In some embodiments, the account management apparatus 50 may further include: a reminder module (not shown). The reminding module is used for reminding the user of successful account registration after the registration module 55 registers the account for the user according to the facial image and the voiceprint characteristic information; or, the user is reminded that the account registration is failed so as to inform the user of the result of whether the account registration is successful or not.
In the actual use process:
the receiving module 51 may be further configured to receive second wake-up information after the registering module 55 registers an account for the user according to the facial image and the voiceprint feature information.
The shooting module 52 may also be used to shoot the face image of the current user.
The registration module 55 may be further configured to determine an account corresponding to the current user if the face image of the current user is matched in the registered accounts.
Optionally, the capturing module 52 may be further configured to trigger the guiding module 53 to guide the current user to perform the second voice output if the receiving module 51 receives the second wake-up information and does not capture the face image of the current user. Correspondingly, the obtaining module 54 may be further configured to obtain voiceprint feature information of the current user according to the second voice output; the registration module 55 may also be configured to determine an account corresponding to the current user if the voiceprint feature information of the current user is matched in the registered accounts.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an account management apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, in addition to the structure shown in fig. 5, the account management device 60 may further include: a processing module 61.
The processing module 61 is configured to record behavior data of the current user after the registration module 55 determines the account corresponding to the current user; establishing a preference model corresponding to the current user according to the behavior data; and carrying out personalized recommendation for the current user according to the preference model.
Wherein the personalized recommendation may include but is not limited to at least one of: songs, singers, movies, art, news, and trending questions and answers.
The preference model is obtained based on the behavior data analysis of the current user, so that the acceptance of the current user on the personalized recommendation through the preference model is high, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an account management apparatus according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the account management apparatus 70 includes:
at least one processor 71 and memory 72;
the memory 72 stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor 71 executes the computer-executable instructions stored by the memory 72 to cause the at least one processor 71 to perform the following:
receiving indication information of an account to be registered by a user;
shooting a face image of a user, and guiding the user to perform first voice output;
acquiring voiceprint characteristic information of a user according to the first voice output;
and according to the face image and the voiceprint characteristic information, carrying out account registration for the user.
Optionally, the indication information may be at least one of touch operation and first wake-up information.
In some embodiments, when the facial image of the user is captured, the capturing may specifically be: and shooting the face image of the user when the user is detected to be located in the preset range.
Further, the computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor 71, also cause the account management device 70 to: before the face image of the user is shot, when the user is detected to be out of the preset range, the user is guided to move into the preset range.
In one possible implementation, the guiding the user to perform the first speech output may include: and guiding the user to perform first voice output for a preset number of times, wherein the preset number is a positive integer greater than 1. Accordingly, acquiring the voiceprint feature information of the user according to the voice output may include: and acquiring voiceprint characteristic information of the user according to the first voice output of the preset times.
Further, the computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor 71, also cause the account management device 70 to: after account registration is carried out on the user according to the face image and the voiceprint characteristic information, reminding the user that the account registration is successful; or, the user is reminded that the account registration fails.
Optionally, the computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor 71, further cause the account management device 70 to: after account registration is carried out on the user according to the face image and the voiceprint characteristic information, second awakening information is received, and the face image of the current user is shot; and if the face image of the current user is matched in the registered accounts, determining the account corresponding to the current user.
Alternatively, the computer-executable instructions, when executed by the processor 71, further cause the account management device 70 to: if the face image of the current user is not shot after the second awakening information is received, guiding the current user to carry out second voice output; acquiring voiceprint characteristic information of the current user according to the second voice output; and if the voiceprint characteristic information of the current user is matched in the registered accounts, determining the account corresponding to the current user.
Still further, the computer-executable instructions, when executed by the processor 71, further cause the account management device 70 to: after determining an account corresponding to the current user, recording behavior data of the current user; establishing a preference model corresponding to the current user according to the behavior data; and carrying out personalized recommendation for the current user according to the preference model.
Wherein the personalized recommendation may include at least one of: songs, singers, movies, art, news, hot questions, and the like.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor, the computer-readable storage medium is used to implement the account management method according to any of the above embodiments.
Each functional module in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one unit. The unit formed by the modules can be realized in a hardware form, and can also be realized in a form of hardware and a software functional unit.
It should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.
The memory may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory, and may also be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (18)

1. An account management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving indication information of an account to be registered by a user;
shooting a face image of the user, and guiding the user to perform first voice output;
acquiring voiceprint characteristic information of the user according to the first voice output;
and according to the facial image and the voiceprint characteristic information, carrying out account registration for the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the indication information is at least one of a touch operation and first wake-up information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said capturing an image of the face of the user comprises:
and shooting the face image of the user when the user is detected to be located in a preset range.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to capturing the image of the user's face, further comprising:
and when the user is detected to be out of the preset range, guiding the user to move to the preset range.
5. The method of claim 1,
the guiding the user to perform a first speech output includes: guiding the user to perform first voice output for a preset number of times, wherein the preset number of times is a positive integer greater than 1;
correspondingly, the obtaining of the voiceprint feature information of the user according to the voice output includes: and acquiring the voiceprint characteristic information of the user according to the first voice output of the preset times.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the account registration for the user is performed according to the facial image and the voiceprint feature information, the method further comprises:
reminding the user of successful registration of the account number;
or reminding the user that the account registration fails.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the account registration for the user is performed according to the facial image and the voiceprint feature information, the method further comprises:
receiving second awakening information, and shooting a face image of the current user;
and if the face image of the current user is matched in the registered account, determining the account corresponding to the current user.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
if the face image of the current user is not shot after the second awakening information is received, guiding the current user to carry out second voice output;
acquiring voiceprint characteristic information of the current user according to the second voice output;
and if the voiceprint characteristic information of the current user is matched in the registered account, determining the account corresponding to the current user.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein after determining the account corresponding to the current user, further comprising:
recording the behavior data of the current user;
establishing a preference model corresponding to the current user according to the behavior data;
and carrying out personalized recommendation for the current user according to the preference model.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the personalized recommendation comprises at least one of:
songs, singers, movies, art, news, hot questions and answers.
11. An account management apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving indication information of an account to be registered by a user;
the shooting module is used for shooting the face image of the user;
the guiding module is used for guiding the user to perform first voice output;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the voiceprint characteristic information of the user according to the first voice output;
and the registration module is used for registering an account number for the user according to the facial image and the voiceprint characteristic information.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the capture module is specifically configured to:
and shooting the face image of the user when the user is detected to be located in a preset range.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the guidance module is further configured to:
before the shooting module shoots the face image of the user, when the user is detected to be out of a preset range, the user is guided to move to the preset range.
14. The apparatus according to any one of claims 11 to 13,
the receiving module is further configured to receive second wake-up information after the registration module performs account registration for the user according to the facial image and the voiceprint feature information;
the shooting module is also used for shooting the face image of the current user;
the registration module is further configured to determine an account corresponding to the current user if the face image of the current user is matched with the registered account.
15. The apparatus of claim 14,
the shooting module is further configured to trigger the guiding module to guide the current user to perform second voice output if the face image of the current user is not shot after the receiving module receives the second wake-up information;
the obtaining module is further configured to obtain voiceprint feature information of the current user according to the second voice output;
the registration module is further configured to determine an account corresponding to the current user if the voiceprint feature information of the current user is matched with the registered account.
16. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising a processing module to:
the processing module is used for recording the behavior data of the current user after the registration module determines the account corresponding to the current user; establishing a preference model corresponding to the current user according to the behavior data; and carrying out personalized recommendation for the current user according to the preference model.
17. An account management apparatus, comprising:
a processor and a memory;
wherein the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executing the computer-executable instructions causes the processor to perform the account management method of any of claims 1 to 10.
18. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored therein, which when executed by a processor, are configured to implement the account management method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
