Abstract
The invention provides a frame assembly, a backlight module and a display device. The frame body assembly mainly comprises a back plate, a front frame structure, a clamping piece and a fixing piece. The back plate is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The front frame structure is fixed on the side edge of the first surface of the back plate. An interposing space is formed between at least one portion of the front frame structure and the first surface. The clamping piece clamps the back plate from the side edge of the back plate. The clamping piece is provided with a first extending plate and a second extending plate. The first extension plate is positioned in the inserting space, and the second extension plate is positioned on one side of the second surface. The fixing member is disposed on the second extension plate.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a frame assembly, and more particularly, to a frame assembly with high stability and its application in a backlight module and a display device.
Background
The current display devices have various sizes, and can be hung on a wall or stand on a table according to different use requirements.
However, as the size of the display device increases, the weight of the display device also increases. When the weight of the display device increases, the wall hanging component or the foot stand structure arranged at the back of the display device needs to increase the strength of the display device so as to achieve the purpose of sufficiently supporting the display device.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a frame assembly, a backlight module and a display device, which are easy to assemble, have good stability and have an aesthetic effect.
In accordance with the above object of the present invention, a frame assembly is provided. The frame assembly mainly comprises a back plate, a front frame structure, a clamping piece and a fixing piece. The back plate is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The front frame structure is fixed on the side edge of the first surface of the back plate, wherein an insertion space is formed between at least one part of the front frame structure and the first surface. The clamping piece clamps the back plate from the side edge of the back plate. The clamping piece is provided with a first extending plate and a second extending plate, the first extending plate is located in the inserting space, and the second extending plate is located on one side of the second surface. The fixing member is disposed on the second extension plate.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the back plate is a glass back plate.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the front frame structure has a bonding surface and at least one recess. The binding surface is bound with the first surface, and the concave part is concave into the binding surface and forms an inserting space with the first surface.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the front frame structure has a plurality of recessed portions, and at least one positioning portion is disposed between adjacent recessed portions. The clamping piece is of a U-shaped structure and is provided with at least one notch, and the positioning part of the front frame structure is embedded in the notch.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the notches corresponds to the number of the positioning portions, and the notches cut the first extending portion into at least two extending plates, which are respectively and correspondingly disposed in the recessed portions.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member includes a first plate portion and a second plate portion connecting the first plate portion. Wherein the first plate portion is secured to the second extension plate by a first lock attachment.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member includes a first plate portion and a second plate portion connecting the first plate portion. Wherein, the second plate part is provided with an appearance piece.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second plate portion is provided with at least one fixing hole. The appearance piece is fixed on the fixing piece in a mode that at least one second locking accessory is locked and attached to the fixing hole.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frame assembly further comprises an appearance member. The appearance piece is fixed on the fixing piece.
According to the above object of the present invention, a backlight module is further provided. The backlight module comprises the frame body assembly, a light guide plate and a light source. The light guide plate is arranged on the first surface of the back plate, wherein the light guide plate is provided with a light incident surface. The light source is adjacent to the light incident surface.
According to the above object of the present invention, a display device is further provided. The display device comprises the frame assembly, the light guide plate, the light source and the display panel. The light guide plate is arranged on the first surface of the back plate, wherein the light guide plate is provided with a light incident surface. The light source is adjacent to the light incident surface. The display panel is arranged in front of the light guide plate.
In view of the above, the present invention utilizes the design of the front frame structure, the clamping member and the fixing member disposed on the back plate to support the appearance member, so that the appearance member is fixed on the back plate. In addition, through the structural design, the whole display device can be thinned, extra cost is not needed to be spent on drilling holes in the back plate, and the appearance of the back plate is not damaged.

Detailed Description
Directional phrases used in the following embodiments, such as "front," "rear," "left," "right," etc., refer only to the orientation of the figure. Accordingly, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there are respectively illustrated an apparatus side view of a display device and an apparatus schematic view of a frame assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. The display device 100 of the present embodiment mainly includes a frame assembly 200, a light guide plate 110, a light source 120, and a display panel 130. The frame assembly 200 is mainly used for carrying the light guide plate 110 and the light source 120 to form a structure of the backlight module. The display panel 130 is disposed in front of the light guide plate 110 of the backlight module.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3 together, fig. 3 is an enlarged schematic view illustrating a portion a of fig. 2. The frame assembly 200 of the present embodiment includes a back plate 210, a front frame structure 220, a clamping member 230, a fixing member 240, and an appearance member 250. In the present embodiment, the back plate 210 is a flat plate and has a first surface 211 and a second surface 212 opposite to each other. In the present embodiment, the first surface 211 of the back plate 210 is a front surface, which is a surface for disposing the display panel 130. The second surface 212 of the back plate 210 is a back surface, which is a surface for disposing the exterior member 250, and the second surface 212 may directly serve as an exterior surface of the entire display device 100. In one example, the backplane 210 is a glass backplane. In the present embodiment, the front frame structure 220 is a strip-shaped frame and is disposed on a side of the first surface 211 of the back plate 210 to serve as a sidewall of the back plate 210. The light guide plate 110 is disposed on the first surface 211 and located inside the front frame structure 220. The light source 120 is disposed adjacent to the light incident surface 111 of the light guide plate 110. In some examples, the number of the front frame structures 220 may be 2, and the front frame structures are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the first surface 211.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 together, fig. 4 is a partially exploded view illustrating a frame assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the front frame structure 220 has at least one recess 221, so when the front frame structure 220 is disposed on the back plate 210, the recess 221 and the back plate 210 together form an insertion space 210 a. The clamping member 230 has a U-shaped structure and has a first extension plate 231 and a second extension plate 232 opposite to each other. The clamping member 230 clamps the back plate 210 from a side edge of the back plate 210, and the first extension plate 231 is inserted into the insertion space 210a, and the second extension plate 232 is located at a side of the second surface 212.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 again, in the embodiment, the front frame structure 220 has a fitting surface 220a and two recessed portions 221, the recessed portions 221 are recessed into the fitting surface 220a, and a positioning portion 222 is disposed between adjacent recessed portions 221. Therefore, when the attaching surface 220a is attached to the first surface 211 as shown in fig. 1, the two recesses 221 and the first surface 211 form two insertion spaces 210 a. The clamping member 230 has a notch 233, and when the clamping member 230 is clamped on the back plate 210, the positioning portion 222 of the front frame structure 220 is engaged in the notch 233. In the present embodiment, the notch 233 divides the first extending plate 231 into two extending plates 231a and 231b, and the extending plates 231a and 231b are correspondingly disposed in the recess 221 respectively. In other examples, the number of indentations 233 corresponds to the number of recesses 221. That is, the number of the notches of the clamping member 230 can be designed according to the number of the recessed portions 221 and the positioning portions 222 of the front frame structure 220.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 together, fig. 5 is a sectional view showing a section taken along a line a-a of fig. 3. In an embodiment, the fixing member 240 is a plate member, and includes a first plate portion 240a and a second plate portion 240 b. The first plate portion 240a is used to connect the clamping member 230, and the second plate portion 240b is used to connect the appearance member 250. As shown in fig. 5, the front frame structure 220 is adhered or otherwise fixed on the first surface 211 of the back plate 210, and the clamping members 230 are clamped on the side edges of the back plate 210 and inserted into the insertion space 210a between the front frame structure 220 and the back plate 210. Therefore, when the first plate portion 240a of the fixing member 240 is fixed to the second extension plate 232 of the clamping member 230 by the first locking member (e.g., the stud S1), the entire back plate 210 can stably bear the weight of the component (e.g., the exterior member 250 shown in fig. 1) disposed on the second plate portion 240b of the fixing member 240. In addition, the clamping member 230 clamps the back plate 210, and the fixing member 240 is locked to the clamping member 230, so that the fixing member 240 can be stably fixed to the back plate 210 without providing a screw hole on the back plate 210.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6, fig. 6 is an assembly diagram illustrating an appearance member assembled to a fixing member according to an embodiment of the present invention. After the fixing member 240 is fixed on the clamping member 230, the appearance member 250 can be fixed on the fixing member 240 by using glue and screws. In some examples, the guide rod 300 may be disposed on the fixing hole 241 of the second plate portion 240b of the fixing member 240, and the guide rod 300 may guide the appearance member 250 adhered with the adhesive to move to a correct position on the fixing member 240. After the appearance member 250 is moved and adhered to the fixing member 240 at the correct position, the guide rod 300 can be removed, and then a second locking accessory (e.g., a screw S2 shown in fig. 2) is locked in the fixing hole 241, so that the appearance member 250 is fixed on the fixing member 240. More specifically, the guide bar 300 may be an additional guide bar assembly used when the appearance piece 250 is manually installed or a guide tool used when the appearance piece 250 is automatically installed by a machine.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, fig. 7 is a device diagram illustrating a display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. After the external appearance member 250 is fixed to the fixing member 240, a foot stand 260 as shown in fig. 7 may be further fixed to the external appearance member 250. In some examples, the appearance member 250 may also be formed as an integral structure with the fixing member 240. More specifically, the appearance member 250 in this embodiment is not limited to the design of the appearance member shown in the drawings. The appearance member may include a back plate reinforcing member, an integrated structure formed by the foot rest and the reinforcing member, an integrated structure formed by the reinforcing member and the wall hanging structure, and the like.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the design of the front frame structure, the clamping member and the fixing member disposed on the back plate is utilized to support the appearance member, so that the appearance member is fixed on the back plate. In addition, through the structural design, the whole display device can be thinned, extra cost is not needed to be spent on drilling holes in the back plate, and the appearance of the back plate is not damaged.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (11)
1. A frame assembly, comprising:
a back plate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface;
the front frame structure is fixed on the side edge of the first surface of the back plate, wherein an insertion space is formed between at least one part of the front frame structure and the first surface;
the clamping piece is used for clamping the back plate from the side edge and provided with a first extending plate and a second extending plate, the first extending plate is positioned in the inserting space, and the second extending plate is positioned on one side of the second surface; and
and a fixing member disposed on the second extension plate.
2. The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the backplane is a glass backplane.
3. The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the front frame structure has a mating surface that mates with the first surface and at least one recess that is recessed into the mating surface and forms the insertion space with the first surface.
4. The frame assembly of claim 3, wherein the front frame structure has a plurality of recessed portions, at least one positioning portion is disposed between adjacent recessed portions, the clamping member has a U-shaped structure and at least one notch, and the positioning portion of the front frame structure is engaged with the notch.
5. The frame assembly of claim 4, wherein the number of the notches corresponds to the number of the positioning portions, and the notches cut the first extending portion into at least two extending plates, and the extending plates are respectively and correspondingly disposed in the recessed portions.
6. The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the securing member comprises a first plate portion and a second plate portion connecting the first plate portion, wherein the first plate portion is secured to the second extension plate by a first locking feature.
7. The frame assembly of claim 1 or 6, wherein the fixing member comprises a first plate portion and a second plate portion connected to the first plate portion, wherein an appearance member is provided on the second plate portion.
8. The frame assembly of claim 7, wherein the second panel portion has at least one fastening hole, and the appearance member is fastened to the fastening member by at least one second locking member being locked to the at least one fastening hole.
9. The frame assembly of claim 1, further comprising a facing member secured to the securing member.
10. A backlight module, comprising:
the frame assembly of any of claims 1-9;
the light guide plate is arranged on the first surface of the back plate and is provided with a light incident surface; and
the light source is arranged adjacent to the light incident surface.
11. A display device, comprising:
the frame assembly of any of claims 1-9;
the light guide plate is arranged on the first surface of the back plate and is provided with a light incident surface;
the light source is arranged adjacent to the light incident surface; and
and a display panel disposed in front of the light guide plate.
