Technical Field
The present invention relates to a voice coil diaphragm, and more particularly, to a voice coil diaphragm used in a high power speaker to improve a life span and an acoustic performance and reduce distortion.
Background
Voice coil diaphragms are generally used in a speaker to transmit sound by vibrating a voice coil to generate a vertical vibration outside a magnet and to convert the kinetic energy into electric energy.
A conventional speaker, such as the patent of us publication No. 9820066, discloses a miniature sound generator, which includes a diaphragm and a voice coil for driving the diaphragm to vibrate and generate sound.
However, since the voice coil is mostly formed by winding an enameled wire, when the voice coil is combined with the diaphragm, in order to improve the combination effect between the voice coil and the diaphragm, the joint portion between the voice coil and the diaphragm is coated with glue, so that the voice coil can be effectively fixed on the diaphragm.
However, since the voice coil and the diaphragm are adhered to each other by glue, the quality of the diaphragm is affected by the quality of the glue. Therefore, when the diaphragm is driven by the voice coil to vibrate and produce sound, the glue can absorb part of the vibration amplitude of the diaphragm, the amplitude efficiency of the diaphragm is influenced, and the loudspeaker can also produce noise.
Therefore, how to provide a voice coil diaphragm applied in the speaker to improve the service life and acoustic performance and reduce distortion is the technical problem and the purpose to be solved by the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a voice coil diaphragm, and more particularly to a voice coil diaphragm for use in a high power speaker.
To achieve the above objective, the present invention first provides a voice coil diaphragm for a high power speaker, which includes a diaphragm, a straight tube and a connecting member. The vibrating diaphragm is provided with a drum part positioned in the center of the vibrating diaphragm, an elastic part annularly arranged around the drum part and a connecting part used for connecting the drum part and the elastic part. The straight tube is hollow and is used for winding a voice coil, and the straight tube is provided with a first end close to the connecting part and a second end far away from the connecting part, and the voice coil is wound outside the second end. Compared with the prior art, the voice coil diaphragm for the high-power loudspeaker has the following advantages that:

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a voice coil diaphragm for a high power speaker, wherein the voice coil diaphragm comprises a diaphragm, a voice coil and a connecting member. The diaphragm has a center portion and an elastic portion annularly disposed on the periphery of the center portion and separated from the center portion, and the center portion has a drum portion and a straight tube extending from the drum portion. The voice coil is wound around the outside of the straight tube at an end edge thereof remote from the drum portion. The connecting piece is used for connecting the central part and the elastic part, and the connecting piece is connected at the adjacent position of the central part and the elastic part so as to mutually connect the central part and the elastic part.

as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention first provides a voice coil diaphragm, in this embodiment, the voice coil diaphragm 10 includes a diaphragm 20, a straight tube 30 and a connecting member 40.
The diaphragm 20 has a drum portion 21 located at the center of the diaphragm, an elastic portion 22 surrounding the periphery of the drum portion 21, and a connecting portion 23 located between the drum portion 21 and the elastic portion 22, wherein the drum portion 21 is bulged in a direction, the elastic portion 22 extends in the bulging direction of the drum portion 21, and the connecting portion 23 is used for connecting the drum portion 21 and the elastic portion 22 to form the diaphragm 20.
The straight tube 30 is hollow, the straight tube 30 has a first end 31 adjacent to the connecting portion 23 and a second end 32 extending from the first end 31 in a direction opposite to the bulging direction of the drum portion 21, the straight tube 30 and the diaphragm 20 are separated from each other, the straight tube 30 is used for a voice coil 33 to wind, and the voice coil 33 is wound outside the second end 32.
The connecting member 40 is disposed at the position of the connecting portion 23 of the diaphragm 20, and the connecting member 40 is formed by injection molding a silicone material. The connecting member 40 is formed by placing the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30 into a mold (not shown), keeping a space between the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30, injecting a liquid silica gel into the mold, filling the space between the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30, and cooling to solidify the liquid silica gel to form the connecting member 40. Therefore, the connecting member 40 forms a recessed groove 41 covering the first end 31 at the first end 31 of the straight tube 30, so that the first end 31 of the straight tube 30 is embedded in the recessed groove 41, and the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30 can be connected to each other through the connecting member 40. Since the connecting member 40 is formed by injection molding, when the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30 are placed inside the mold, the concentricity between the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30 can be controlled by the precision of the mold, so that the concentricity between the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30 can be maintained more precisely. The connecting member 40 further includes an edge portion 42 annularly disposed on the elastic portion 22, the edge portion 42 and the connecting member 40 are connected to each other by at least one extending portion 43, in this embodiment, four extending portions 43 are disposed between the edge portion 42 and the connecting member 40 as a main implementation manner to ensure more effective connection between the edge portion 42 and the connecting member 40. The edge portion 42 is further formed with a clamping portion 44 for clamping the outer periphery of the elastic portion 22, the clamping portion 44 extends from the edge portion 42 toward the connecting member 40 and surrounds the outer periphery of the elastic portion 22, so that the edge portion 42 and the elastic portion 22 can be effectively connected to each other.
Therefore, the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30 can be effectively connected to each other through the connecting member 40, which not only can effectively increase the connection strength between the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30, but also can maintain the concentricity between the diaphragm 20 and the straight tube 30, thereby reducing the distortion phenomenon of the voice coil diaphragm 10 and improving the acoustic performance of the speaker.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the present invention further provides a voice coil diaphragm 50, wherein the voice coil diaphragm 50 includes a diaphragm 60, a voice coil 70 and a connecting member 80.
The diaphragm 60 has a central portion 61 and a plurality of elastic portions 62 surrounding the central portion 61 and spaced apart from each other. The central portion 61 includes a drum portion 63 and a straight tube 64, the drum portion 63 is bulged in one direction, the straight tube 64 is extended from the drum portion 63 in a direction opposite to the bulging direction, a plurality of through holes 65 are provided at positions adjacent to the drum portion 63 and the straight tube 64, and the through holes 65 penetrate through the central portion 61. The voice coil 70 is wound around the end of the straight tube 64 remote from the drum 63.
The connecting member 80 is formed between the central portion 61 and the elastic portion 62, and in the present embodiment, the connecting member 80 is similarly formed by injection molding a silicone material. The connecting member 80 is formed by sequentially placing the central portion 61 and the elastic portion 62 into a mold (not shown) to form a gap between the central portion 61 and the elastic portion 62, injecting the liquid silicone rubber into the mold, filling the liquid silicone rubber into the gap between the central portion 61 and the elastic portion 62 and through the through holes 65 of the central portion 61, and cooling and solidifying to form the connecting member 80. In this way, the connecting member 80 includes an inner ring portion 81 disposed around the center portion 61 and an outer ring portion 82 disposed around the center portion 61 and connected to the elastic portion 62, and the inner ring portion 81 and the outer ring portion 82 are connected to each other, so that the center portion 61 and the elastic portion 62 can be connected to each other through the connecting member 80.
