Abstract
The invention discloses a method for realizing accurate installation of invar tubes of a liquid cargo tank of an LNG ship, which comprises the following steps: installing flower basket tools at reinforcing positions at two ends of the invar pipe through first clamping ends respectively; fixing a second clamping end of the basket fixture on the flat steel; a group of flower basket tools are added in the middle of the invar pipe in the length direction; the distance between the invar tube and the flat steel is adjusted by screwing the special nut of the basket fixture, and the basket fixtures at two ends are adjusted first and then the basket fixture in the middle is adjusted, so that the distance between the invar tube and the flat steel meets the installation requirement. The method not only effectively reduces the installation difficulty of the invar pipe of the liquid cargo tank of the LNG ship and improves the installation efficiency of the invar pipe of the liquid cargo tank of the LNG ship, but also greatly improves the installation precision of the invar pipe.

Background
The invar pipe is mainly installed in the transverse ring area of the NO.96 type LNG ship, and the transverse ring is octagonal, so that the invar pipe installation faces the problem of operation at various angles; the invar pipe mounting height is controlled by the template in the real ship installation, and the required precision is height 9 ± 1mm, and the specification and size of standard invar pipe is: weight 80kg, length 3m, wing thickness 1.5 mm. Therefore, the installation efficiency of the invar pipe is greatly limited by the high-precision requirement of invar pipe installation in the production of a real ship, and the construction period of the whole LNG ship is prolonged.

a method for realizing accurate installation of invar tubes of a liquid cargo tank of an LNG ship is based on a basket fixture, and the basket fixture comprises: the clamping device comprises a first clamping end, a second clamping end and a special nut, wherein the first clamping end and the second clamping end are respectively provided with a clamping opening with a rectangular cross section and a stud protruding outside, the clamping opening is provided with a threaded hole, a screw is connected with the threaded hole in a threaded manner, the first clamping end and the clamping opening of the second clamping section are arranged in a back-to-back manner, one end of the special nut is connected with the stud of the first clamping end, and the other end of the special nut is connected with the stud of the second clamping end; the method comprises the following steps: installing flower basket tools at reinforcing positions at two ends of the invar pipe through first clamping ends respectively; fixing a second clamping end of the basket fixture on the flat steel; a group of flower basket tools are added in the middle of the invar pipe in the length direction; the distance between the invar tube and the flat steel is adjusted by screwing the special nut of the basket fixture, and the basket fixtures at two ends are adjusted first and then the basket fixture in the middle is adjusted, so that the distance between the invar tube and the flat steel meets the installation requirement.
Preferably, before the flower basket tool is installed, the corner cutting of each invar pipe is carried out according to the GTT requirement so as to guarantee that the requirement of a subsequent welding wrap angle is met.

Before the flower basket tool is installed, 7 corners of each invar pipe are cut according to GTT requirements so as to guarantee that the requirements of subsequent welding wrap angles are met.
The length of the internal thread in the special nut 3 is larger than the sum of the lengths of the external threads on the stud 4 of the first clamping end 1 and the second clamping end 2.
The length of the invar tube 7 between two adjacent sets of the flower basket fixtures is not more than a preset distance.
The predetermined distance is 0.8-2 m.
When the invar tubes 7 are installed, the distance between two adjacent invar tubes 7 is adjusted to meet the specified requirements before the distance between each invar tube 7 and the flat steel 8 is adjusted.
In another embodiment, a method is disclosed, the method comprising the steps of:

4. a group of flower baskets are added in the middle of each invar tube, so that the total number of the flower baskets of each invar tube is 6 (the flower baskets can not be added in the short invar tubes with special ends). The space between the invar tubes and the lapping distance between the invar tubes and the flat steel are integrally adjusted to meet the GTT requirement;
5. the height of the invar tube is adjusted by screwing the special nut of the flower basket from two ends to the middle of the adjustment principle, so that the height of the invar tube meets the standard requirement.
The method not only effectively reduces the installation difficulty of the invar pipe of the liquid cargo tank of the LNG ship and improves the installation efficiency of the invar pipe of the liquid cargo tank of the LNG ship, but also greatly improves the installation precision of the invar pipe.

the method comprises the following steps:
installing a flower basket tool at the reinforcing positions at the two ends of the invar tube (7) through the first clamping ends (1) respectively;
fixing a second clamping end (2) of the flower basket tool on a flat steel (8);
a group of flower basket tools are added in the middle of the invar tube (7) in the length direction;
the distance between the invar tube (7) and the flat steel (8) is adjusted by screwing the special nut (3) of the basket fixture, and the basket fixtures at the two ends are adjusted first and then the middle basket fixture is adjusted, so that the distance between the invar tube (7) and the flat steel (8) meets the installation requirement.
