Currently, electronic devices may have the following scenarios: when a user purchases the electronic equipment and tries to start, the electronic equipment can normally enter a starting guide interface, and a touch screen of the electronic equipment cannot be clicked and slid for various reasons, so that starting abnormality is caused, and a developer or a tester is required to process the starting abnormality. Moreover, since the log (log) of the electronic device is generally not opened by default and the electronic device has been sold, it is difficult for a developer or tester to further analyze by acquiring the log of the electronic device. In addition, if the reason for the abnormal startup is a dead fault of the screen, the reasons for the abnormal startup can be directly analyzed and processed together with hardware manufacturers, and if the reason for the abnormal startup is a software problem, the abnormal startup is often probabilistic, and the problem of good and bad startup exists, and restarting can not be realized, so that the reason for the abnormal startup cannot be accurately obtained by developers or testers, and the electronic equipment is difficult to repair quickly.
In order to solve the problems, the inventor finds out through long-term research and provides the startup anomaly processing method, the device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, and the startup anomaly analysis and restoration are convenient to perform when startup anomalies are acquired, and when the startup anomalies are acquired and data information received by the SIM card from the server comprises appointed data information, a log grabbing function is started and log information is grabbed, so that log information of a first site can be grabbed when the startup anomalies are realized, and user experience is improved. The starting-up exception handling method is used for starting up log grabbing functions and grabbing log information when starting up exception is acquired and the data information received by the SIM card from the server comprises appointed data information, so that log information of a first site can be grabbed when starting up exception is realized, analysis and restoration of starting up exception are facilitated, and user experience is improved. In a specific embodiment, the method for processing a boot exception is applied to a boot exception processing apparatus 400 shown in fig. 7 and an electronic device 100 (fig. 8) configured with the boot exception processing apparatus 400. The specific flow of the present embodiment will be described below by taking an electronic device as an example, and it will be understood that the electronic device applied in the present embodiment may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a wearable electronic device, etc., which is not limited herein. The following details the flow shown in fig. 2, where in this embodiment, the electronic device includes a subscriber identity module SIM card, and the method for processing startup anomaly may specifically include the following steps:
Step S110: and when the electronic equipment receives a starting instruction, acquiring state information of the electronic equipment.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may receive a power-on instruction and attempt to power on in response to the power-on instruction when the power-on instruction is received. The electronic device may receive a startup instruction triggered by a user, or may receive a startup instruction triggered according to a preset rule, which is not limited herein. In this embodiment, when the power-on instruction received by the electronic device is triggered by the user, the power-on instruction may be generated when the electronic device is in a power-off state and it is detected that a pressing operation of the user on a power-on key meets a preset condition, or may be generated when the electronic device is in a power-off state and it is detected that a peripheral (such as a charger) is plugged in, etc. When the power-on instruction received by the electronic equipment is triggered by a preset rule, the power-on instruction can be generated when the electronic equipment is in a power-off state and the current time meets the preset time, can be generated when the electronic equipment is in the power-off state and the current place meets the preset place, can also be generated when the electronic equipment is in the power-off state and the current temperature meets the preset temperature, and the like.
In some embodiments, in the process that the electronic device receives a startup instruction and tries to start, state information of the electronic device may be acquired, and whether the electronic device is started abnormally is determined based on the acquired state information of the electronic device.
As one way, whether the electronic device is powered on abnormally can be determined by acquiring whether the touch screen of the electronic device can respond to the touch operation when the electronic device is in the power-on guide interface. Specifically, when the touch screen of the electronic equipment can respond to touch operation when the electronic equipment is acquired to be in the startup guide interface, the electronic equipment is characterized as being started normally, and when the touch screen of the electronic equipment cannot respond to touch operation when the electronic equipment is acquired to be in the startup guide interface, the electronic equipment is characterized as being started abnormally.
As another mode, whether the electronic equipment is started abnormally can be determined by acquiring whether the electronic equipment can jump to a desktop from a startup guide interface. Specifically, when the electronic equipment is obtained and can jump to the desktop from the boot guide interface, the electronic equipment is characterized as being normally booted, and when the electronic equipment is obtained and can not jump to the desktop from the boot guide interface, the electronic equipment is characterized as being abnormal in boot.
As another mode, whether the electronic equipment is started abnormally can be determined by acquiring whether the electronic equipment can jump from the starting-up guide interface to the desktop within a preset time period. Specifically, when the electronic equipment is obtained and can jump from the startup guide interface to the desktop within the preset time, the startup of the electronic equipment is normal, and when the electronic equipment is obtained and can not jump from the startup guide interface to the desktop within the preset time, the startup of the electronic equipment is abnormal.
Of course, in this embodiment, the state information of the electronic device may also be obtained in other more manners, and whether the electronic device is abnormal in startup is determined based on the obtained state information, which is not described herein.
Step S120: and when the state information characterizes that the electronic equipment is abnormal in starting up, acquiring data information received by the SIM card from a server.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may include a subscriber identity SIM card. In some embodiments, when the acquired state information of the electronic device characterizes that the electronic device is abnormal in power-on, the data information can be received from the server through the SIM card, and when the SIM card receives the data information from the server, the data information is acquired and analyzed. The data information received by the SIM card from the server may include some fixed strings, or may include a short message, which is not limited herein.
Step S130: when the data information includes specified data information, a log grabbing function is started and log information is grabbed.
In some embodiments, the electronic device presets and stores the specified data information, where the specified data information is used as a basis for determining the data information received by the acquired SIM card from the server. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the data information received by the SIM card from the server is obtained, the data information and the specified data information may be compared to determine whether the data information received by the SIM card from the server includes the specified data information, where when the data information received by the SIM card from the server includes the specified data information, the electronic device may be considered to start the log grabbing function of the electronic device in a manner that the electronic device receives the data information sent by the server through the SIM card, and when the data information received by the SIM card from the server does not include the specified data information, the electronic device may be considered to start the log grabbing function of the electronic device in a manner that the electronic device does not receive the data information sent by the server through the SIM card.
For example, when the data information received by the SIM card from the server is a short message, the specified data information may be "crawling log information". Then, when the short message received by the SIM card from the server includes "crawling log information", it may be determined that the data information received by the SIM card from the server includes the specified data information, and when the short message received by the SIM card from the server does not include "crawling log information", it may be determined that the data information received by the SIM card from the server does not include the specified data information.
In this embodiment, when the data information received by the SIM card from the server includes the specified data information, the log capturing function of the electronic device may be started, and the log information of the electronic device is captured by the log capturing function, so that the first time and the first site can capture the effective log information, the site is not required to be destroyed, retesting or pressure testing is avoided, analysis and repair of the startup anomaly are facilitated, and user experience is improved.
The log information refers to information for recording the operation behavior of the system of the electronic device, and in this embodiment, the captured log information refers to information for recording the operation behavior of the system of the electronic device in the starting process. The log information may include text data and picture data, wherein when the log information is text data, the log information may include text data, digital data, character data, etc., without limitation. In addition, in this embodiment, after the electronic device captures the log information, the log information may be stored in a memory of the electronic device, or may be stored in a magnetic disk (hard disk) of the electronic device, which is not limited herein. When the log information is stored in the Memory, the Memory may include a Shared Memory (Shared Memory) created in advance by the electronic device, so as to enable each process to write the log information into the log file through the Shared Memory, so that the log information is output in a file form for analysis; when the log information is stored on disk, the log information may be stored in a log file and stored on disk so that the log information is output in the form of a file for analysis.
According to the startup anomaly processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the electronic equipment receives the startup instruction, the state information of the electronic equipment is obtained, when the state information characterizes that the electronic equipment is in startup anomaly, the data information received by the SIM card from the server is obtained, when the data information comprises the appointed data information, the log grabbing function is started and the log information is grabbed, so that the user experience is improved by obtaining the state information of the startup process of the electronic equipment, starting the log grabbing function and grabbing the log information when the startup anomaly is obtained and the data information received by the SIM card from the server comprises the appointed data information, so that the log information of a first site can be grabbed when the startup anomaly occurs, the analysis and the restoration of the startup anomaly are facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a startup exception according to another embodiment of the present application. The method is applied to the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment comprises a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, the detailed description will be given below with respect to the flow shown in FIG. 3, and the method for processing the startup abnormality specifically comprises the following steps:
step S210: and when the electronic equipment receives a starting instruction, acquiring state information of the touch screen.
In some embodiments, the electronic device includes a touch screen, and the problem of abnormal power-on of the electronic device may be caused by screen jamming of the touch screen. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the electronic device receives the power-on instruction, the state information of the touch screen may be additionally measured and acquired to determine whether the touch screen is blocked, where when the touch screen is acquired, it may be determined that the electronic device is abnormal in power-on, and when the touch screen is acquired, it may be determined that the electronic device is not abnormal in power-on. The electronic device can start a monitoring thread touch panl_check in the startup guide thread to detect and acquire the state information of the touch screen.
Step S220: and when the state information characterizes that the screen is blocked on the touch screen, determining that the electronic equipment is abnormal in starting.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a step S220 of the power-on exception handling method shown in fig. 3 according to the present application. The following will describe the flow shown in fig. 4 in detail, and the method may specifically include the following steps:
step S221: and when the electronic equipment receives a starting instruction, acquiring the duration of stay of the touch screen on a starting guide interface.
In some embodiments, when the electronic device receives a startup instruction, the time length of the touch screen staying on the startup guide interface can be acquired to determine whether the touch screen is blocked, wherein when the time length of the touch screen staying on the startup guide interface reaches a time length threshold, the touch screen can be determined to be blocked, that is, the table can determine that the electronic device is abnormal in startup, and when the time length of the touch screen staying on the startup guide interface does not reach the time length threshold and jumps to the desktop, the touch screen can be determined to be free from being blocked, that is, the electronic device is determined to be abnormal in startup.
Of course, in this embodiment, other ways of determining whether the touch screen is blocked may be further included, for example, whether the touch screen is blocked may also be determined by determining whether the touch screen is capable of responding to a touch operation, where it may be determined that the touch screen is not blocked when the touch screen is capable of responding to a touch operation applied to the touch screen, and it may be determined that the touch screen is blocked when the touch screen is not capable of responding to a touch operation applied to the touch screen.
Step S222: and when the duration reaches a duration threshold value, determining that the touch screen is blocked.
Step S230: and when the state information characterizes that the electronic equipment is abnormal in starting up, the electronic equipment is connected to the server through the SIM card.
In some embodiments, when the state information obtained by the electronic device indicates that the electronic device is abnormal in startup, the electronic device may be automatically connected to the server through the SIM card, so as to implement data interaction with the server.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a step S230 of the power-on exception handling method shown in fig. 3 according to the present application. The following details the flow shown in fig. 5, and the method may specifically include the following steps:
step S231: and when the state information characterizes that the electronic equipment is abnormal in starting up, acquiring voice input information.
In some embodiments, when the obtained state information of the electronic device indicates that the electronic device is abnormal in power-on, the electronic device may obtain voice input information, for example, voice input information may be obtained through a microphone, where the voice input information obtained by the electronic device may be voice input information directly input by a user, or may be voice input information input through other electronic devices, and the disclosure is not limited herein.
Step S232: when the voice input information includes specified voice information, the server is connected through the SIM card.
In some embodiments, the electronic device presets and stores the specified voice information, where the specified voice information is used as a basis for determining the acquired voice input information. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the voice input information is acquired, the voice input information may be compared with the specified voice information to determine whether the voice input information includes the specified voice information, where when the voice input information includes the specified voice information, the user may be considered to instruct to connect to the server through the SIM card by inputting the voice input information, and may connect to the server through the SIM card in response to the voice input information, and when the voice input information does not include the specified voice information, the user may be considered to instruct to connect to the server through the SIM card without inputting the voice input information.
For example, when the specified voice information is "grab log information" or "connection server", it may be determined that the specified voice information is included in the voice input information when the voice input information includes "grab log information" or "connection server", and it may be determined that the specified voice information is not included in the voice input information when the "grab log information" and "connection server" are not included in the voice input information.
In some embodiments, when the voice input information includes specified voice information, connecting to a server through the SIM card may include: and when the voice input information comprises appointed voice information, acquiring voiceprint information corresponding to the voice input information, and when the voiceprint information is the appointed voiceprint information, connecting to a server through the SIM card. The voiceprint information is a sound wave spectrum carrying speech information which can be displayed by an electroacoustical instrument, and it can be understood that the generation of human language is a complex physiological and physical process between the human language center and the sounding organs, and the sounding organs used by a person when speaking, namely the tongue, the teeth, the larynx, the lung and the nasal cavity, are greatly different in size and shape, so that the voiceprint patterns of any two persons are different. The acoustic characteristics of each individual's voice are both relatively stable and variable, not absolute, and constant. Such variations may be from physiology, pathology, psychology, simulation, camouflage, and are also related to environmental disturbances. Nevertheless, since the sound organs of each person are different, in general, people can distinguish between sounds of different persons or judge whether they are sounds of the same person. Therefore, in this embodiment, whether the user corresponding to the voice input information is the specified user may be determined by the voiceprint information, when the voiceprint information is determined to be the specified voiceprint information, the user corresponding to the voice input information may be determined to be the specified user, and may be connected to the server through the SIM card, when the voiceprint information is determined not to be the specified voiceprint information, the user corresponding to the voice input information may be determined not to be the specified user, and the voice input information may not be responded.
Step S240: and sending a data request to the server through the SIM card.
In some embodiments, after the electronic device is connected to the server through the SIM card, the data request may be actively sent to the server through the SIM card, where the data request may be used to inform the server that the electronic device is abnormal in power-on.
Step S250: and acquiring the data information returned by the server based on the data request, wherein the data information is received by the SIM card.
In some embodiments, after receiving the data request, the server may respond to the data request to feed back data information to the SIM card, and accordingly, the electronic device may acquire the data information fed back by the server and received by the SIM card.
Step S260: when the data information includes specified data information, a log grabbing function is started and log information is grabbed.
