Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a media content consumption method and a media content consumption system, which are used for solving the problem of poor user experience in the current scheme of avoiding the hidden or lie report of consumption records, and achieving the purposes of reducing the time delay perceived by a calling user and improving the user experience on the premise of ensuring the legality of the consumption records.
Referring to fig. 1, the figure is a schematic structural diagram of a media content consumption system according to an embodiment of the present application. The media content consumption system 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application may include, for example, a calling terminal 110, a called terminal 120, a media server 130, and a blockchain server 140.
It should be noted that the present embodiment does not limit the types of the calling terminal 110 and the called terminal 120, and may be, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer (english: desktop computer), and the like.
The embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited to the media server 130, and as an example, the media server 130 may have functions of taking charge of signaling processing related to the media content, storing and distributing management of the media content, and the like. In addition, the blockchain server 140 is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application, and as an example, the blockchain server 140 has functions of executing an intelligent contract corresponding to a transaction, writing an execution result of the intelligent contract corresponding to the transaction into a blockchain, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the calling terminal 110 may initiate a call request to the called terminal 120 through the communication server 150. The embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited to the communication server 150, and as an example, the communication server 150 may be a serving call session control function device. As yet another example, the communication server 150 may be a web server.
In this embodiment of the application, if the called terminal 120 subscribes to the color ring back tone service, the calling terminal 110 initiates a call to the called terminal 120, after a call link is established, and before a called user corresponding to the called terminal 120 answers, the media server 130 provides media content to the calling terminal 110, and the block chain server 140 may verify a record that the media content is presented in the calling terminal 110, and if the verification is passed, the record that the media content is presented in the calling terminal 110 is stored in a block chain book. In the practice of this application, the recording of the presentation of media content in calling terminal 110 is referred to as a consumption record.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the consumption record is verified, the media server authorized by the provider for determining the media content may provide the information of the media content to the calling terminal during the process that the called terminal receives the call request, so that if the consumption record is verified, it indicates that the calling terminal has the right to present the media content, that is, the consumption record is legal, thereby avoiding the problem of the consumption record being hidden and misrepresented. Meanwhile, in the whole process of reporting the consumption record, the media server is not needed to encrypt the media content, so that the calling terminal does not need to decrypt the media content after receiving the media content, and the media content is immediately presented to the calling user, thereby reducing the time delay perceived by the calling user and improving the user experience.
As described above, when the blockchain server 140 verifies the consumption record, the distribution authorization information may be verified. In the embodiment of the present application, the consumption recording and distribution authorization information may be sent by the media server 130 to the blockchain server 140. Specifically, the media server 130 may indirectly send the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140, and the media server 130 may also directly send the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140. These two implementations are described separately below.
Example one
Embodiments are implementations in which a corresponding media server 130 sends consumption records and distribution authorization information indirectly to a blockchain server 140.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the calling terminal 110 is configured to send a call request to the called terminal 120, where the call request carries a communication identifier of the called terminal 120.
It should be noted that the call request in the embodiment of the present application is used to request to establish a call link with the called terminal 120. It can be understood that after the call session between the calling terminal 110 and the called terminal 120 is successfully established, if the called user goes off-hook, the call between the calling user and the called user can be performed.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, according to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, a receiver of the call request sent by the calling terminal 110 may be determined, that is, the call request initiated by the calling terminal 110 may be sent to the called terminal 120, so as to establish a call link between the calling terminal 110 and the called terminal 120.
The communication identifier of the called terminal 120 is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application, and is used as an identifier for communicating with the called terminal 120. As an example, the communication identifier of the called terminal 120 may be, for example, a mobile phone number of the called user; as yet another example, the communication identification of the called terminal 120 may be, for example, an instant messaging software account of the called user.
The media server 130 is configured to obtain a communication identifier of the called terminal 120, which is carried in a call request sent by the calling terminal 110 to the called terminal 120, obtain media content corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120 and the distribution authorization information according to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, and send the media content and the distribution authorization information to the calling terminal 110, where the distribution authorization information is used to determine that a provider of the media content authorizes the media server 400 to provide the media content to the corresponding calling terminal 110 in a process that the called terminal 120 receives the call request. And the blockchain server 140 is configured to store the consumption record of the calling terminal 110 in a blockchain account book according to the distribution authorization information, specifically, the distribution authorization information may be verified, if the verification passes, the consumption record is stored in the blockchain account book, and if the verification fails, the consumption record is not stored in the blockchain account book.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, taking the color ring back tone service as an example, the calling terminal 110 initiates a call request, and actually, the calling terminal 110 sends the call request to a serving call session control function (S-CSCF) to which the calling terminal 110 belongs, the S-CSCF device to which the calling terminal 110 belongs sends the call request to an S-CSCF device to which the called terminal 120 belongs, and then the S-CSCF device to which the called terminal 120 belongs sends the call request to the called terminal 120. In the process of initiating a call request by calling terminal 110, media server 130 may retrieve the call request. Accordingly, the media server 130 can acquire the communication identification of the called terminal 120 using the call request.
As described above, after the called party subscribes to the value-added service, such as the color ring back tone service, and selects the corresponding media content, the calling terminal of the calling called party can present the media content after the call link between the calling terminal and the called terminal is established and before the called party goes off-hook.
It should be noted that, the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120 mentioned in this application embodiment is not limited to the media content selected when the called party subscribes to the value-added service, such as the color ring back tone service, but may also be the media content corresponding to the value-added service given by the operator to the called party, such as the color ring back tone service, and may also be the media content corresponding to the value-added service given by another user to the called party, such as the color ring back tone service, which is not specifically limited in this application embodiment.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120, and as an example, the media content may be audio; as yet another example, the media content may be a video; as another example, the media content may be a picture; as another example, the media content may be an animation; as yet another example, the media content may be text. Accordingly, the calling terminal presents the media content, for example, the media content can be played for the calling terminal, or can be displayed for the calling terminal.
It should be noted that the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the format of the media content. As an example, the media content is audio, and the format of the audio may be a format supported by the called terminal 120, such as an mp3 format; as yet another example, the media content is a video, and the format of the video may be a format supported by the called terminal 120, such as an mp4 format; as another example, the media content is a picture, and the format of the picture may be a format supported by the called terminal 120, such as a jpg format or a png format; as yet another example, the media content is an animation, and the format of the animation may be a format supported by the called terminal 120, such as a gif format.
It can be understood that, if the called user subscribes to the value-added service, for example, the color ring back tone service and selects the corresponding media content, the record of the subscribed color ring back tone service can be written into the block chain ledger, for example, the correspondence between the communication identifier of the called terminal 120 and the identifier of the media content can be written into the block chain ledger, so that the media server 130 can obtain the identifier of the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120 from the block chain ledger according to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, and obtain the media content from the provider of the media content according to the identifier of the media content.
It should be noted that the identification of the media content mentioned herein can be used to uniquely identify the media content. As an example, the identification of the media content may be, for example, an identification capable of uniquely identifying copyright attribution of the media content.
It will be appreciated that a content provider of the media content may provide the media content and a distributor of the media content, e.g. an operator, may be authorized to use the media content, i.e. the distributor may authorize the distribution of the media content to the called terminal. Taking the color ring back tone service as an example, the operator may authorize the called terminal that subscribes the color ring back tone service and selects the media content to use the media content, that is, present the media content to the calling terminal that calls the called terminal.
It should be noted that the distribution authorization information in the embodiment of the present application may be used to determine that the media server authorized by the provider of the media content provides the media content to the calling terminal 110 during the call request received by the called terminal 120. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the specific content included in the distribution authorization information, and as an example, the distribution authorization information may include, for example, a distribution authorization record and/or an identifier of the distribution authorization record.
It should be noted that the identifier of the distribution authorization record mentioned in the embodiment of the present application is used to identify the distribution authorization record. The distribution authorization record is a record that a provider authorized media server embodying the media content provides the media content to the calling terminal 110 during the call received by the called terminal 120, and in this embodiment, the distribution authorization record includes, for example, any one or any combination of a communication identifier of the called terminal, an identifier of the media content, and a distributor identifier of the media content. It is understood that if the called user establishes a corresponding relationship with the media content, for example, subscribes to the media content, a distribution authorization record may be generated and assigned an identification of the distribution authorization record.
It should be noted that the called subscriber identifier mentioned in the embodiment of the present application may be used to uniquely identify the called subscriber corresponding to the called terminal 120. The called user identifier is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application, as an example, the called user identifier may be, for example, a name of a called user, and as another example, the called user identifier may be, for example, a user name used by the called user in the instant messaging software. Of course, it can be understood that the called party identifier may also be the same as the called communication identifier, for example, a called mobile phone number or an account number of the instant messaging software.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the distribution authorization information may be stored in the blockchain ledger, and therefore, the media server 130 may obtain the distribution authorization information from the blockchain ledger. In the embodiment of the present application, the media server 130 obtains the distribution authorization information, which may include multiple implementation manners, and one possible implementation manner is described below.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the distribution authorization information may further include a called user identifier, and for this case, the media server may acquire the distribution authorization information in the following manner:
first, the media server 130 may obtain media content corresponding to the called terminal, a called subscriber identity corresponding to the media content corresponding to the called terminal, an identity of the media content corresponding to the called terminal, and a distributor identity of the media content corresponding to the called terminal according to the communication identity of the called terminal.
For a specific implementation of obtaining the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120 according to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, reference may be made to the description of the related content above, and details are not described here again.
The communication identifier of the called terminal and the called subscriber identifier have a corresponding relationship, so that the called subscriber identifier corresponding to the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120 can be obtained through the communication identifier of the called terminal.
As mentioned before, a content provider of the media content may provide the media content and may authorize a distributor, e.g. an operator, to use the media content, i.e. the distributor, e.g. the operator, may authorize the distribution of the media content to the called terminal. That is, there is a correspondence between the media content and the distributor. Therefore, the blockchain ledger can store the identifier of the media content and the identifier of the distributor corresponding to the media content in addition to the distribution authorization information.
Therefore, the identifier of the media content corresponding to the called terminal and the identifier of the distributor of the media content corresponding to the called terminal can be obtained according to the identifier of the called terminal.
In the embodiment of the present application, when obtaining the identifier of the distribution authorization record, the media server 130 may send a distribution authorization information obtaining request to the blockchain server 140, where the distribution authorization information obtaining request may carry the identifier of the called user, the identifier of the media content, and the identifier of the distributor of the media content.
Next, the media server 130 may send a distribution authorization information obtaining request carrying the called user identifier, the identifier of the media content, and the identifier of the distributor of the media content to the blockchain server 140, so as to request the identifier of the distribution authorization record of the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120.
As described above, the called user identifier, the media content distributor identifier, and the distribution authorization record identifier may be stored in the blockchain directory, so that after receiving the distribution authorization information acquisition request carrying the called user identifier, the media content identifier, and the media content distributor identifier, the blockchain server 140 may determine, from the blockchain directory, the distribution authorization record identifier corresponding to the called user identifier by using the called user identifier, the media content identifier, and the media content distributor identifier.
Finally, after the blockchain server 140 determines the identity of the distribution authorization record, the identity of the distribution authorization record may be sent to the media server 130.
AS mentioned above, the value-added service mentioned in the embodiment of the present application may be a color ring service, and when the value-added service is the color ring service, the media server 130 may include a color ring application server (RBT AS) and a color ring media resource server (RBT MRS).
The color ring application server can be responsible for signaling processing related to color ring, and provides capabilities of message analysis and forwarding, media resource negotiation of media content and the like for the calling terminal and the called terminal. The color ring media resource server is responsible for storing and distributing and managing the media content.
If the media server 130 includes a color ring application server and a color ring media resource server, the above-mentioned "the media server obtains the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120, the identifier of the called user of the media content, the identifier of the media content, and the identifier of the distributor of the media content according to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, and sends a distribution authorization information obtaining request to the blockchain server 140" may be, in a specific implementation:
the polyphonic ringtone media application server acquires the media content corresponding to the called terminal 120, the called user identifier of the media content, the identifier of the media content and the distributor identifier of the media content according to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, and sends a polyphonic ringtone media resource acquisition request to the polyphonic ringtone media resource server, wherein the polyphonic ringtone media resource acquisition request carries the called user identifier of the media content, the identifier of the media content and the distributor identifier of the media content.
After receiving the polyphonic ringtone media resource request, the polyphonic ringtone media resource server generates a distribution authorization information acquisition request carrying the called user identifier, the media content identifier and the media content distributor identifier by using the called user identifier, the media content identifier and the media content distributor identifier of the media content carried in the polyphonic ringtone media resource acquisition request, and sends the distribution authorization information acquisition request to the block chain server 140.
It can be understood that, after receiving the distribution authorization information acquisition request, the blockchain server 140 searches for the identifier of the corresponding distribution authorization record by using the identifier of the called user, the identifier of the media content, and the identifier of the distributor of the media content, which are carried in the distribution authorization information request. Then, the blockchain server 140 sends the identifier of the distribution authorization record to the color ring back tone media resource server, and the media resource server sends the session description protocol of the media content to the color ring back tone application server, and carries the identifier of the distribution authorization record and/or the distribution authorization record in the session description protocol of the media content.
It should be noted that, after acquiring the distribution authorization information of the media content corresponding to the called terminal, the media server 130 may send the distribution authorization information to the calling terminal 110, and in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the distribution authorization information of the media content may be carried in the media resource negotiation request and sent to the calling terminal 110.
It should be noted that the media resource negotiation request is used to request a resource for negotiating with the calling terminal to receive and present the media content, for example, a port for receiving the media content, a buffer for storing the media content, a player for playing the media content, and other resources.
It can be understood that, in the signaling processing flow of the original value-added service, that is, the media resource negotiation request exists, so that the distribution authorization information is carried in the media resource negotiation request and sent to the calling terminal 110, which can avoid improving the signaling flow of the value-added service, such as the color ring service, and reduce the implementation cost of the scheme.
After the media content is presented by the calling terminal 110, a consumption record of the media content may be generated according to the received distribution authorization information, and the consumption record and the distribution authorization information may be transmitted to the blockchain server 140, where the consumption record is a record of the media content presented in the calling terminal 110. After receiving the consumption record, the blockchain server 140 may verify the consumption record, and if the consumption record passes the verification, the blockchain server 140 writes the consumption record into the blockchain account book.
As before, the blockchain server 140 may implement the verification of the consumption record by verifying the distribution authorization information. It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited to the specific implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information by the blockchain server 140, and the following describes a possible implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information by the blockchain server 140 when the distribution authorization information includes the distribution authorization record and/or the identifier of the distribution authorization record.
If the distribution authorization information includes the distribution authorization record, the distribution authorization information is verified, whether the distribution authorization record exists in the blockchain ledger or not can be verified, if the distribution authorization record exists in the blockchain ledger, it indicates that the media server has the right to provide the media content to the calling terminal and the calling terminal has the right to present the media content in the process that the called terminal receives the call request sent by the calling terminal, and the consumption record is legal.
As before, the identity of the distribution authorization record is used to identify the distribution authorization record. The distribution authorization record is a record of media content provided by a media server authorized by a provider embodying the media content to the calling terminal 110 during the call received by the called terminal 120, and if the called user establishes a corresponding relationship with the media content, for example, orders the media content, a distribution authorization record may be generated and assigned to the distribution authorization record an identifier of the distribution authorization record. Therefore, if the distribution authorization information includes the identifier of the distribution authorization record, the distribution authorization information is verified, whether the distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record exists in the blockchain account book can be determined, and if the distribution authorization record exists, it indicates that the media server has the right to provide the media content to the calling terminal and the calling terminal has the right to present the media content in the process that the called terminal receives the call request sent by the calling terminal, that is, the consumption record is legal.
It is appreciated that in order to better avoid the problems of the spoofing and the like of consumption records, in the embodiment of the present application, the blockchain server 140 may verify information included in the consumption records in addition to verifying distribution authorization information. Three possible implementations of verifying the information in the consumption record and the distribution authorization information are described below.
The first verification mode is as follows: and verifying the distribution authorization information and the calling user identification included in the consumption record.
In one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present application, the consumption record may include a calling user identifier.
The embodiment of the present application does not specifically define the identity of the calling party, and as an example, the identity of the calling party is used to uniquely identify the calling party, and may be, for example, the name, the mobile phone number of the calling party, the user name of the instant messaging software, the account number, and the like.
It is understood that calling terminal 110 may carry the calling subscriber identity when sending the consumption record to blockchain server 140.
It is understood that the blockchain ledger may store related information for authorizing distribution of the media content, for example, the blockchain ledger may store related information of the media content correspondingly, and information related to a called terminal authorized by the operator to use the media content. In the embodiment of the present application, the related information for authorizing the distribution of the media content is referred to as a media content distribution authorization record. Therefore, the media content distribution authorization record in the blockchain ledger can include the calling user identifier corresponding to the calling terminal that is allowed to present the media content.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, when the caller identification and the distribution authorization information carried in the consumption record are verified, the blockchain server 140 may determine whether a media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identification of the distribution authorization record exists in the blockchain ledger, and if so, then further judging whether the called user identification and the calling user identification both exist in the media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identification of the distribution authorization record, if both the called subscriber identity and the calling subscriber identity are present in the media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identity of the distribution authorization record, it indicates that the consumption record is a consumption record corresponding to a called terminal authorized by the distributor to use the media content, and the calling user identification is also the calling user identification corresponding to the calling terminal authorized by the distributor to present the media content. It is determined that the authentication is passed.
The second verification mode is as follows: and verifying the distribution authorization information, the calling terminal identification included in the consumption record and the calling user identification included in the consumption record.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the consumption record may further include a calling terminal identifier in addition to the calling user identifier.
The calling terminal identifier is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application, and as an example, the calling terminal identifier may be an equipment serial number of the calling terminal, such as an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI). As another example, the calling terminal identification may also be a network address of the calling terminal, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address or a Media Access Control (MAC) address. It is understood that calling terminal 110 may carry the calling terminal identification when sending the consumption record to blockchain server 140.
It should be noted that the media content distribution authorization record in the blockchain ledger may include a calling terminal identifier corresponding to a calling terminal that is allowed to present the media content.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present application, when verifying the calling terminal identifier, the calling user identifier, and the distribution authorization information carried in the consumption record, the blockchain server 140 may determine whether a media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record exists in the blockchain book, and if so, further determine whether the called user identifier, the calling user identifier, and the calling terminal identifier all exist in the media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record, and if the called user identifier, the calling user identifier, and the calling terminal identifier all exist in the media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record, indicate that the consumption record is a consumption record corresponding to a called terminal authorized by the distributor to use the media content, and the calling user identifier is also a calling user identifier corresponding to a calling terminal authorized by the distributor to present the media content, And the calling terminal identification is also the calling terminal identification corresponding to the calling terminal authorized by the distributor to present the media content. It is determined that the authentication is passed.
For the above two verification methods, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to better avoid the problems of the consumption record such as the report hiding and the report lying, when the identification of the calling user and the distribution authorization information are verified, the user identities of the calling user and the called user may also be verified by combining with the user authentication server, so as to ensure that the consumption record is the consumption record of the legitimate user.
The user authentication server stores therein information of various users, which may include, for example, information of users under an operator flag, information of providers of media contents, information of distributors of media contents, and the like. The user having the information record in the user authentication server may be considered as a legitimate user subjected to identity authentication.
In view of this, in the embodiment of the present application, the blockchain server 140 may determine whether there is a media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record in the blockchain book, and if so, further determine whether both the called user identifier and the calling user identifier exist in the media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record, and both the called user identifier and the calling user identifier exist in the user authentication server, and if both the called user identifier and the calling user identifier exist in the media content distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record, and both the called user identifier and the calling user identifier exist in the user authentication server, it indicates that the consumption record is a consumption record corresponding to a called terminal authorized by the distributor to use the media content, and the calling user identifier is also a calling user identifier corresponding to a calling terminal authorized by the distributor to present the media content, and the calling user and the called user are both legal users passing identity authentication. It is determined that the authentication is passed.
The third verification mode is as follows: verifying distribution authorization information and consumption time of media content included in consumption record
It is understood that verifying the distribution authorization information and the consumption time is one implementation way for the blockchain server to keep the consumption record according to the distribution authorization information and the consumption time.
It should be noted that, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the consumption record may carry a consumption time. By consumption time, it is meant the time at which the media content is presented by the calling terminal. It is understood that calling terminal 110 may carry the consumption time when sending the consumption record to blockchain server 140.
It should be noted that, as to the specific implementation of verifying the distribution authorization information in the consumption record, reference may be made to the above description, and details are not described herein again. Specific implementations for validating the time spent are described in detail herein.
It is understood that the authorized consumption condition may be set when the distributor authorizes the called terminal to use the media content. The called terminal may use the media content when the authorized consumption condition is satisfied. For example, the called terminal is allowed to use the media content in the corresponding time period, and for example, the number of times of presentation of the media content is set to be not more than the preset number of times. Therefore, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when verifying the consumption time, the blockchain server 140 may determine whether the consumption time meets an authorized consumption condition, and if the consumption time meets the authorized consumption condition, the verification of the consumption time is passed. For example, the authorized consumption condition set by the distributor is that the called terminal 120 is authorized to use the media content within one month from the date when the user subscribes to the value-added service, such as the color ring service. If the called user subscribes to the color ring back tone service at 2018-06-01, the authorized consumption condition is that the called terminal 120 is authorized to use the media content between 2018-06-01 and 2018-07-01, that is, between 2018-06-01 and 2018-07-01, the media content is presented to the calling terminal 110 in the process that the called terminal 120 receives the call request sent by the calling terminal 110, and if the consumption time carried in the consumption record received by the block chain server 140 is 2018-07-02, the consumption time does not meet the authorized consumption condition, so that the verification of the consumption time does not pass.
As described above, the authorized consumption condition may be, for example: the number of presentations of the media content is set to not exceed a preset number.
In view of this, in the embodiment of the present application, after receiving the consumption record, the blockchain server 140 may determine the corresponding media content according to the consumption record, and accumulate the consumption times of the media content and store the consumption record according to the distribution authorization information and the consumption times. Specifically, the number of consumption times of the media content recorded in the blockchain account book may be obtained, and 1 may be added to the number of consumption times of the media content recorded in the blockchain account book to obtain the accumulated number of consumption times of the media content. After obtaining the accumulated consumption times of the media content, the blockchain server 140 may compare the accumulated consumption times of the media content with a preset number, and if the accumulated consumption times of the media content is less than or equal to the preset number, it indicates that the total consumption times of the media content does not exceed the preset number, thereby satisfying the constraint condition for the consumption times of the media content. At this point, the consumption record may be written to the blockchain ledger. Correspondingly, the accumulated consumption times of the media content can also be written into the block chain account book, so that when the consumption record of the media content is subsequently received, whether the total consumption times of the media content meets the constraint condition of the consumption times of the media content is judged.
Therefore, by using the media content consumption system provided by the embodiment of the application, in the process that the calling terminal sends the call request to the called terminal, the media server obtains the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal, and sends the media content and the corresponding distribution authorization information to the calling terminal. The calling terminal generates a consumption record for presenting the media content and then sends the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server. After receiving the consumption record, the blockchain server may store the consumption record in the blockchain account book according to the distribution authorization information, for example, verify the consumption record row by verifying the distribution authorization information, and if the verification is passed, store the consumption record in the blockchain account book. Since the distribution authorization information is used for determining that the provider of the media content authorizes the media server to provide the media content to the corresponding calling terminal in the process that the called terminal receives the call, if the distribution authorization information is verified to be passed, the calling terminal is proved to have the right to present the media content, namely, the consumption record is legal, and the problems that the consumption record is hidden and misrepresented are avoided. Meanwhile, in the whole process of reporting the consumption record, the media server is not needed to encrypt the media content, so that the calling terminal does not need to decrypt the media content after receiving the media content, and the media content is immediately presented to the calling user, thereby reducing the time delay perceived by the calling user and improving the user experience.
In addition, since the consumption record and the distribution authorization message are sent to the blockchain server 140 by the calling terminal 110, and the distribution authorization message is a message that the calling terminal 110 cannot be tampered with, the consumption record and the distribution authorization message are sent to the blockchain server 140 by the calling terminal 110, so that the missing or misrepresentation of the consumption record by the media server can be avoided, and the consumption record is more accurate.
Example two
The above embodiments are described with respect to the media content consumption system provided by the embodiments of the present application, and the media content consumption system provided by this embodiment is described in detail below from the perspective of signaling interaction.
Referring to fig. 2, the signaling interaction diagram of a media content consumption method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown.
The media content consumption method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be implemented, for example, by the following steps 201 and 206.
Step 201: the calling terminal initiates a call request to the communication server, wherein the call request carries the communication identifier of the called terminal.
Step 202: the communication server transmits the call request to the called terminal.
Step 203: the media server obtains the communication identification of the called terminal, and obtains the media content corresponding to the called terminal and the distribution authorization information of the media content according to the communication identification of the called terminal.
Specifically, the media server may obtain the identifier of the called terminal through a message sent by the communication server, such as a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) message.
Step 204: the media server sends the media content and the distribution authorization information of the media content to the calling terminal.
Step 205: the calling terminal generates a consumption record of the media content.
It should be noted that the consumption record may carry the identification of the calling party, the identification of the calling terminal, and a digital signature of the calling terminal on the consumption record.
Step 206: and the calling terminal sends the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server.
Step 207: and the block chain server verifies the consumption record, and writes the consumption record into the block chain account book after the consumption record passes verification.
Step 207 can be implemented by step 2071 and step 2075 as follows.
Step 2071: and the endorsement node in the block chain server verifies whether the digital signature of the consumption record is legal, if so, the consumption record is called to verify the corresponding intelligent contract, the execution result of the intelligent contract is signed, and the execution result of the intelligent contract is returned to the calling terminal.
It should be noted that the blockchain server may include a node (peer) and a consensus service. Wherein, the nodes comprise an endorsement node (English: endorser) and an accounting node (English: commit).
Specifically, after the intelligent contract corresponding to the consumption record is called, the endorsement node may query whether an identifier of the distribution authorization record exists in the blockchain account book, and if so, on one hand, the endorsement node may query the distribution authorization record corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record, and determine whether the called user identifier, the calling user identifier, and the calling terminal identifier exist in the media content distribution authorization record. On the other hand, the endorsement node can verify whether the called user identification and the calling user identification both exist in the user authentication server. In yet another aspect, the endorsement node may verify that the consumption time satisfies an authorized consumption condition. If the three are satisfied, constructing a consumption record write data set, and signing the write data set.
Wherein the consumption record write dataset may comprise, for example, an identification of the distribution authorization record, an identification of the called subscriber, an identification of the calling terminal, and a consumption time.
Wherein the identifier of the distribution authorization record: a triplet for uniquely identifying the called user authorization relationship (i.e. media content, distributor, called user); identification of the called user: namely, ordering value added service such as color ring service and selecting the user identification of the media content; calling user identification: i.e. the calling subscriber identity allowing to present the media content, the calling subscriber identity may be a subscriber group identity, for example, the calling subscriber identity may include identities of all subscribers, and for example, the calling subscriber identity may include identities of a part of subscribers specified by a called subscriber; calling terminal identification: the identifier of the terminal which allows to present the media content is also the identifier of the terminal corresponding to the calling user, and the calling terminal identifier can be the identifier of the terminal group; consumption time: i.e. the time information at which the calling terminal presented the media content.
Step 2072: the calling terminal collects the execution results of a plurality of intelligent contracts containing endorsement node signatures, generates consumption record registration transaction requests and sends the consumption record registration transaction requests to the nodes in the block chain server.
Step 2073: a node in the blockchain server sends the consumption record registration transaction request to a consensus service.
Step 2074: the consensus service may agree on the received consumption record registration transaction request and broadcast a consensus result.
As described above, when the operator authorizes the called user to use the media content, the corresponding authorized consumption condition may be set: such as cumulative number of consumption, time of consumption, etc. Therefore, in a possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, step 2074 may invoke a corresponding intelligent contract to verify whether the consumption record meets the authorized consumption condition set by the distributor. For example, the authorized consumption condition corresponding to the identifier of the distribution authorization record may be queried from the blockchain ledger, and the consumption record number corresponding to the media content may be queried from the blockchain ledger, so as to determine whether the consumption record satisfies the authorized consumption condition set by the distributor for the media content. If not, the consensus result is not sent to other nodes, transaction failure information is returned, and if the consensus result is met, the consensus result is broadcasted.
Step 2075: and the other nodes receiving the consensus result can verify whether the consumption record registration transaction request meets the endorsement policy, and if so, write the consumption record writing data set into the block chain account book.
In particular, whether the consumption record enrollment transaction request satisfies the endorsement policy may be verified by an accounting node of the other nodes that receive the consensus result.
EXAMPLE III
Next, using the color ring back tone service as an example, a media content consumption system provided in the first embodiment is introduced.
In the color ring back tone service, the media server includes a color ring back tone application server and a color ring back tone media resource server.
Referring to fig. 3, the signaling interaction diagram of another media content consumption method provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown.
Specifically, the method can be implemented by, for example, steps 301-312 as follows.
Step 301: the calling terminal initiates a call request to the called terminal through the communication server, completes the conversation resource negotiation with the called terminal, and the called terminal rings.
Specifically, the calling terminal may initiate a call request to a communication server (e.g., S-CSCF), and then the communication server sends the call request to the called terminal.
Step 302: the CRBT application server requests the CRBT media resource server for describing the media content in the CRBT service.
Specifically, the color ring application server may obtain the identifier of the called terminal through a message, such as an SIP message, sent by the communication server. Therefore, the color ring application server can judge whether the called terminal subscribes the color ring service according to the identification of the called terminal, and if the color ring service is subscribed, the description of the media content in the color ring service is requested to the color ring media resource server.
The description of the media content mentioned in the embodiment of the present application may be, for example, an SDP description of the media content.
It should be noted that, when the polyphonic ringtone application server requests the description of the media content in the polyphonic ringtone service from the polyphonic ringtone media resource server, the polyphonic ringtone application server may also carry the SDP description of the conversation resource negotiated between the calling terminal and the called terminal in step 101.
Step 303: and the media resource server replies the description of the media content to the color ring application server.
It should be noted that, if the called terminal subscribes to the audio color ring service, the media resource server replies the audio color ring description to the color ring application server using 183 response. If the called terminal orders the video color ring service, the media resource server replies the video color ring description to the color ring application server by using 200OK response.
Step 304: the CRBT application server acquires the communication identifier of the called terminal, and acquires the media content corresponding to the called terminal and the distribution authorization information of the media content according to the communication identifier of the called terminal.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the execution sequence of step 304, and step 304 may be executed before step 301 and after step 305.
Step 305: the CRBT application server sends a media resource negotiation request to the calling terminal, wherein the media resource negotiation request carries distribution authorization information of media contents.

As before, the media server 130 may indirectly send the consumption recording and distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140, and the media server 130 may also directly send the consumption recording and distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140. Embodiments one to three describe the implementation manner in which the media server 130 indirectly sends the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140. The following fourth to fifth embodiments describe implementations in which the media server 130 directly sends the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140.
Example four
The media server 130 sends the consumption record directly to the blockchain server 140 when embodied:
the calling terminal 110 is configured to send a call request to the called terminal 120, where the call request carries a communication identifier of the called terminal 120.
A media server 130, configured to obtain media content and distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120; transmitting the media content to the calling terminal 110 to cause the calling terminal to consume the media content; acquiring consumption records of the media content, and sending the consumption records and distribution authorization information to the blockchain server; distributing authorization information for determining that a provider of the media content authorizes a media server to provide the media content to a calling terminal in the process that a called terminal receives a call, wherein consumption records are records for presenting the media content in the calling terminal; and the blockchain server 140 is configured to verify the distribution authorization information from the media server 130, and if the verification is passed, store the consumption record in a blockchain account book.
It should be noted that, the consumption of the media content by the calling terminal 110 means that the calling terminal 110 presents the media content in the process of receiving the call request by the called terminal 120.
It should be noted that, a specific implementation manner of the media server 130 acquiring the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120 is similar to the specific implementation manner of the media server 130 acquiring the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120 in the first embodiment, and therefore, details are not repeated here.
It should be noted that, the implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information by the blockchain server 140 in the fourth embodiment is similar to the implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information by the blockchain server 140 in the first embodiment, and therefore, no further description is given here.
It should be noted that the fourth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that, in the first embodiment, after the media server 130 acquires the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, the distribution authorization information is sent to the calling terminal 110, and the calling terminal 110 generates the consumption record and sends the consumption record to the blockchain server 140. In the fourth embodiment, after the media server 130 acquires the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, the distribution authorization information is not sent to the calling terminal 110, and the media server 130 acquires the consumption record instead of sending the consumption record to the blockchain server by the calling terminal 110, and sends the consumption record and the distribution receiving information to the blockchain server 140.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the specific implementation manner of the media server 130 acquiring the consumption record, and the implementation manner of the media server 130 acquiring the consumption record is different if the consumption record includes different contents.
If the consumption record includes the calling party identifier, the media server 130 may obtain the calling party identifier corresponding to the calling terminal 110, so as to obtain the consumption record according to the calling party identifier.
If the consumption record includes the calling terminal identifier, the media server 130 may obtain the calling terminal identifier, so as to obtain the consumption record according to the calling terminal identifier.
If the consumption record includes the consumption time, the media server 130 may obtain the time when the calling terminal 110 presents the media content, so as to obtain the consumption record according to the consumption time.
It should be noted that, regarding the specific implementation manner of the media server 130 in the first embodiment for acquiring the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, the specific implementation manner is the same as the specific implementation manner of the media server 130 in the first embodiment for acquiring the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, so as to refer to the description in the first embodiment for the specific implementation manner of the server 130 for acquiring the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal 120, and details are not repeated here.
It should be noted that, regarding the implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information from the media server 130 by the blockchain server 140, the implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information from the media server 130 by the blockchain server 140 in the first embodiment is similar, so as to refer to the description of the first embodiment for the implementation manner of verifying the distribution authorization information from the media server 130 by the blockchain server 140, and details are not repeated here.
Therefore, in the process of sending a call request to the called terminal by the calling terminal, the media server acquires the media content and the distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal and sends the media content to the calling terminal. The calling terminal presents the media content. The media server then obtains a consumption record of the media content. After receiving the consumption record, the blockchain server may store the consumption record in the blockchain account book according to the distribution authorization information, for example, may verify the distribution authorization information, and if the verification passes, store the consumption record in the blockchain account book. Since the distribution authorization information is used for determining that the provider of the media content authorizes the media server to provide the media content to the calling terminal in the process that the called terminal receives the call request, if the distribution authorization information is verified to be passed, the calling terminal is proved to have the right to present the media content, namely, the consumption record is legal, and the problems that the consumption record is hidden and misrepresented are avoided. Meanwhile, in the whole process of reporting the consumption record, the media server is not needed to encrypt the media content, so that the calling terminal does not need to decrypt after receiving the media content, the media content can be immediately presented to the calling user, the waiting time of the calling user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, the media server 130 sends the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140, instead of sending the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server 140 by the calling terminal 110, so that the number of interactions between the calling terminal 110 and the blockchain server 140 can be reduced, and the performance of the calling terminal 110 can be improved to a certain extent.
EXAMPLE five
For the media content consumption system described in the fourth embodiment above, the media content consumption system will be described in detail from the perspective of signaling interaction.
Referring to fig. 4, the signaling interaction diagram of a media content consumption method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown.
The media content consumption method provided by the embodiment of the application can be implemented, for example, by the following steps 401 and 406.
Step 401: the calling terminal initiates a call request to the communication server through the communication server, wherein the call request carries the communication identifier of the called terminal. It should be noted that, in the specific implementation, step 401 may be implemented by the calling terminal sending the call request to the communication server, and the communication server sending the call request to the called terminal.
Step 402: the media server obtains the communication identification of the called terminal, and obtains the media content corresponding to the identification of the called terminal and the distribution authorization information according to the communication identification of the called terminal.

Before a content provider of media content authorizes a certain media content to a certain distributor for distribution, copyright information corresponding to the media content can be recorded in a blockchain account book.
Referring to fig. 5, the figure is a schematic flowchart of a method for recording copyright information corresponding to media content into a blockchain ledger according to an embodiment of the present application.
The method may be implemented, for example, by steps 501-506 as follows.
Step 501: the blockchain server receives a media content copyright registration request sent by a content provider client.
It should be noted that the media content copyright registration request carries a content copyright identifier of the media content, a content provider identifier for providing the media content, media content basic information, copyright information of the media content, content provider information for providing the media content, and a digital signature of the media content copyright registration request.
It should be noted that the aforementioned identifier of the media content may be, for example, a content copyright identifier herein.
Step 502: and the endorsement node in the block chain server verifies whether the digital signature of the media content copyright registration request is legal or not, if so, the intelligent contract corresponding to the media content copyright registration is called, the execution result of the intelligent contract is signed, and the execution result of the intelligent contract containing the endorsement node signature is returned to the content provider client.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation of step 502, on one hand, the endorsement node firstly queries whether the content copyright flag of the media content does not exist in the blockchain ledger, and if not, it indicates that the copyright information of the media content is not recorded in the blockchain ledger. On the other hand, the endorsement node may query, by using the user authentication server, whether a content provider identifier for providing the media content exists, and if so, it indicates that the content provider for providing the media content is a legitimate content provider.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the copyright information of the media content is not recorded in the blockchain ledger and the content provider providing the media content is a legal content provider, the copyright information corresponding to the media content may be recorded in the blockchain ledger.
It should be noted that, if the copyright information of the media content is not recorded in the blockchain account book, and the content provider providing the media content is a legal content provider, the execution result of the intelligent contract mentioned herein refers to the media content write data set constructed by the endorsement node for the media content copyright registration request. The media content write dataset may contain the following: content copyright identification of the media content, content provider identification providing the media content, media content basic information, copyright information of the media content, and content provider information providing the media content.
Wherein: the copyright identification of the media content is used for uniquely identifying the copyright of the media content; a content provider identification of the media content for identifying an identification of a content provider to which the media content right belongs; the basic information of the media content comprises description information of the media content; the copyright information of the media content comprises statement and authority information of the copyright of the media content; the content provider information of the media content includes description information of the content provider of the media content.
Step 503: the content provider client collects the execution results of a plurality of intelligent contracts containing endorsement node signatures, generates a media content copyright registration transaction request and sends the media content copyright registration transaction request to the nodes in the blockchain server.
It should be noted that the media content copyright registration transaction request carries a media content write data set and a signature of an endorsement node.
Step 504: a node in the blockchain server sends the media content copyright registration transaction request to a consensus service.

On the other hand, the endorsement node may determine whether the copyright of the media content belongs to an originator of the media content distribution authorization registration request, and if so, it indicates that the originator of the media content distribution authorization registration request has a right to authorize the distribution of the copyright of the media content. Specifically, the content provider identification providing the media content may be queried from the copyright information of the media content in the blockchain ledger to determine whether the copyright of the media content belongs to the originator of the media content distribution authorization registration request.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the media content is not yet authorized to be distributed to a distributor and the copyright of the media content belongs to the originator of the media content distribution authorization registration request, the copyright distribution authorization record of the media content may be registered in the blockchain ledger.
It should be noted that, if the media content is not yet authorized to be distributed to the distributor, and the copyright of the media content belongs to the initiator of the media content distribution authorization registration request, the execution result of the intelligent contract mentioned herein refers to the media content distribution authorization write data set constructed by the endorsement node for the media content distribution authorization registration request. Step 603: the content provider client collects the execution results of a plurality of intelligent contracts containing endorsement node signatures, generates a media content distribution authorization registration transaction request and sends the request to the nodes in the blockchain server.
It should be noted that the media content distribution authorization registration transaction request carries a data set of media content distribution authorization and a signature of the endorsement node.
Step 604: a node in the blockchain server sends the media content distribution authorization registration request to a consensus service.

It should be noted that, in the specific implementation of step 702, on one hand, the endorsement node firstly queries whether a media content distribution authorization identifier exists in the block chain ledger, and if so, indicates that the distributor has the right to perform distribution authorization on the media content; on the other hand, the endorsement node can utilize the user authentication server to inquire whether the called user identification exists, if so, the called user who subscribes the value-added service such as the color ring service is a legal user.
It should be noted that, the distributor has the right to authorize the distribution of the media content, and the called subscriber who subscribes to the value-added service, such as the color ring back tone service, is a legitimate subscriber, and the execution result of the intelligent contract mentioned herein refers to the called subscriber authorization write data set that is constructed by the endorsement node for the called subscriber authorization record registration request. The called subscriber-authorized write dataset may contain any one or more of the following: called user identification, media content distribution authorization identification, called user identification, calling terminal identification, authorization type, authorization consumption condition, distributor information and the like.
Wherein: the authorization identification of the called user: a triplet for uniquely identifying the called user authorization relationship (i.e. media content, distributor, called user); media content distribution authorization identifier: the media content distribution authorization records can be uniquely identified, namely quadruplets corresponding to media content, distributors, distribution strategies and service types; identification of the called user: i.e. to order value added services such as a polyphonic ringtone service and to select a user identification of the media content. Step 703: and the distributor server collects the execution results of a plurality of intelligent contracts containing endorsement node signatures, generates a called user authorization record registration transaction request and sends the called user authorization record registration transaction request to the nodes in the block chain server.
It should be noted that the called party authorization record registration transaction request carries the called party authorization write data set and the signature of the endorsement node.

If not, the consensus result is not sent to other nodes, the transaction failure is returned, and if the consensus result is met, the consensus result is broadcasted.
Step 706: and other nodes receiving the consensus result can verify whether the called user authorization record registration transaction request meets the endorsement policy, and if so, write the called user authorization write data set into the block chain account book.
In particular, it may be verified by an accounting node of the other nodes receiving the consensus result whether the called user authorization record registration transaction request satisfies the endorsement policy.

Therefore, as the distribution authorization information is used for determining that the provider of the media content authorizes the media server to provide the media content to the corresponding calling terminal in the process that the called terminal receives the call request, if the distribution authorization information is verified, the calling terminal is authorized to present the media content, namely, the consumption record is legal, and the problem that the consumption record is hidden and misrepresented is avoided. Meanwhile, in the whole process of reporting the consumption record, the media server is not needed to encrypt the media content, so that the calling terminal does not need to decrypt the media content after receiving the media content, and the media content is immediately presented to the calling user, thereby reducing the time delay perceived by the user and improving the user experience.

1. A media content consumption method, applied to a calling terminal, the method comprising:
sending a calling request to a called terminal, wherein the calling request carries a communication identifier of the called terminal;
receiving media content and distribution authorization information corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal from a media server, wherein the distribution authorization information is used for determining that a provider of the media content authorizes the media server to provide the media content to the calling terminal in the process that the called terminal receives a call request;
and generating a consumption record of the media content, and sending the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to a blockchain server so as to enable the blockchain server to verify the distribution authorization information, if the verification is passed, storing the consumption record according to the distribution authorization information, wherein the consumption record is a record for presenting the media content in the calling terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the distribution authorization information comprises a distribution authorization record and/or an identification of the distribution authorization record, wherein the distribution authorization record comprises any one or any combination of a communication identification of the called terminal, an identification of the media content, and a distributor identification of the media content.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the consumption record further carries a calling subscriber identity and/or a calling terminal identity.
4. The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the consumption record further carries a consumption time of the media content.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the call request comprises:
and sending the call request to the called terminal through the service call session control function device of the calling terminal.
6. A media content consumption method applied to a media server, the method comprising:
acquiring a communication identifier of a called terminal carried in a call request sent to the called terminal by a calling terminal;
acquiring media content corresponding to the communication identifier of the called terminal and distribution authorization information, wherein the distribution authorization information is used for determining that a provider of the media content authorizes the media server to provide the media content to the calling terminal in the process that the called terminal receives a call request;
sending the media content to the calling terminal;
and sending the consumption record of the media content and the distribution authorization information to a blockchain server so as to ensure that the blockchain server verifies the distribution authorization information, if the verification is passed, storing the consumption record according to the distribution authorization information, wherein the consumption record is a record for presenting the media content in the calling terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein sending the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to a blockchain server comprises:
and sending distribution authorization information of the media content to the calling terminal, wherein the distribution authorization information is used for the calling terminal to generate a consumption record, and the calling terminal sends the consumption record and the distribution authorization information to the blockchain server.

22. The method of claim 13, wherein the saving the consumption record in the blockchain ledger in accordance with the distribution authorization information comprises:

23. The method of claim 17, wherein the distribution authorization information further comprises a called subscriber identification;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a distribution authorization information acquisition request sent by the media server, wherein the distribution authorization information acquisition request carries a called user identifier, an identifier of the media content and a distributor identifier of the media content;
searching a corresponding distribution authorization record identifier according to the called user identifier, the media content identifier and the media content distributor identifier, and sending the distribution authorization record identifier to the media server;
wherein the media content identifier and the media content distributor identifier are obtained according to the communication identifier of the called terminal.
