to an outer wall of the outer tub 2 as needed. In addition, a person skilled in the art can omit a water pipe between the circulating pump 8 and the outer tub 2 as required, so that the circulating pump 8 is directly mounted on the outer tub 2 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tub 2.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of nozzles 10 are fixedly coupled or integrally formed to the cover body 211 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer tub cover 21, and each nozzle 10 communicates with the annular chamber 212, respectively. In addition, although not shown in the drawings, in another possible embodiment of the spraying system of the present invention, a person skilled in the art may also connect the water inlet 213 of the outer tub cover 21 with the water inlet valve of the pulsator washing machine through a water pipe as needed. When the inlet valve port of the inlet valve is connected to the water tap, the tap water can be supplied to the annular chamber 212 along the path of the inlet valve, the water pipe and the inlet 213, thereby allowing the nozzle 10 to spray the tap water onto the laundry in the inner tub 3 to wet the laundry.

As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the nozzle 10 includes a nozzle body 101 and a water guard structure 102. The nozzle body 101 and the water stop structure 102 may be secured together by any suitable connection, such as welding, fusing, bonding, etc. Alternatively, the nozzle body 101 and the water blocking structure 102 may be integrally formed as needed by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the nozzle body 101 is provided with an injection passage 1011 therein. The lower end of the spray channel 1011 in figure 10 communicates with the annular chamber 212 when the nozzle 10 is mounted to the outer tub cover 21. The washing water in the annular chamber 212 is sprayed from the upper end of the spray channel 1011 in fig. 10 toward the water guard structure 102 after passing through the spray channel 1011, and the water guard structure 102 scatters and reflects the washing water into the inner tub 3. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the nozzle body 101 may be any feasible shape, such as a circular string configuration, a square string configuration, a tapered string configuration, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the water blocking structure 102 blocks the injection passage 1011 in the axial direction of the nozzle body 101. The water guard structure 102 is provided with a recess 1021 on a side facing the nozzle body 101. The concave surface of the concave portion 1021 is a uniform spherical surface as shown in fig. 11; the concave surface of the recess 1021 is a bilaterally symmetrical non-uniform arc surface as shown in fig. 12, and the concave surface is tightened toward the symmetry axis so that the washing water is concentrated and sprayed as far as possible.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the recess 1021 may have any feasible shape, such as a U-shaped recess or a flared recess, in addition to the arc shape, on the premise that the washing water sprayed from the spray passage 1011 can be scattered.
As can be seen from fig. 11 and 12, the washing water sprayed from the nozzle 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is horizontally sprayed, that is, the height of the waterfall-shaped washing water sprayed from the nozzle 10 is the same in the upward direction around the axis of the nozzle body 1011 (concentric with the outer circumference of the nozzle body 1011).
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, in the second embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first embodiment, the heights of both side edges of the water guard structure 102 are different so as to enable a height difference to be formed in a direction around the axis of the nozzle body 1011 after the washing water is reflected by the water guard structure 102 (as shown in fig. 2 and 15).
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the height from the midpoint of the first edge of the water guard structure 102 to the lower end of the nozzle body 101 is H1, and the height from the midpoint of the second edge of the water guard structure 102 to the lower end of the nozzle body 101 is H2. It can be readily seen from fig. 13 and 14 that H1 is less than H2.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the nozzle 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention not only can spray the washing water into the inner tub 3 in a fan shape, but also can make the sprayed washing water form a height difference in the circumferential direction to perform three-dimensional spraying on the clothes floating on the surface of the washing water.
As described above, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the recess 1021 is formed at the side of the water blocking structure 102 facing the nozzle body 101, so that the bunch-shaped washing water sprayed from the spraying channel 1011 can be uniformly dispersed by the recess 1021 and flow into the inner tub 3, and the laundry in the inner tub 3 can be uniformly sprayed. Therefore, the nozzle 10 of the present invention can improve the spraying effect of the pulsator washing machine on the clothes in the inner tub 3, thereby optimizing the washing effect of the pulsator washing machine on the clothes.
In addition, in order to avoid the water leakage from the annular cavity 212 when the cover 211 of the outer barrel cover 21 is damaged, the following embodiments of the outer barrel cover 21 are provided.
As an alternative to the above described preferred embodiment of the outer tub cover 21 of the invention, the annular chamber 212 may also be replaced by a pipe. The pipe is fixedly connected with the cover 211, and the pipe and the cover can be connected together by any feasible connection mode, such as clamping, screw connection, bonding, binding and the like. Like the annular chamber 212, the pipes are also in communication with the circulation pump 8 via the circulation water pipe 9 and/or with the outlet ports of the inlet valves via water pipes, and are also in communication with the plurality of nozzles 10, respectively. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the conduits and the plurality of nozzles 10 may be connected together using any suitable connection, such as threaded, welded, snap-fit, bayonet, etc. Alternatively, the tube may be formed integrally with the plurality of nozzles 10 as needed in the art. It will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the conduits in this embodiment may be annular conduits connected end to end and communicating, or may be non-connected end to end, with all of the nozzles 10 being able to communicate. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the water-proof performance of the pipe with a simple structure is better than that of the complex cover 211, so that the water leakage of the outer tub cover 21 and the corrosion of the electronic components between the cabinet 1 and the outer tub 2 can be effectively prevented. Meanwhile, when the pipeline is damaged, the replacement cost of the pipeline is lower than that of the whole outer barrel cover 21, and the maintenance cost of the pulsator washing machine is reduced.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A nozzle is characterized by comprising a nozzle body and a water retaining structure,
a spray channel is formed in the nozzle body,
the water retaining structure is arranged at one end of the nozzle body and can shield the spraying channel,
one side of the water retaining structure facing the nozzle body is provided with a concave part,
the recess is provided so that the liquid ejected from the ejection channel can be scattered by the recess and reflected into a target object.
2. The nozzle of claim 1, wherein the recess is a recess having an arcuate surface.
3. The nozzle of claim 2 wherein the distance between the respective two side edges of the water dam and the one end of the nozzle body is different.
4. The nozzle of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the water guard is a scoop.
5. A spraying system of a pulsator washing machine, the pulsator washing machine comprises a box body, an outer barrel fixedly arranged in the box body and an inner barrel rotatably arranged in the outer barrel,
characterized in that the spraying system comprises a water supply device and a plurality of nozzles according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and the target object is the inner tub;
the plurality of nozzles are respectively arranged at the top of the outer barrel, and the spraying channel of each nozzle is communicated with the water supply device;
when the washing machine is in operation, the water supply device supplies washing water to the plurality of nozzles, and the washing water is scattered and reflected into the inner barrel after impacting the concave part.
6. The spraying system of claim 5, wherein the pulsator washing machine further comprises an outer tub cover disposed on top of the outer tub, the plurality of nozzles being fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the outer tub cover;
and/or the nozzles are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer barrel.
7. The spray system of claim 6, further comprising an annular chamber disposed on the outer barrel cover, the annular chamber being in communication with the water supply and the spray channels of the plurality of spray nozzles, respectively.
8. The spraying system of claim 7, wherein the water supply device is a circulating pump, a water inlet pump port of the circulating pump is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer barrel, and a water outlet pump port of the circulating pump is communicated with the annular cavity;
or the water supply device is a water inlet valve, a water inlet valve port of the water inlet valve is communicated with the outside, and a water outlet valve port of the water inlet valve is communicated with the annular cavity.
9. An outer barrel cover of a pulsator washing machine, which is characterized by comprising a cover body, an annular cavity arranged on the cover body and a plurality of nozzles as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4,
the annular cavity is communicated with the plurality of nozzles respectively.
10. Pulsator washing machine, characterized in that it comprises a spraying system as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 8.
