The invention provides an electric water heater.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, and referring to fig. 5, 8 and 11, the electric water heater 1 includes a first heater 40 and a liner 10, the first heater 40 includes a first heating portion 402 and a mounting portion 401 disposed at one end of the first heating portion 402; the liner 10 has a liner opening 101 and an installation opening 102 into which the first heating portion 402 is inserted, and the installation portion 401 is detachably and hermetically installed in the installation opening 102.
Specifically, the first heating portion 402 is a heating element of the first heater 40, and the first heating portion 402 may implement a heating function by adopting a plurality of manners such as PTC electric heating sheets, metal electric heating tubes, ceramic electric heating rods, and resistance wires. The liner 10 has a liner opening 101 and an installation opening 102, and the first heating portion 402 of the first heater 40 can extend into the liner 10 from the installation opening 102, and the installation portion 401 of the first heater 40 is fixed at the installation opening 102 in a sealing manner, so that the first heater 40 and the liner 10 can be installed. The mounting portion 401 is detachably connected with the mounting opening 102 in a sealing manner, so that the first heater 40 can be mounted in the liner 10, and further, the first heater 40 can be maintained and replaced at a later stage.
It should be noted that, the first heater 40 is installed at the installation opening 102 of the liner 10, thereby breaking through the limitation that the existing electric heater can only be installed on the flange 20 of the liner opening 101, reducing the structural requirement of the flange 20 and being beneficial to simplifying the structure of the flange 20 itself.
Further, the first heater 40 is mounted at the mounting opening 102 of the liner 10 in various manners, such as a screw connection, a snap connection, etc. Among them, the screw connection is reliable and has a good sealing effect, so that the mounting portion 401 of the first heater 40 is preferably screw-sealed to the mounting port 102.
In order to realize that the first heater 40 can be more firmly installed on the liner 10, in this embodiment, the electric water heater 1 further includes a threaded sleeve 103, the threaded sleeve 103 is in a cylindrical arrangement, the threaded sleeve 103 is welded at the installation opening 102 in a sealing manner, the outer circumferential surface of the installation portion 401 has external threads, the inner circumferential surface of the threaded sleeve 103 has internal threads, and the installation portion 401 is in threaded connection with the inner circumferential surface of the threaded sleeve 103 through the cooperation of the internal threads and the external threads.
It can be appreciated that the liner 10 has a limited liner wall thickness, and the difficulty of machining threads directly provided at the mouth wall surface of the mounting mouth 102 is high, and the length of the threads is short, so that the mounting of the mounting portion 401 is not facilitated. By welding the threaded sleeve 103 at the mounting opening 102, the length of the thread can be extended, so that the mounting part 401 is mounted on the threaded sleeve 103 more firmly; meanwhile, compared with the liner 10, the inner peripheral surface of the screw sleeve 103 is easier to form internal threads, so that the manufacturing difficulty is reduced.
In order to make the first heater 40 be more firmly mounted on the liner 10, in this embodiment, the mounting portion 401 is further provided with a limiting portion 403, where the limiting portion 403 at least partially protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 401, and the limiting portion 403 abuts against one end of the threaded sleeve 103 to limit the fitting depth of the mounting portion 401.
It should be noted that, the limiting portion 403 at least partially protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 401, and when the mounting portion 401 is engaged with the threaded sleeve 103, once the mounting portion is in place, the limiting portion 403 abuts against the threaded sleeve 103, so as to limit the engaging depth of the mounting portion 401, so as to prevent the problem of excessive mounting. The limiting portion 403 is preferably disposed in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 401, so that the limiting portion 403 can be uniformly stressed, so that the first heater 40 can be better mounted on the screw sleeve 103.
In order to prevent leakage at the connection between the mounting portion 401 and the screw sleeve 103, in this embodiment, a sealing ring 50 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting portion 401 near the limiting portion 403, and the sealing ring 50 is located on the side of the limiting portion 403 facing the first heating portion 402, so as to seal the mounting gap between the mounting portion 401 and the screw sleeve 103, thereby further improving the sealing effect.
Further, for the first heater 40, a plurality of first heating portions 402 may be provided, so as to increase the heating power of the first heater 40, so that the electric water heater 1 has a higher hot water output rate, so as to meet the water requirement of the user. It should be noted that, the plurality of first heating portions 402 on the first heater 40 may be controlled by the control module, and the plurality of first heating portions 402 may be heated simultaneously, or only a part of the first heating portions 402 may be heated individually, so that the power-on state of the first heating portions 402 may be adjusted according to the actual water requirement of the user, so as to change the actual heating power of the first heater 40.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first heater 40 may be disposed at a plurality of positions of the liner 10, for example, the first heater 40 is disposed at the bottom, middle or upper portion of the liner 10. It will be appreciated that the heating effect of the first heater 40 on the water in the liner 10 is different due to the different height positions of the first heater.
The electric water heater 1 may further be provided with a plurality of first heaters 40, and the plurality of first heaters 40 are disposed at intervals along the vertical height direction of the inner container 10, so that the first heating portions 402 of the plurality of first heaters 40 are located at different height positions of the inner container 10. It will be appreciated that at least two of the first heating portions 402 of the plurality of first heaters 40 extend to different height positions of the inner container 10, respectively. In this way, the plurality of first heaters 40 can heat the parts of the inner container 10 at different height positions, i.e. can heat the water of the inner container 10 at a plurality of positions, thereby realizing a three-dimensional heating effect, greatly improving the heating effect, having better quick heating effect for the electric water heater 1, and improving the hot water output rate of the electric water heater 1.
Further, referring to fig. 11 to 13, in combination with fig. 17, when a plurality of first heaters 40 are provided in the inner container 10, the equivalent diameter of the inner container 10At d mm, a distance L1 between the bottom of the first heating portion 402 of the first heater 40 located at the lowermost end and the bottom wall of the liner 10The values for a mm, a and d satisfy the following relationship: 0<a is less than or equal to 0.1d; and/or
The distance L2 between the top of the first heating portion 402 of the uppermost first heater 40 and the top wall of the liner 10 is b mm, and the values of b and d satisfy the following relation: b is more than or equal to 0.1d and less than or equal to 0.25d.
It can be understood that when the plurality of first heaters 40 are provided, at this time, the first heater 40 closest to the top wall of the liner 10 is an upper heater, the first heater 40 closest to the bottom wall of the liner 10 is a lower heater, and by limiting the distance between the top end of the upper heater and the top wall of the liner 10, on one hand, the upper heater is beneficial to heating the top end of the water outlet pipe 30, and on the other hand, the situations that the upper heater is too close to the top wall of the liner 10, the flow of water is not smooth, the local temperature is too high, so that the temperature measuring tube 70 is quickly overheated, and the upper heater is powered off, and the like, can be prevented. By limiting the distance between the bottom end of the lower heater and the bottom wall of the inner container 10, the lower heater is made to be as close to the bottom wall of the inner container 10 as possible, so that the uniformity of the heating effect in the water storage heating process is ensured.
In the above embodiment, the flange 20 is installed at the liner opening 101 of the liner 10, the temperature measuring tube 70 extending into the liner 10 is installed on the flange 20, and the temperature measuring tube 70 is used for detecting the water temperature in the liner 10, so as to control the temperature of the first heater 40. The temperature measuring tube 70 may be formed of a temperature measuring element such as a thermocouple or a thermistor, and is not particularly limited herein.
Further, the electric water heater 1 further includes a second heater 60, the second heater 60 includes a second heating portion 601 located inside the inner container 10, and one end of the second heating portion 601 is fixed to the flange 20. It will be appreciated that by the cooperation of the second heater 60 with the first heater 40, the heating effect may be limited. Meanwhile, the second heater 60 and the first heater 40 may also be connected with a control module, so that the second heater 60 and the first heater 40 are selectively turned on at the same time according to the needs of a user, or only the second heater 60 or the first heater 40 is turned on, so as to realize adjustment of heating power.
In the above-described embodiment, the first heater 40 and the second heater 60 are arranged at intervals in the vertical height direction of the inner container 10 such that the first heating portion 402 and the second heating portion 601 are located at different height positions of the inner container 10. In this way, the first heater 40 and the second heater 60 can jointly heat different positions of the liner 10, thereby realizing a "three-dimensional" heating effect and greatly improving the heating effect.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 10 in combination with fig. 14 to 16, the equivalent diameter of the liner 10For d mm, the distance L1 between the bottom end of the lower one of the first heating portion 402 and the second heating portion 601 and the bottom wall of the liner 10 is a mm, and the values of a and d satisfy the following relation: 0<a is less than or equal to 0.1d; and/or
The distance L2 between the top end of the upper one of the first heating portion 402 and the second heating portion 601 and the top wall of the liner 10 is b millimeters, and the values of b and d satisfy the following relation: b is more than or equal to 0.1d and less than or equal to 0.25d.
It can be understood that when the first heater 40 and the second heater 60 are simultaneously disposed in the electric water heater 1, at this time, one of the first heater 40 and the second heater 60 closest to the top wall of the inner container 10 is an upper heater, and the other of the first heater 40 and the second heater 60 closest to the bottom wall of the inner container 10 is a lower heater, so that the upper heater is beneficial to heating the top end of the water outlet pipe 30 by limiting the distance between the top end of the upper heater and the top wall of the inner container 10, and on the other hand, the situations that the water flow is not smooth due to the fact that the upper heater is too close to the top wall of the inner container 10, and the upper heater is powered off due to the fact that the temperature measuring tube 70 is too fast overtemperature due to local temperature are prevented. By limiting the distance between the bottom end of the lower heater and the bottom wall of the inner container 10, the lower heater is made to be as close to the bottom wall of the inner container as possible, so that the uniformity of the heating effect in the water storage heating process is ensured.
It should be noted that, when the second heater 60 is disposed in the electric water heater 1, compared with the existing water heater, the number of electric heaters disposed on the flange 20 is significantly reduced, so that the structural requirement of the flange 20 can be reduced.
Further, for the first heater 40 and the second heater 60, the second heating portion 601 and the first heating portion 402 are provided in the inner container 10 at intervals in the up-down direction, and one of the second heating portion 601 and the first heating portion 402 extends to the upper portion of the inner container 10 and is provided adjacent to the water inlet of the water outlet pipe 30 of the electric water heater 1.
It can be understood that the hot water in the inner container 10 flows out through the water outlet pipe 30, and the second heating portion 601 and the first heating portion 402 are respectively arranged along the up-down direction, so that a three-dimensional heating effect can be realized, and the heating effect is greatly improved; meanwhile, the second heating part 601 or the first heating part 402 located at the upper part of the inner container 10 is close to the water inlet at the top end of the water outlet pipe 30, so that the water around the water inlet of the water outlet pipe 30 is locally heated, and the whole water in the inner container 10 is not required to be heated completely, so that the quick output of hot water is realized, and the quick heating effect of the electric water heater 1 is realized.
Further, the second heating portions 601 are provided in plurality, and one ends of the second heating portions 601 away from the flange 20 are respectively extended into the liner 10 at intervals in the up-down direction; alternatively, the ends of the plurality of second heating parts 601 remote from the flange 20 each extend to the upper, middle or lower portion of the inner container 10.
It can be understood that by providing a plurality of second heating portions 601, the heating power of the second heater 60 can be increased; the plurality of second heating portions 601 are distributed in the liner 10 in the up-down direction, and a "three-dimensional" heating effect is also achieved, so that the heating effect is greatly improved. In addition, the plurality of second heating parts 601 may be turned on at the same time or only part of the second heating parts 601 may be turned on, and thus the adjustment of the heating power of the second heater 60 may be achieved according to the water demand of the user.
For a better understanding of the present invention, the following description is made in connection with specific preferred embodiments:
