Abstract

The video monitoring system is used as an important technical means for social security management, and is more and more widely applied and deployed in the field of social security maintenance. Further, in the embodiment of the present application, it is considered that when there are video data of multiple video data channels and there is overlap in scenes covered by the multiple video data channels (for example, there is overlap in regions in the monitoring view ranges of multiple IPCs), there may be a case where the same object appears in the video data of the multiple video data channels at the same time point, and at this time, in order to avoid video data with too high similarity appearing in the video summary, the first vehicle picture may be subjected to de-duplication processing.
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present application, the generating the video summary according to the first vehicle picture and the collection time of the first vehicle picture may include:
when a plurality of first vehicle pictures with the same acquisition time exist, determining a starting time point and an ending time point of a video segment corresponding to any one of the plurality of first vehicle pictures; wherein the starting time point is the nth second before the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and the ending time point is the mth second after the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture;
searching whether the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs has the I frame of the starting time point and whether the I frame of the ending time exists;
if the target video segment exists, discarding the rest first vehicle pictures in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, and determining the video segments corresponding to the first vehicle pictures as the target video segments.
In this embodiment, when there are a plurality of first vehicle pictures with the same collection time, the retrieval device may determine, according to a preset policy, a start time point and an end time point of a video segment corresponding to each first vehicle picture in the plurality of first vehicle pictures.
For any first vehicle picture in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, the starting time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture is nth second before the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and the ending time point is mth second after the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture.
After the retrieval device determines the starting time point and the ending time point, it may search whether an I frame of the starting time point exists in the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs (i.e., whether the video data of the starting time point exists in the video data channel), and whether an I frame of the ending time point exists in the video data channel (i.e., whether the video data of the ending time point exists in the video data channel).
If the first vehicle picture exists, the retrieval device may directly determine the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture as the target video segment, and discard the remaining first vehicle pictures in the plurality of first vehicle pictures.
Further, in this embodiment, when there is no I frame at the start time point (n seconds before the collection time of the first picture information) or/and no I frame at the end time point (m seconds after the collection time of the first picture information) in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, for any first vehicle picture in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, if there is no I frame at the start time point in the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs, the retrieval device may increase the start time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture by 1 second and search for whether there is an I frame at the start time point, and if there is no I frame at the start time point, increase the start time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture by 1 second again and search for whether there is an I frame at the start time point, and repeat this operation until the start time point is searched for in the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs (more specifically, the start time point is searched for in the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs The new start time point), or the start time point and the end time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture are the same.
Similarly, if the I frame of the ending time point does not exist in the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs, the retrieval device may decrease the ending time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture by 1 second, search whether the I frame of the ending time point exists, if the I frame of the ending time point does not exist, decrease the ending time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture by 1 second again, search whether the I frame of the ending time point exists, and repeat the operation until the I frame of the ending time point (updated ending time point) is searched in the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs, or the starting time point and the ending time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture are the same.
After the retrieval device determines the starting time point and the ending time point of the video segments corresponding to the plurality of first vehicle pictures according to the above manner, the retrieval device may determine the first vehicle picture of which the corresponding video segment has the longest duration (the difference between the ending time point and the starting time point is the largest) in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, determine the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture as the target video segment, and discard the remaining first vehicle pictures in the plurality of first vehicle pictures.
In this embodiment, after the retrieval device determines the target video segments, a video summary may be generated according to each target video segment.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the number of the first vehicle pictures with the longest duration in the corresponding video segments in the plurality of first vehicle pictures is greater than 1, one first vehicle picture is selected from the first vehicle pictures according to a preset policy, and the video segment corresponding to the selected first vehicle picture is determined as the target video segment.
For example, the first vehicle picture with the earliest starting time point, the first vehicle picture with the latest ending time point, or a random selection may be selected.
In addition, in the embodiment of the application, when there are a plurality of first vehicle pictures with the same acquisition time, the de-duplication processing of the plurality of first vehicle pictures can also be realized manually.
For example, the retrieval device may display the plurality of first vehicle pictures in a designated interface, select, by the user, a first vehicle picture that needs to be retained, and discard the first vehicle pictures with the same remaining acquisition time, which is not described herein in detail.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to specific examples.
In this embodiment, a video source device is IPC, and a retrieval device is NVR as an example, where an intelligent chip with an intelligent analysis function is loaded in the NVR.
In this embodiment, the video summary playback scheme is implemented as follows:
1. vehicle picture information acquisition
Take the example that IPC has the function of capturing the vehicle picture
1) The IPC carries out vehicle picture snapshot and transmits the snapshot vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the vehicle picture to the NVR;
in this embodiment, the IPC may further capture a vehicle picture during the process of acquiring the real-time video stream, and transmit the captured vehicle picture and the time for acquiring the vehicle picture (i.e., the time for acquiring the vehicle picture) to the NVR.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the IPC also transmits the real-time video stream to the NVR, and the NVR stores the video record according to the preset policy.
2) The NVR extracts a characteristic value in the vehicle picture, models the vehicle picture according to the characteristic value of the vehicle picture and extracts attribute information of the vehicle picture;
in this embodiment, when the NVR receives the vehicle picture transmitted by the IPC, the intelligent analysis may be performed on the vehicle picture through the intelligent chip.
The intelligent chip can extract the characteristic value of the vehicle in the vehicle picture by using the algorithm library, model the vehicle picture according to the extracted characteristic value by using the algorithm library, and extract the attribute information of the vehicle picture.
In this embodiment, a schematic flow chart of the NVR acquiring the vehicle picture information may be as shown in fig. 3.
3) The NVR stores the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture, and the specific implementation is described in the point 2.
Take the example that IPC does not have the function of capturing pictures
1) The NVR detects the target of the video or the real-time video stream to obtain the vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the vehicle picture;
in this embodiment, the NVR may perform target detection on the video recording or the real-time video stream through the intelligent chip to obtain the vehicle picture in the video recording or the real-time video stream and the capturing time of the vehicle picture (i.e., the time when the vehicle picture appears in the video data).
2) The NVR extracts a characteristic value in the vehicle picture, models the vehicle picture according to the characteristic value of the vehicle picture and extracts attribute information of the vehicle picture;
in this embodiment, when the NVR receives the vehicle picture transmitted by the IPC, the intelligent analysis may be performed on the vehicle picture through the intelligent chip.
The intelligent chip can extract the characteristic value of the vehicle in the vehicle picture by using the algorithm library, model the vehicle picture according to the extracted characteristic value by using the algorithm library, and extract the attribute information of the vehicle picture.
In this embodiment, a flow chart of acquiring the vehicle picture information by the NVR may be as shown in fig. 4.
3) The NVR stores the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture, and the specific implementation is described in the point 2.
2. Vehicle picture information storage
1) And the NVR stores the vehicle picture to obtain the storage position of the vehicle picture.
For the vehicle picture information, establishing a vehicle picture information related database table (vehicle table); the main fields in the VehicleTable comprise the storage position of the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the NVR may also use model data of the vehicle picture, and specific implementation thereof is not described herein again.
After the vehicle picture is stored in the hard disk by the NVR, the position offset and the length of the hard disk where the vehicle picture is located (i.e. the storage position of the vehicle picture) can be obtained.
2) And the NVR records the storage position of the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in the VehicletTable.
3. Vehicle retrieval
1) Receiving a vehicle retrieval request, wherein the vehicle retrieval request carries a vehicle picture to be retrieved;
in this embodiment, the NVR may provide a vehicle retrieval interface including a picture input or/and selection area for a vehicle to be retrieved.
The user can input or/and select the vehicle picture to be retrieved through the vehicle retrieval interface and submit the vehicle retrieval request.
2) The NVR models the vehicle picture to be retrieved and extracts the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved;
3) the NVR inquires the storage position of the matched vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the vehicle picture from the VehicletTable according to the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved;
in this embodiment, the NVR may query the vehiclelable table, compare the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved with the attribute information of the vehicle picture recorded in the vehiclelable table, determine the storage location of the vehicle picture and the collection time of the vehicle picture recorded in the vehiclelable table entry where the attribute information of the recorded vehicle picture matches the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved, as the storage location of the matched vehicle picture (hereinafter referred to as the storage location of the first vehicle picture) and the collection time of the vehicle picture (hereinafter referred to as the collection time of the first vehicle picture).
4) And the NVR acquires the first vehicle picture according to the storage position of the first vehicle picture.
In this embodiment, the NVR may read the first vehicle picture from the hard disk according to the storage location (position offset + length) of the first vehicle picture, so that the NVR may obtain the first vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture.
4. Video summary playback
1) And for any first vehicle picture, acquiring a target video clip which is 5 seconds before the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture and 5 seconds after the alarm of the first vehicle picture.
In this embodiment, NVR may establish a VideoTable; wherein, the main fields in the VideoTable have: the video recording storage location (hard disk offset + length) and the start-stop time (start time and end time) of the video recording data.
When a completed video is stored in the hard disk, a new record (i.e. a new entry is added) is inserted into the VideoTable, and the storage location and the start-stop time of the video are recorded.
For any first vehicle picture, the NVR determines the 5 th second before the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture as the starting time of the target video recording segment, determines the 5 th second after the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture as the ending time of the target video recording segment, and queries the VideoTable table according to the starting time and the ending time of the first vehicle picture to obtain the target video recording segment.
2) And generating a video abstract according to each target video segment, and decoding and displaying the video abstract.
In the embodiment of the application, by acquiring and storing the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in the video data of the video source device, when the vehicle retrieval request is received, the first vehicle picture matched with the vehicle picture to be retrieved is determined according to the vehicle picture to be retrieved carried in the vehicle retrieval request, and then the video abstract is generated according to the first vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and is played back, so that the condition that the matched vehicle picture needs to be extracted from the video data in each vehicle retrieval is avoided, the vehicle retrieval efficiency and the accuracy are improved, and the continuity of vehicle video tracking is ensured.
The methods provided herein are described above. The following describes the apparatus provided in the present application:
referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a video summary playback apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the video summary playback apparatus may be applied to a retrieval device in the foregoing embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5, the video summary playback apparatus may include:
the acquiring unit 510 is configured to acquire a vehicle picture, acquisition time of the vehicle picture, and attribute information of the vehicle picture in video data of a video source device;
the storage unit 520 is used for storing the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture;
the retrieval unit 530 is configured to, when a vehicle retrieval request is received, determine a first vehicle picture matched with a vehicle picture to be retrieved according to the vehicle picture to be retrieved carried in the vehicle retrieval request;
the processing unit 540 is configured to generate a video summary according to the first vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and play back the video summary.
In an optional implementation manner, the obtaining unit 510 is specifically configured to receive a vehicle picture sent by the video source device, a collection time of the vehicle picture, and attribute information of the vehicle picture.
In an optional implementation manner, the obtaining unit 510 is specifically configured to receive a vehicle picture sent by the video source device and a collection time of the vehicle picture; modeling is carried out on the vehicle picture, and attribute information of the vehicle picture is extracted.
In an optional implementation manner, the obtaining unit 510 is specifically configured to receive vehicle picture information, acquisition time of a vehicle picture, and first attribute information of the vehicle picture, which are sent by the video source device; modeling the vehicle picture, and extracting second attribute information of the vehicle picture; and determining the attribute information of the vehicle picture according to the first attribute information of the vehicle picture and the second attribute information of the vehicle picture.
In an optional implementation manner, the obtaining unit 510 is specifically configured to perform vehicle target detection on video data provided by the video source device to obtain a vehicle picture in the video data and a collection time of the vehicle picture; modeling is carried out on the vehicle picture, and attribute information of the vehicle picture is extracted.
In an optional embodiment, the storage unit 520 is specifically configured to store the vehicle picture; and recording the storage position of the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in a vehicle picture information table.
In an optional implementation manner, the obtaining unit 510 is further configured to model the vehicle picture to be retrieved, and extract attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved;
the retrieving unit 530 is specifically configured to compare the attribute information of the to-be-retrieved vehicle picture with the attribute information of the vehicle picture recorded in the vehicle picture information table, so as to obtain a storage location of a first vehicle picture matched with the attribute information of the to-be-retrieved vehicle picture; and acquiring the first vehicle picture according to the storage position of the first vehicle picture.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing unit 540 is specifically configured to generate a video summary according to the first vehicle pictures sorted in the order from morning to evening according to time.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing unit 540 is specifically configured to determine, for any first vehicle picture, a target video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture; the target video clip is video data between the nth second before the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture and the mth second after the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture; and generating a video abstract according to each target video clip.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing unit 540 is specifically configured to, when there are multiple first vehicle pictures with the same acquisition time, determine, for any first vehicle picture in the multiple first vehicle pictures, a start time point and an end time point of a video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture; wherein the starting time point is the nth second before the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and the ending time point is the mth second after the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture; searching whether the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs has the I frame of the starting time point and whether the I frame of the ending time exists; if the target video segment exists, discarding the rest first vehicle pictures in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, and determining the video segments corresponding to the first vehicle pictures as the target video segments; and generating a video abstract according to each target video clip.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing unit 540 is further specifically configured to, if there is no I frame of the start time point, increase the start time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture by 1 second, and repeat the searching step until the I frame of the start time point is searched in the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs, or the start time point and the end time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture are the same; if the I frame of the ending time point does not exist, reducing the ending time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture by 1 second, and repeating the searching step until the I frame of the ending time point is searched in the video data of the video data channel to which the first vehicle picture belongs, or the starting time point and the ending time point of the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture are the same; determining a first vehicle picture with the longest duration of the corresponding video segments in the plurality of first vehicle pictures, determining the video segment corresponding to the first vehicle picture as a target video segment, and discarding the rest first vehicle pictures in the plurality of first vehicle pictures; and generating a video abstract according to each target video clip.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device may include a processor 601, a communication interface 602, a memory 603, and a communication bus 604. The processor 601, the communication interface 602, and the memory 603 communicate with each other via a communication bus 604. Wherein, the memory 603 is stored with a computer program; the processor 601 may perform the video summary playback method described above by executing the program stored on the memory 603.
The memory 603 referred to herein may be any electronic, magnetic, optical, or other physical storage device that can contain or store information such as executable instructions, data, and the like. For example, the memory 602 may be: a RAM (random Access Memory), a volatile Memory, a non-volatile Memory, a flash Memory, a storage drive (e.g., a hard drive), a solid state drive, any type of storage disk (e.g., an optical disk, a dvd, etc.), or similar storage medium, or a combination thereof.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a machine-readable storage medium, such as the memory 603 in fig. 6, storing a computer program, which can be executed by the processor 601 in the electronic device shown in fig. 6 to implement the video summary playback method described above.

Claims (8)

1. A video summary playback method, comprising:
acquiring and storing a vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and attribute information of the vehicle picture in video data of video source equipment;
when a vehicle retrieval request is received, determining a first vehicle picture matched with a vehicle picture to be retrieved according to the vehicle picture to be retrieved carried in the vehicle retrieval request;
generating a video abstract according to the first vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and playing back the video abstract;
the method for acquiring the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in the video data of the video source device comprises the following steps:
receiving vehicle picture information, vehicle picture acquisition time and first attribute information of the vehicle picture sent by the video source device;
modeling the vehicle picture, and extracting second attribute information of the vehicle picture;
determining attribute information of the vehicle picture according to the first attribute information of the vehicle picture and the second attribute information of the vehicle picture;
for any vehicle picture, comparing first attribute information of the vehicle picture with second attribute information of the vehicle picture, and adding attribute information which exists in the first attribute information but does not exist in the second attribute information or attribute information which does not exist in the first attribute information but exists in the second attribute information into the attribute information of the vehicle picture; adding the attribute information in the second attribute information into the attribute information of the vehicle picture for the attribute information existing in both the first attribute information and the second attribute information;
wherein, the video abstract is generated according to the first vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the number of the first vehicle pictures retrieved by the retrieval device exceeds a preset number threshold value and the difference value of the acquisition time of the adjacent first vehicle pictures sequenced in the sequence from morning to evening does not exceed a preset time threshold value, generating a video abstract according to the first vehicle pictures sequenced in the sequence from morning to evening.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein storing the vehicle picture, the time of capturing the vehicle picture, and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in the video data of the video source device comprises:
storing the vehicle picture;
and recording the storage position of the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in a vehicle picture information table.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, according to the to-be-retrieved vehicle picture carried in the vehicle retrieval request, a first vehicle picture matching the to-be-retrieved vehicle picture comprises:
modeling the vehicle picture to be retrieved, and extracting attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved;
comparing the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved with the attribute information of the vehicle picture recorded in the vehicle picture information table to obtain a storage position of a first vehicle picture matched with the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved;
and acquiring the first vehicle picture according to the storage position of the first vehicle picture.
4. A video summary playback apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in the video data of the video source equipment;
the storage unit is used for storing the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture;
the retrieval unit is used for determining a first vehicle picture matched with the vehicle picture to be retrieved according to the vehicle picture to be retrieved carried in the vehicle retrieval request when the vehicle retrieval request is received;
the processing unit is used for generating a video abstract according to the first vehicle picture and the acquisition time of the first vehicle picture and playing back the video abstract;
the acquiring unit is specifically configured to receive vehicle picture information, acquisition time of a vehicle picture and first attribute information of the vehicle picture, which are sent by the video source device; modeling the vehicle picture, and extracting second attribute information of the vehicle picture; determining attribute information of the vehicle picture according to the first attribute information of the vehicle picture and the second attribute information of the vehicle picture;
for any vehicle picture, comparing first attribute information of the vehicle picture with second attribute information of the vehicle picture, and adding attribute information which exists in the first attribute information but does not exist in the second attribute information or attribute information which does not exist in the first attribute information but exists in the second attribute information into the attribute information of the vehicle picture; adding the attribute information in the second attribute information into the attribute information of the vehicle picture for the attribute information existing in both the first attribute information and the second attribute information;
the processing unit is specifically configured to generate a video summary according to first vehicle pictures sorted in the sequence from morning to evening when the number of the first vehicle pictures retrieved by the retrieval device exceeds a preset number threshold and a difference value between acquisition times of adjacent first vehicle pictures sorted in the sequence from morning to evening does not exceed a preset time threshold.
5. The apparatus of claim 4,
the storage unit is specifically used for storing the vehicle picture; and recording the storage position of the vehicle picture, the acquisition time of the vehicle picture and the attribute information of the vehicle picture in a vehicle picture information table.
6. The apparatus of claim 4,
the acquisition unit is also used for modeling the vehicle picture to be retrieved and extracting the attribute information of the vehicle picture to be retrieved;
the retrieval unit is specifically configured to compare the attribute information of the to-be-retrieved vehicle picture with the attribute information of the vehicle picture recorded in the vehicle picture information table to obtain a storage location of a first vehicle picture matched with the attribute information of the to-be-retrieved vehicle picture; and acquiring the first vehicle picture according to the storage position of the first vehicle picture.
7. An electronic device is characterized by comprising a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor and the communication interface are used for realizing mutual communication by the memory through the communication bus;
