Abstract

In an embodiment of the present invention, after the key agent device encrypts the multimedia content protection key by using its own hardware identification information and stores the encrypted multimedia content protection key, when the key agent device responds to an application request of the to-be-played multimedia content protection key sent by the authorization device, the key agent device first decrypts the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using its own hardware identification information, then encrypts the to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using a public key in the digital certificate information of the terminal device, and sends the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key to the authorization device.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a management system for multimedia content protection keys.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a management system of a multimedia content protection key according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the management system for a multimedia content protection key according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a key collection device 3100, a key agent device 3200, and an authorization device 3300.
The key collection device 3100 is configured to encrypt the received multimedia content protection key using the digital certificate information of the key agent device to obtain an encrypted multimedia content protection key, and send multimedia content encryption information to the key agent device, where the multimedia content encryption information at least includes identification information of the multimedia content and the encrypted multimedia content protection key.
The key agent 3200 is configured to decrypt the encrypted multimedia content protection key and store the decrypted multimedia content protection key and the identification information of the multimedia content.
The authorization apparatus 3300, configured to send, when the authorization apparatus receives a play permission request of the multimedia content to be played sent by the terminal device, an application request of a protection key of the multimedia content to be played to the key proxy apparatus, where the application request at least includes identification information of the multimedia content to be played and digital certificate information of the terminal device.
The key agent 3200 is further configured to search the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played, encrypt the protection key of the multimedia content to be played by using the digital certificate information of the terminal device, and send the encrypted protection key of the multimedia content to be played to the authorization device.
The authorization apparatus 3300 is further configured to forward the received encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key to the terminal device.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the management system of the multimedia content protection key further includes: the multimedia content encryption device 3400. The multimedia content encryption device 3400 is configured to encrypt the multimedia content to generate a multimedia content protection key, and then send the identification information of the multimedia content and the corresponding multimedia content protection key to the key collection device 3100.
In one embodiment of the invention, the key broker 3200 is further arranged to send its own digital certificate information to the key collection apparatus 3100 when the key collection apparatus 3100 establishes a communication connection with the key broker 3200. The key collection device 3100 is also configured to determine the legitimacy of the key agent device based on the digital certificate information of the key agent device. The operation of transmitting the multimedia content encryption information to the key agent device 3200 is executed only when the key collection device 3100 determines that the key agent device is legitimate, which improves security.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the key broker 3200 is further configured to determine the validity of the terminal device according to the digital certificate information of the terminal device when receiving the application request. The key agent 3200 executes an operation of searching for the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played only when it is determined that the terminal device is legal, thereby improving security.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the key agent 3200 is further configured to encrypt the multimedia content protection key using its hardware identification information after decrypting the encrypted multimedia content protection key, and store the encrypted multimedia content protection key. This ensures the security of the storage of the multimedia content protection key.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after encrypting the multimedia content protection key by using the hardware identification information of the key agent 3200 and storing the encrypted multimedia content protection key, when responding to the application request of the to-be-played multimedia content protection key sent by the authorization apparatus 3300, the key agent 3200 first decrypts the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using the hardware identification information of the key agent, then encrypts the to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using the public key in the digital certificate information of the terminal device, and sends the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key to the authorization apparatus 3300.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a system for managing a multimedia content protection key, which is composed of a multimedia content providing apparatus, a service providing apparatus, and a third party apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the third party device 700 may establish communication connections with a plurality of multimedia contents providing devices 800 while establishing communication connections with a plurality of service providing devices 900. Each of the service providing apparatuses 900 shown in fig. 7 may also establish a communication connection with any of the multimedia content providing apparatuses 800, and the connection relationship between the service providing apparatus 900 and the multimedia content providing apparatus 800 is not shown in fig. 7.
The key agent device 3200 disposed in the third-party device 700 may receive the multimedia content encryption information sent by the key collection device 3100 in the multiple multimedia content providing devices 800, or may receive an application request for a to-be-played multimedia content protection key sent by the authorization device 6300 in the multiple service providing devices 900.

Fig. 5 is a functional block diagram of a key agent device according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the key broker 3200 includes at least a receiving module 510, a decrypting module 520, a storing module 530, a searching module 540, an encrypting module 550, and a transmitting module 560.
The receiving module 510 is configured to receive multimedia content encryption information sent by the key collection device 3100, where the multimedia content encryption information at least includes identification information of multimedia content and an encrypted multimedia content protection key, and the encrypted multimedia content protection key is obtained by encrypting the multimedia content protection key by the key collection device using digital certificate information of the key proxy device.
The decryption module 520 is configured to decrypt the encrypted multimedia content protection key to obtain a decrypted multimedia content protection key.
A storage module 530, configured to store the decrypted multimedia content protection key and the identification information of the multimedia content.
The receiving module 510 is further configured to receive an application request of a to-be-played multimedia content protection key sent by the authorization apparatus when the authorization apparatus receives a request for permission to play the to-be-played multimedia content sent by the terminal device, where the application request at least includes identification information of the to-be-played multimedia content and digital certificate information of the terminal device.
The searching module 540 is configured to search the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played.
And an encryption module 550, configured to encrypt the to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using the digital certificate information of the terminal device.
And a sending module 560, configured to send the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key to an authorization apparatus.
In one embodiment of the invention, the key agent 3200 also comprises a verification module. The verification module is configured to determine validity of the terminal device according to the digital certificate information of the terminal device when the key broker 3200 receives the application request. When the verification module determines that the terminal device is legal, the search module 540 performs an operation of searching for the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played, so that the security is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the storage module 530 is further configured to encrypt the multimedia content protection key by using the hardware identification information of the storage module after the decryption module 520 decrypts the encrypted multimedia content protection key, and store the encrypted multimedia content protection key.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the storage module 530 encrypts the multimedia content protection key by using its own hardware identification information and stores the encrypted multimedia content protection key, when the key agent apparatus responds to the request for applying the to-be-played multimedia content protection key sent by the authorization apparatus, the decryption module 520 is further configured to decrypt the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using its own hardware identification information, and then the encryption module 550 encrypts the to-be-played multimedia content protection key by using the public key in the digital certificate information of the terminal device and sends the encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key to the authorization apparatus.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a hardware configuration of a key agent apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the key agent 3200 may include a memory 610 and a processor 620.
The memory 610 may include, for example, a ROM (read only memory), a RAM (random access memory), a nonvolatile memory such as a hard disk, and the like.
The processor 620 may be a mobile version processor, or may be a single chip microcomputer.
The memory 610 is used to store instructions for controlling the processor 620 to operate to perform a management method of a multimedia content protection key according to fig. 2.
The present invention may be an apparatus, method and/or computer program product. The computer program product may include a computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program instructions embodied therewith for causing a processor to implement various aspects of the present invention.
The computer readable storage medium may be a tangible device that can hold and store the instructions for use by the instruction execution device. The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic memory device, a magnetic memory device, an optical memory device, an electromagnetic memory device, a semiconductor memory device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), a memory stick, a floppy disk, a mechanical coding device, such as punch cards or in-groove projection structures having instructions stored thereon, and any suitable combination of the foregoing. Computer-readable storage media as used herein is not to be construed as transitory signals per se, such as radio waves or other freely propagating electromagnetic waves, electromagnetic waves propagating through a waveguide or other transmission medium (e.g., optical pulses through a fiber optic cable), or electrical signals transmitted through electrical wires.
The computer-readable program instructions described herein may be downloaded from a computer-readable storage medium to a respective computing/processing device, or to an external computer or external storage device via a network, such as the internet, a local area network, a wide area network, and/or a wireless network. The network may include copper transmission cables, fiber optic transmission, wireless transmission, routers, firewalls, switches, gateway computers and/or edge servers. The network adapter card or network interface in each computing/processing device receives computer-readable program instructions from the network and forwards the computer-readable program instructions for storage in a computer-readable storage medium in the respective computing/processing device.
The computer program instructions for carrying out operations of the present invention may be assembler instructions, Instruction Set Architecture (ISA) instructions, machine-related instructions, microcode, firmware instructions, state setting data, or source or object code written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The computer-readable program instructions may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider). In some embodiments, aspects of the present invention are implemented by personalizing an electronic circuit, such as a programmable logic circuit, a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), with state information of computer-readable program instructions, which can execute the computer-readable program instructions.
Aspects of the present invention are described herein with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (devices) and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer-readable program instructions.
These computer-readable program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks. These computer-readable program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable storage medium that can direct a computer, programmable data processing apparatus, and/or other devices to function in a particular manner, such that the computer-readable medium storing the instructions comprises an article of manufacture including instructions which implement the function/act specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The computer readable program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer, other programmable data processing apparatus, or other devices to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer, other programmable apparatus or other devices to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer, other programmable apparatus or other devices implement the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of instructions, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). In some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based devices that perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions. It is well known to those skilled in the art that implementation by hardware, by software, and by a combination of software and hardware are equivalent.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing a multimedia content protection key, comprising:
the key collection device encrypts the received multimedia content protection key by using the digital certificate information of the key agent device to obtain an encrypted multimedia content protection key, and sends the multimedia content encryption information to the key agent device,
the multimedia content encryption information at least comprises identification information of the multimedia content and an encrypted multimedia content protection key;
the key agent device decrypts the encrypted multimedia content protection key and stores the decrypted multimedia content protection key and the identification information of the multimedia content;
when an authorization device receives a play permission request of the multimedia content to be played sent by a terminal device, the authorization device sends an application request of a protection key of the multimedia content to be played to the key agent device, wherein,
the application request at least comprises identification information of the multimedia content to be played and digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
the key agent device searches the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played, encrypts the protection key of the multimedia content to be played by using the digital certificate information of the terminal equipment, and sends the encrypted protection key of the multimedia content to be played to an authorization device;
and the authorization device forwards the received encrypted multimedia content protection key to be played to the terminal equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the key agent device decrypts the encrypted multimedia content protection key, encrypting the multimedia content protection key by using the hardware identification information of the key agent device, and storing the encrypted multimedia content protection key.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
when the key agent device receives the application request, determining the legality of the terminal equipment according to the digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
and under the condition that the terminal equipment is determined to be legal, the operation of searching the multimedia content to be played by utilizing the identification information of the multimedia content to be played is executed.
4. A method for managing a multimedia content protection key, implemented by a key agent, comprising:
receiving the multimedia content encryption information sent by the key collection device, wherein,
the multimedia content encryption information includes at least identification information of the multimedia content and an encrypted multimedia content protection key, and,
the encrypted multimedia content protection key is obtained by encrypting the multimedia content protection key by the key acquisition device by using the digital certificate information of the key agent device;
decrypting the encrypted multimedia content protection key and storing the decrypted multimedia content protection key and the identification information of the multimedia content;
receiving an application request of a multimedia content protection key to be played, which is sent by an authorization device, under the condition that the authorization device receives a request of playing permission of the multimedia content to be played, which is sent by a terminal device, wherein,
the application request at least comprises identification information of the multimedia content to be played and digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
and searching the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played, encrypting the protection key of the multimedia content to be played by using the digital certificate information of the terminal equipment, and sending the encrypted protection key of the multimedia content to be played to an authorization device.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and after decrypting the encrypted multimedia content protection key, encrypting the multimedia content protection key by using the hardware identification information of the user, and storing the encrypted multimedia content protection key.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5,
when the application request is received, determining the legality of the terminal equipment according to the digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
and under the condition that the terminal equipment is determined to be legal, the operation of searching the multimedia content to be played by utilizing the identification information of the multimedia content to be played is executed.
7. A system for managing multimedia content protection keys, comprising: a key collection device, a key agent device and an authorization device, wherein,
the key acquisition device is used for encrypting the received multimedia content protection key by using the digital certificate information of the key agent device to obtain an encrypted multimedia content protection key and sending the multimedia content encryption information to the key agent device,
the multimedia content encryption information at least comprises identification information of the multimedia content and an encrypted multimedia content protection key;
the key agent device is used for decrypting the encrypted multimedia content protection key and storing the decrypted multimedia content protection key and the identification information of the multimedia content;
the authorization device is used for sending an application request of a protection key of the multimedia content to be played to the key agent device when the authorization device receives a play permission request of the multimedia content to be played sent by the terminal equipment, wherein,
the application request at least comprises identification information of the multimedia content to be played and digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
the key agent device is further configured to search the multimedia content to be played by using the identification information of the multimedia content to be played, encrypt the protection key of the multimedia content to be played by using the digital certificate information of the terminal device, and send the encrypted protection key of the multimedia content to be played to an authorization device;
the authorization device is further configured to forward the received encrypted to-be-played multimedia content protection key to the terminal device.
8. The management system according to claim 7, further comprising a multimedia content encryption device for sending the generated multimedia content protection key to the key collection device.
9. A key agent apparatus, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive the multimedia content encryption information sent by the key acquisition device, wherein,
the multimedia content encryption information includes at least identification information of the multimedia content and an encrypted multimedia content protection key, and,
the encrypted multimedia content protection key is obtained by encrypting the multimedia content protection key by the key acquisition device by using the digital certificate information of the key agent device;
the decryption module is used for decrypting the encrypted multimedia content protection key to obtain a decrypted multimedia content protection key;
the storage module is used for storing the decrypted multimedia content protection key and the identification information of the multimedia content;
the receiving module is further configured to receive, when the authorization apparatus receives a request for permission to play the multimedia content to be played, which is sent by the terminal device, an application request for the protection key of the multimedia content to be played, which is sent by the authorization apparatus, where,
the application request at least comprises identification information of the multimedia content to be played and digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
the searching module is used for searching the multimedia content to be played by utilizing the identification information of the multimedia content to be played;
the encryption module is used for encrypting the multimedia content protection key to be played by utilizing the digital certificate information of the terminal equipment;
and the sending module is used for sending the encrypted multimedia content protection key to be played to the authorization device.
10. A key broker apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory to store instructions to control the processor to operate to perform the method of any of claims 4 to 6.
