s2, introducing the filtered flue gas into a purification tank 13 along a connecting pipe 10 and a vent pipe 11, enabling the flue gas to be in full reaction contact with flue gas reaction liquid under the action of a stirring shaft 32 and a stirring paddle 33 driven by a stirring motor 15, then discharging the purified flue gas along an exhaust pipe 16, monitoring the content of harmful gas in the flue gas by a flue gas monitor 18 on the exhaust pipe 16, transmitting a signal to a three-way electromagnetic valve 19 by the flue gas monitor 18 when the discharge parameter is not reached, controlling the three-way electromagnetic valve 19 to open and close, enabling the flue gas to enter the vent pipe 11 along a circulating pipe 17, and continuing to react with the purification tank 13 to enable the flue gas to be discharged up to the standard;
s3, when the filter screen 22 works for a long time, the filtering efficiency of the filter screen 22 is reduced, and the filter screen 22 needs to be disassembled for replacement, by pressing the operation board 25 on the fixing ring 24, the operation board 25 drives the movable board 30 to move, the movable board 30 makes the trapezoidal blocks 28 move to both sides respectively, the limiting blocks 29 move into the mounting grooves 26 from the limiting holes in the insertion rods 23, so that the first connection lugs 4 and the second connection lugs 6 are separated, and further the first dust removal pipes 3 and the second dust removal pipes 8 are separated, the filter screen 22 in the first dust removal pipes 3 is taken down for replacement, after replacement, the operation board 25 is pressed again, so that the limiting blocks 29 are located in the mounting grooves 26, and then the insertion rods 23 on the second connection lugs 6 are inserted into the insertion holes on the first connection lugs 4 and the through holes of the fixing ring 24, and then the external force on the operation board 25 is released.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: adding a flue gas reaction liquid into a purification tank 13 through a charging pipe 12, then starting an induced draft fan 20 and a stirring motor 15 in an induced draft pipe 2 to work, so that under the action of the induced draft fan 20, flue gas generated during the working of a smelting furnace sequentially passes through an air inlet pipe 1 and the induced draft pipe 2 and enters a dust removal mechanism, and a filter screen 22 in a second dust removal pipe 8 filters solid impurities such as dust in the flue gas; the solid on the filter screen 22 causes part of the solid impurities to fall into the end part of the first dust removal pipe 3 under the action of gravity, thereby playing a role of storing the solid impurities, improving the filtering efficiency of the filter screen 22 and the service time of the filter screen 22, reducing the times of replacing and cleaning the filter screen 22, and preventing the phenomenon that the smelting furnace generates negative pressure when suddenly stopping and the solid impurities falling into the end part of the first dust removal pipe 3 flow back into a smoke exhaust pipeline of the smelting furnace in the filtering process of the gas collecting hood 21;
the filtered flue gas is introduced into a purification tank 13 along a connecting pipe 10 and a vent pipe 11, the flue gas and the flue gas reaction liquid can be fully reacted and contacted under the action of a stirring shaft 32 and a stirring paddle 33 driven by a stirring motor 15, then the purified flue gas is discharged along a vent pipe 16, a flue gas monitor 18 on the vent pipe 16 monitors the content of harmful gas in the flue gas, when the discharge parameter is not reached, the flue gas monitor 18 transmits the signal to a three-way electromagnetic valve 19 and controls the three-way electromagnetic valve 19 to open and close, so that the flue gas enters the vent pipe 11 along a circulating pipe 17 and continues to react with the purification tank 13, and the flue gas is discharged up to the standard;
when the filter screen 22 works for a long time, so that the filtering efficiency of the filter screen 22 is reduced, and the filter screen 22 needs to be disassembled for replacement, the operation plate 25 on the fixing ring 24 is pressed to drive the movable plate 30 to move, the movable plate 30 enables the trapezoidal blocks 28 to move towards two sides respectively, the limiting blocks 29 move into the mounting grooves 26 from the limiting holes in the inserting rods 23, so that the first connecting lugs 4 and the second connecting lugs 6 are separated, the first dust removing pipes 3 and the second dust removing pipes 8 are separated, the filter screen 22 in the first dust removing pipes 3 is taken down for replacement, after the replacement is completed, the operation plate 25 is pressed again to enable the limiting blocks 29 to be positioned in the mounting grooves 26, then the inserting rods 23 on the second connecting lugs 6 are inserted into the inserting holes on the first connecting lugs 4 and the through holes of the fixing ring 24, the external force on the operation plate 25 is released, and therefore, the convenience in disassembling and installing of the smoke exhaust pipeline in the smelting furnace is realized, thereby being convenient for replacing the filter screen 22 in the smoke exhaust pipeline and improving the filtering efficiency of the filter screen 22.

the dust removing mechanism comprises a first dust removing pipe (3), a first connecting lug (4), a sealing washer (5), a second connecting lug (6), a connecting assembly (7), a second dust removing pipe (8) and a telescopic hose (9), wherein the first dust removing pipe (3) and the second dust removing pipe (8) are both of hollow structures with one ends open, the first connecting lug (4) and the second connecting lug (6) are both of annular plate structures, one end, far away from the opening, of the first dust removing pipe (3) is connected with the air outlet end of the induced air pipe (2) through a communicating pipe, one end, far away from the opening, of the second dust removing pipe (8) is connected with the air inlet end of the connecting pipe (10), the first connecting lug (4) is sleeved on the outer wall, close to the opening end, of the first dust removing pipe (3), the second connecting lug (6) is sleeved on the outer wall, close to the opening end, of the second dust removing pipe (8), the first connecting lug (4) is connected with the second connecting lug (, a sealing washer (5) is arranged at the joint of the first dust removal pipe (3) and the second dust removal pipe (8), and a flexible hose (9) is arranged on the connecting pipe (10).

The combined dust removal device for the smelting furnace according to claim 1, wherein the connecting assembly (7) comprises a plurality of groups of insert rods (23) and fixing rings (24), the insert rods (23) are arranged in an annular array and are mounted on the second connecting lugs (6), the first connecting lugs (4) are correspondingly provided with insertion holes matched with the insert rods (23), the side walls, away from the second connecting lugs (6), of the first connecting lugs (4) are provided with the fixing rings (24) matched with the insert rods (23), the fixing rings (24) are internally provided with through holes matched with the insert rods (23), and the fixing rings (24) are internally provided with mounting pieces.

The combined dust removal device for the smelting furnace according to claim 1, wherein a stirring mechanism is arranged in the purification tank (13), the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring motor (15), a stirring shaft (32) and a stirring paddle (33), the stirring motor (15) is installed on the top surface of the purification tank (13), the output end of the stirring motor (15) is connected with the stirring shaft (32), the bottom end of the stirring shaft (32) extends to the bottom in the purification tank (13), and the stirring paddle (33) is arranged on the bottom of the stirring shaft (32).

s2, introducing the filtered flue gas into a purification tank (13) along a connecting pipe (10) and a vent pipe (11), reacting the flue gas with flue gas reaction liquid under the action of a stirring shaft (32) and a stirring paddle (33) driven by a stirring motor (15) to discharge the purified flue gas along an exhaust pipe (16), monitoring the content of harmful gas in the flue gas by a flue gas monitor (18) on the exhaust pipe (16), transmitting a signal to a three-way electromagnetic valve (19) by the flue gas monitor (18) when the discharge parameter is not reached, controlling the opening and closing of the three-way electromagnetic valve (19), allowing the flue gas to enter the vent pipe (11) along a circulating pipe (17), continuing to react with the purification tank (13), and discharging the flue gas until the flue gas reaches the standard;
