The existing passenger signal signs are mostly designed as follows: the signboards and the light sources are respectively arranged on the passenger service panel, and the signboards are mostly pasted; or the sign may be directly inscribed on the passenger service panel and illuminated by an internal light source. With the above design, when the sign board or the sign is damaged (scratched, stained, etc.) and replaced, the maintainability is poor no matter the sign board is re-pasted or the passenger service panel is replaced.

The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings of specific embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-3, a passenger signal sign is shown as a conventional means for providing a sign to a passenger. The passenger signal signs are typically located on a passenger service panel above the passenger seat.
The passenger signal indication board mainly comprises a sign panel 1, crewmember call buttons 21 and 22, a fixed base 3, a circuit board assembly 4, a fixed lampshade 5, a flexible cable 6 and the like.
The sign panel 1 has sign display areas 11, 12 formed thereon, respectively in the left and right halves of the sign panel 1. The mark display areas 11 and 12 are respectively silk-screened with graphical marks. Wherein the mark display area 11 has a graphic mark such as "smoking prohibited" and the mark display area 12 has a graphic mark such as "fastening seat belt". The silk-screen printing mode adopts the prior art, the graphical mark presents an invisible blanking state in a state without backlight, and presents a display state with visible front in a state with backlight.
The crewmember call buttons 21, 22 are dome membrane switches. The crew call buttons 21 and 22 have switch sections and circuit sections 210 and 220. The switch portions of the crew call buttons 21, 22 are formed on the sign panel 1. Wherein the switch portion of the crew call button 21 is located at the left side of the sign display area 11, and the switch portion of the crew call button 22 is located at the right side of the right sign display area 12. The switch portions of the crew call buttons 21, 22 are silk-screened with a graphical sign such as "service". The circuit portions 210, 220 are disposed behind the sign panel 1. The circuit portion 210 and the circuit portion 220 are flexible board layers connected together. The circuit portion 210, 220 is formed with a light-transmitting hole for passing a backlight therethrough at the logo display area 11, 12 so as not to block the backlight from illuminating the logo display area 11, 12. The circuit portions 210, 220 are retracted inwardly with respect to the sign panel 1.
The fixed base 3 has a base bottom wall 31 disposed behind the circuit portions 210, 220 and a base side wall 32 surrounding the periphery of the circuit portions. The front surface of the base bottom wall 31 contacts the back surfaces of the circuit parts 210, 220, and the two are bonded together by a back adhesive. Since the circuit portions 210, 220 are retracted relative to the sign panel 1, the front surface of the base side wall 32 is in surface contact with the back surface of the sign panel 1 and both are integrally bonded with a back adhesive. Thereby, the circuit portions 210, 220 are completely accommodated in the recess space defined by the base bottom wall 31 and the base side wall 32, in order to effectively protect the circuit portions 210, 220.
The base bottom wall 31 is formed with a bottom wall penetrating hole 310 penetrating the front and rear surfaces thereof through which the flexible cable 6 is penetrated.
The circuit board assembly 4 is disposed behind the base bottom wall 31. The circuit board assembly 4 has a circuit back plate 40, backlight LED lights 41, 42, crewmember call lights 43, an in-pair connector 44, and an out-pair connector 45. The backlight LED lamps 41, 42, the attendant call lamp 43, and the in-pair connector 44 are all formed on the front surface of the circuit backplate 40. The external connector 45 is formed on the back surface of the circuit back plate 40. The circuit control of the circuit board assembly 4 is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail, the arrangement of the components of the present embodiment is mainly improved or modified.
Referring to fig. 4, the fixing base 3 and the circuit board 40 define a lower accommodating chamber 314 with a downward opening, a side accommodating chamber 311 with a forward opening opposite to the logo display area 11, a side accommodating chamber 312 with a forward opening opposite to the logo display area 12, and an intermediate accommodating chamber 313 with a bottom wall penetrating hole 310 therebetween.
The fixed globe 5 is used to close the downward opening of the lower accommodating chamber 314.
The crewmember call light 43 is placed inside the lower receiving chamber 314.
The material of the fixed lampshade 5 is semitransparent engineering plastic added with dispersing agent, and the surface of the fixed lampshade 5 is frosted, so that the brightness uniformity of the crewmember calling lamp 43 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to ensure that the light leakage does not occur at the joint between the fixed base 3 and the fixed lampshade 5, a base bottom wall 31 is formed with a base bottom protrusion 316, and the base bottom protrusion 316 extends downward from the bottom edge of the base bottom wall 31. The fixed lampshade 5 is provided with an upper lampshade bulge 51, and the upper lampshade bulge 51 extends upwards from the top edge of the fixed lampshade 5. The bottom edge of the bottom wall 31 of the base abuts against the top edge of the fixed lampshade 5 and the lower base protrusion 316 and the upper lampshade protrusion 51 are stacked back and forth to form a zigzag seam, so that the light of the crewmember calling lamp 43 cannot leak out under the condition that a certain assembly error is allowed.
The backlight LED lamp 41 is disposed inside the side accommodating chamber 311 with the light emitting direction of the backlight LED lamp 42 facing forward toward the sign display area 11 to provide backlight of the sign display area 11. The backlight LED lamp 42 is disposed inside the side receiving chamber 312 with a light emitting direction of the backlight LED lamp 42 facing forward toward the sign display area 12 to provide backlight of the sign display area 12.
The pair of connectors 44 is placed inside the intermediate housing chamber 313.
The flex cable 6 extends from the pair of inner connectors 44 through the bottom wall through holes 310 to the circuit portion such that the pair of inner connectors 44 are electrically connected to the circuit portions 210, 220, i.e. the attendant call buttons 21, 22 are cross-linked with the circuit board assembly 4.
The external connector 45 is used for supplying power to the backlight LED lamps 41 and 42 and the attendant call lamp 43, and communicates with an external signal processing center. With respect to the attendant call light 43: after pressing the crew call button 21 (22), a switching signal is transmitted to a signal processing center through the flexible cable 6, the pair of inner connectors 44, and the pair of outer connectors 45. The signal processing center judges the state of the attendant calling lamp 43, and transmits a control signal back to the external connector 45 to control the on/off of the attendant calling lamp 43. Regarding the backlight LED lamp 41, 42: the signal processing center directly controls the on-off state, so that the display or blanking of the sign display areas 11 and 12 is realized.
Regarding the fixing of the fixing base 3, the circuit board assembly 4 and the fixing lampshade 5, a first coupling hole, a second coupling hole and a third coupling hole are respectively formed on the back surface of the base bottom wall 31. The circuit back plate 40 has a first hole to be bonded corresponding to the first hole to be bonded. The first connecting hole and the first combined hole are connected by a screw as a first connecting piece, so that the circuit backboard 40 is fixed on the base bottom wall 31. The fixed globe 5 is formed with a second hole to be coupled corresponding to the second coupling hole. The second combining hole and the second combined hole are connected by a screw as a second connecting piece, and the fixed lampshade 5 is fixed on the base bottom wall 31. A fixing base having a base bottom wall disposed behind the circuit portion and a base side wall surrounding the periphery of the circuit portion, the front surface of the base bottom wall being in surface-to-surface contact with the back surface of the circuit portion and bonded as a unit, the front surface of the base side wall being in surface-to-surface contact with the back surface of the sign front plate and bonded as a unit, a bottom wall penetrating hole penetrating the front surface and the back surface thereof being formed in the base bottom wall;
A circuit board assembly disposed behind the bottom wall of the chassis, the circuit board assembly having a circuit back plate, a backlight LED lamp, a crewmember call lamp, a pair of internal connectors and a pair of external connectors, the backlight LED lamp, the crewmember call lamp and the pair of internal connectors being formed on a front surface of the circuit back plate, the pair of external connectors being formed on a back surface of the circuit back plate, a lower accommodation chamber having a downward opening, a side accommodation chamber having a forward opening and a middle accommodation chamber having a through hole, the side accommodation chamber being located in the sign display area, and the middle accommodation chamber being located in the bottom wall penetration hole being defined between the fixing chassis and the circuit back plate; and
