When the adjustable positioning jig is used, the inclination angle of the positioning plate 40 relative to a horizontal plane can be adjusted by rotating the movable joint 30 relative to the fixed joint 20, and the rotation adjustment of the positioning plate 40 is realized by rotating the positioning plate 40 relative to the movable joint 30. In order to realize the rotation and locking connection of the movable joint 30 and the fixed joint 20, the first locking member 50 comprises a first screw 51 and a first nut 52; one end of the first screw 51 passes through the fixed joint 20 and the movable joint 30 along the first rotation center axis 70 and then is screwed with the first nut 52.
In the present invention, the movable joint 30 is rotatably connected to the positioning plate 40 through a roller bearing 43. Wherein, one end of the movable joint 30 close to the positioning plate 40 is convexly provided with a second connecting part 32, and the second connecting part 32 is in interference fit with the inner ring of the roller bearing 43; the outer race of the roller bearing 43 is connected to the positioning plate 40.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second locking member 60 is a second screw, and one end of the second screw passes through the positioning plate 40 and is screwed with the second connecting portion 32.
In the present invention, the positioning structure includes a positioning groove 41 formed on a side of the positioning plate 40 away from the movable joint 30.
In addition, in order to reduce the weight of the positioning plate 40 and facilitate the adjustment of the positioning plate 40, a plurality of hollow holes 42 may be formed in the positioning plate 40.

the movable joint is arranged on the fixed joint in a rotatable mode around a first rotation central axis, the other end of the movable joint is arranged on the positioning plate in a rotatable mode around a second rotation central axis, the first rotation central axis is perpendicular to the central axis of the movable joint and the central axis of the fixed joint, and the second rotation central axis is perpendicular to the first rotation central axis;
a first locking member capable of locking the movable joint and the fixed joint;
and the second locking piece can lock the positioning plate and the movable joint.

The adjustable positioning fixture according to claim 1, wherein the top end surface of the fixed joint is provided with a groove having a U-shaped cross section, and the groove penetrates in a direction perpendicular to the first rotation center axis; the bottom end face of the movable joint is convexly provided with a first connecting part, and the first connecting part is arranged in the groove and is in locking connection with the fixed joint through the first locking piece.

6. The adjustable positioning fixture according to claim 5, wherein the second locking member comprises a second screw, and one end of the second screw penetrates through the positioning plate and is screwed with the second connecting portion.
7. The adjustable positioning fixture according to claim 1, wherein the positioning structure comprises at least one positioning groove disposed on a side of the positioning plate away from the movable joint.
8. The adjustable positioning fixture according to claim 1, wherein the positioning plate has a plurality of holes.
