Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a TPU film, which is characterized in that TPU particles, polyvinyl alcohol, a chain extender and a borate coupling agent are uniformly mixed, and the mixture is subjected to hot air drying, dehumidification drying and extrusion by a casting machine to form a film. The TPU film obtained by the production process has the advantages of uniform thickness, wear resistance, good elasticity and toughness and the like, and effectively solves the problems of the existing TPU film.

Background
Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is a polymeric material that melts upon heating and is solvent soluble. The high-strength high-elasticity MDI is prepared by extruding and mixing MDI containing NCO functional groups, POLYOL containing OH functional groups and 1.4BG, and is widely applied to the fields of automobile industry, medical treatment and health care, articles for daily use and the like due to the characteristics of high strength, high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and low temperature resistance.
The TPU film is prepared by processes of calendering, tape casting, film blowing, coating and the like on the basis of TPU granules. The traditional production process of the TPU film is mainly casting, the production capacity of the process is low, the thickness of the film is uneven, and all functional modification auxiliary agents need to be granulated and then added for use, so that the production cost is extremely high, and the popularization and application of the TPU film are limited. The existing TPU material generally has the problems of low wear resistance, elasticity and toughness, and can not meet the application requirements of some specific technical fields.

(2) conveying the primary mixture to a hot air dryer through an automatic feeding system for drying for 1-2h, wherein the drying temperature is 90-105 ℃, and obtaining a secondary mixture;
(3) pumping the secondary mixture into a dehumidification dryer for drying for 3-4h, wherein the drying temperature is 100-;
(4) and (3) conveying the three-level mixture into a casting machine through an automatic feeding system, and extruding to form a film.

Further, the chain extender comprises any one of ethylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 4-butanediol or 1, 5-pentanediol or a combination of at least two of the ethylene glycol, the 1, 3-propanediol, the 1, 4-butanediol or the 1, 5-pentanediol.

(4) and (3) conveying the three-level mixture into a casting machine through an automatic feeding system, and extruding to form a film.
The temperature of each section of the casting machine is set as follows: the cylinder temperature was 140 ℃, the screen temperature was 170 ℃, the elbow temperature was 170 ℃, the connection temperature was 140 ℃ and the die head temperature was 200 ℃.
Example 3:

(1) uniformly mixing 80 parts by weight of TPU particles, 75 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 parts by weight of 1, 4-butanediol and 25 parts by weight of borate coupling agent, putting into a mixer, and stirring and mixing for 15-20 minutes to obtain a uniformly mixed primary mixture;
(2) conveying the primary mixture to a hot air dryer through an automatic feeding system for drying for 1-2h, wherein the drying temperature is 90-105 ℃, and obtaining a secondary mixture;
(3) pumping the secondary mixture into a dehumidification dryer for drying for 3-4h, wherein the drying temperature is 100-;
