Based on the above, the IMSI number bound by the target vehicle for which the license plate information is not recognized is all the IMSI numbers detected on the target road segment, while the IMSI number carried by the target vehicle whose license plate information has been identified may exist in the IMSI number bound by the target vehicle whose license plate information has not been identified, in order to exclude the IMSI number carried by the target vehicle for which the license plate information has been identified among the IMSI numbers bound to the target vehicle for which the license plate information has not been identified, it is thus determined whether the reference license plate information is identical to the license plate information that has been determined by the target vehicle, in the case where the reference license plate information is identical to the license plate information already determined by the target vehicle, the license plate information of the target vehicle is no longer determined based on the reference license plate information, and under the condition that the reference license plate information is different from the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, continuously determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information.
It should be noted that: under the condition that the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, the license plate information of the target vehicle is not determined based on the reference license plate information, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information, and further judging whether other reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle or not until all reference license plate information is judged.
Finally, in order to ensure that the binding relationship between the license plate information and the IMSI number in the method for identifying the license plate of the vehicle is accurate, in an optional example, reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in a plurality of license plate information bound by any IMSI number is acquired based on a preset time period; judging whether the reference license plate information is identified when the IMSI code is acquired; if not, acquiring the image information of the target vehicle running on the target road section when the IMSI code is acquired, acquiring the image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, and determining whether the reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information exists in the target vehicle running on the target road section.
The invention will now be described with reference to another embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle in this embodiment includes: collecting and storing IMSI codes of mobile phones in vehicles running on a road; capturing the passing vehicles to obtain image information and storing the image information; and identifying the license plate based on the shot image.
And if the license plate can be identified, binding the identified license plate result with the IMSI code.
If the license plate cannot be identified, calling image information of a suspected vehicle according to the IMSI code, comparing the unidentified vehicle with the suspected vehicle, if the characteristics are the same, taking the license plate number of the suspected vehicle as the license plate number of the unidentified vehicle, and if the characteristics are different or the suspected vehicle is similar, storing the unidentified vehicle and the IMSI code in an unidentified license plate database; and calling image information of the suspected vehicle according to the IMSI code regularly.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a system for recognizing a vehicle license plate, and it should be noted that the system for recognizing a vehicle license plate of the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the method for recognizing a vehicle license plate provided by the embodiment of the present application. The following describes a system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system for identifying a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes: a micro base station device 31, a vehicle image acquisition device 32, and a processor 33.
The micro base station equipment is used for identifying an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) code existing in a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the IMSI code is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle.
And the vehicle image acquisition device 32 is used for acquiring the image information of the target vehicle on the target road section.
And the processor 33 is connected to the micro base station device 31 and the vehicle image acquiring device 32, and determines whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, if so, determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle, and if not, determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI number, wherein the license plate information includes the license plate number of the target vehicle.
Optionally, in the system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the system further includes: and the memory is connected with the processor 33 and is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the IMSI code existing in the target vehicle, and binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information of the target vehicle.
Optionally, in the system for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the processor 33 includes: an IMSI number receiving unit, connected to the micro base station device 31, configured to receive an IMSI number set existing in the target vehicle and sent by the micro base station device 31; the image information receiving unit is connected with the vehicle image acquisition device 32 and used for receiving the image information sent by the vehicle image acquisition device 32 and determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information; the license plate information determining unit is linked with the IMSI code receiving unit and the image information receiving unit and is used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code and determining the license plate information of a target vehicle based on the reference license plate information; and the binding storage unit is connected with the IMSI code receiving unit, the image information receiving unit and the memory and is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the IMSI code set existing in the target vehicle in the memory and/or binding and storing the license plate information and the image information of the target vehicle in the memory.
In the system for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, the micro base station device 31 is used for recognizing the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) code existing in the target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the IMSI code is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle; the vehicle image acquisition device 32 acquires image information of a target vehicle on a target road section; the processor 33 is connected to the micro base station device 31 and the vehicle image acquiring device 32, and determines whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, and if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined, determining license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle, if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI code, wherein, the license plate information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle, which solves the problem that the license plate number of the vehicle can not be accurately identified in the related technology, the system for identifying the license plate of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the image information of the target vehicle cannot determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined based on the IMSI code, so that the technical effects of accurately identifying the license plate number of the vehicle and preventing the identification process from being interfered by external factors are achieved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a device for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle, and it should be noted that the device for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle in the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the method for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle in the embodiment of the application. The following describes a device for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: an acquisition unit 41, a judgment unit 42, a first determination unit 43, and a second determination unit 44.
An obtaining unit 41, configured to obtain an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) set and image information of a target vehicle existing in the target vehicle, where the target vehicle is a vehicle traveling on a target road segment, and the IMSI is identification information carried by a target device located in the target vehicle;
the judging unit 42 is configured to judge whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine license plate information of the target vehicle, where the license plate information includes a license plate number of the target vehicle;
a first determining unit 43, configured to determine license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined;
and a second determining unit 44, configured to determine the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI number if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined.
According to the device for recognizing the license plate of the vehicle, provided by the embodiment of the application, an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) code set and image information of a target vehicle existing in the target vehicle are obtained through an obtaining unit 41, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the IMSI code is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle; the judging unit 42 judges whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle, wherein the license plate information includes the license plate number of the target vehicle; the first determining unit 43 determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined; the second determining unit 44 determines the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI number under the condition that the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined, so that the problem that the license plate number of the vehicle cannot be accurately identified in the related art is solved.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the first storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and each IMSI code in the IMSI code set after the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined; and the second storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information and the image information of the target vehicle.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the first storage unit includes: the first judgment module is used for sequentially judging whether the license plate information is bound and stored with each IMSI code; the increasing module is used for increasing the number of times of binding the license plate information and the IMSI code by a preset number of unit values under the condition that the license plate information and the IMSI code are bound and stored; and the storage module is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the IMSI code which is not bound and stored under the condition that the license plate information and the IMSI code are not bound and stored.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application, the second determining unit 44 includes: the first determining module is used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code; the second determining module is used for determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information exists; the first execution module is configured to, in the absence of the reference license plate information, re-execute the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition from among the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI number after a first preset time period.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the second determining module includes: the acquisition submodule is used for acquiring reference image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference image information comprises the characteristics of a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information; the judging submodule is used for judging whether the similarity between the characteristics of the target vehicle and the characteristics of the reference vehicle meets a second preset condition or not according to the reference image information and the image information of the target vehicle, wherein the image information of the target vehicle comprises the characteristics of the target vehicle; the determining submodule is used for determining the reference license plate information as the license plate information of the target vehicle under the condition that the similarity meets a second preset condition; and the execution submodule is used for re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code after a second preset time period under the condition that the similarity does not meet the second preset condition.
Optionally, in the apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle provided in an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes: the acquisition module is used for acquiring the license plate information determined by the target vehicle under the condition that the reference license plate information exists; the second judgment module is used for judging whether the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle; the second execution module is used for not executing the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle; and the third execution module is used for continuously executing the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information is different from the license plate information determined by the target vehicle.

Claims (8)

1. A method of identifying a license plate of a vehicle, comprising:
acquiring an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) set and image information of a target vehicle existing in the target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the IMSI is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle;
judging whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle or not, wherein the license plate information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle;
if the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle;
if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI code;
wherein after determining the license plate information of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and each IMSI code in the IMSI code set;
binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information;
wherein determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI code comprises:
determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code;
and if the reference license plate information exists, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein storing the license plate information of the target vehicle in a binding relationship with each of the IMSI codes in the set of IMSI codes comprises:
sequentially judging whether the license plate information is bound and stored with each IMSI code;
if the license plate information and the IMSI code are bound and stored, increasing the number of times of binding the license plate information and the IMSI code by a preset number of unit values;
and if the license plate information and the IMSI code are not bound and stored, binding the license plate information of the target vehicle and the IMSI code which is not bound and stored.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method for determining license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI number further comprises:
and if the reference license plate information does not exist, after a first preset time period, re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining license plate information for the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information comprises:
acquiring reference image information corresponding to the reference license plate information, wherein the reference image information comprises characteristics of a reference vehicle corresponding to the reference license plate information;
judging whether the similarity between the characteristics of the target vehicle and the characteristics of the reference vehicle meets a second preset condition or not according to reference image information and the image information of the target vehicle, wherein the image information of the target vehicle comprises the characteristics of the target vehicle;
if the similarity meets a second preset condition, determining that the reference license plate information is the license plate information of the target vehicle;
and if the similarity does not meet a second preset condition, after a second preset time period, re-executing the step of determining the reference license plate information meeting the first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein in the presence of the reference license plate information, the method further comprises:
acquiring the determined license plate information of the target vehicle;
judging whether the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle;
if the reference license plate information is the same as the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information is not executed;
and if the reference license plate information is different from the license plate information determined by the target vehicle, continuing to execute the step of determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information.
6. A system for identifying a license plate of a vehicle, comprising:
the system comprises a micro base station device and a micro base station device, wherein the micro base station device is used for identifying an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) code existing in a target vehicle, the target vehicle is a vehicle running on a target road section, and the IMSI code is identification information carried by target equipment located in the target vehicle;
the vehicle image acquisition device is used for acquiring image information of a target vehicle on a target road section;
the processor is connected with the micro base station equipment and the vehicle image acquisition device, and is used for judging whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle or not, if so, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle, and if not, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI code, wherein the license plate information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle; and
the memory is connected with the processor and used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the IMSI code existing in the target vehicle, and binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information of the target vehicle;
the processor, configured to determine license plate information of the target vehicle based on the IMSI number, is specifically configured to: determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code; and if the reference license plate information exists, determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the processor comprises:
an IMSI number receiving unit, connected to the micro base station device, configured to receive an IMSI number set existing in the target vehicle and sent by the micro base station device;
the image information receiving unit is connected with the vehicle image acquisition device and used for receiving the image information sent by the vehicle image acquisition device and determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information;
the license plate information determining unit is connected with the IMSI code receiving unit and the image information receiving unit and is used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code and determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information;
and the binding storage unit is connected with the IMSI code receiving unit, the image information receiving unit and the memory and is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the IMSI code set existing in the target vehicle in the memory and/or binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information in the memory.
8. An apparatus for recognizing a license plate of a vehicle, comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) set and image information of a target vehicle existing in the target vehicle, where the target vehicle is a vehicle traveling on a target road segment, and the IMSI number is identification information carried by a target device located in the target vehicle;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the image information of the target vehicle can determine the license plate information of the target vehicle or not, wherein the license plate information comprises the license plate number of the target vehicle;
the first determining unit is used for determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the image information of the target vehicle under the condition that the license plate information of the target vehicle can be determined;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, based on the IMSI number, license plate information of the target vehicle if the license plate information of the target vehicle cannot be determined; and
the device further comprises: the first storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and each IMSI code in the IMSI code set after the license plate information of the target vehicle is determined; the second storage unit is used for binding and storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the image information of the target vehicle; the second determining unit comprises a first determining module and a second determining module, the first determining module is used for determining reference license plate information meeting a first preset condition in the plurality of license plate information bound by the IMSI code, and the second determining module is used for determining the license plate information of the target vehicle based on the reference license plate information under the condition that the reference license plate information exists.
