工作原理:该可准确定位切割长度的角钢切割装置,通过拧开螺母32配合紧固块33调整连接轴31在长槽30中的相对位置,启动驱动装置3与磁力辊20,将尺寸较大的角钢放置在三脚架19上,磁力辊20即在吸引角钢的同时将角钢输往右侧,随后角钢经过为其提供支撑的角钢支座44,及提供后续支撑的导向板38,使角钢在被切割时趋于稳定状态,避免了角钢在被切割时因外力作用发生变形,当磁力辊20将角钢输送至导向板38处时,角钢随后会在磁力辊20的输送下挤压长杆34,即到达指定的切割长度时,使长杆34逆时针转动一定角度,与角钢保持垂直,同时长杆34带动套管36,套管36再带动顶杆37挤压侧向板27,使侧向板27带动压板28旋入柱塞缸11中,配合已启动的驱动装置3带动转盘5转动,转盘5再通过套环7部分带动连杆8转动,连杆8则会带动转动活塞9挤压压板28,压板28再挤压柱塞14,使柱塞14带动角钢铡17落下,以切割出指定长度的角钢,期间配合角钢支座44,当角钢铡接触并深入角钢内部切割时,角钢铡17会对角钢于接触部造成剪切应力,使被切割的角钢右端朝上方折起,而角钢在即将折起的瞬间会触碰到阻碍板42,并对其挤压,但相对的,阻碍板42会配合第三弹簧43会给予角钢一定的反作用力,使角钢在操作允许范围内,无法继续向上折起,因此角钢始终与角钢铡17保持一个垂直的状态切割,避免了切割端面出现不整齐的情况发生,另外通过驱动装置3带动驱动轴4转动,驱动轴4利用皮带46带动转轴45转动,转轴45会带动滚筒47转动,滚筒47上的柔性叶扇即不间断的透过短槽39掠过角钢,待角钢被切割完毕后,柔性叶扇会将角钢推入下方的收纳箱48中,从而达到了操作简便、切割后的角钢不易变形、切割端面整齐、可准确定位切割长度、切割后的角钢自动收纳的效果。Working principle: The angle steel cutting device that can accurately locate the cutting length, adjust the relative position of the connecting
