Abstract
一种排铅固体饮料,由以下质量份数的成分组成:木耳粉3~7份,低聚果糖12~18份,甘草提取物0.05~0.15份,黑豆粉8~12份,乌梅粉2~5份,海带粉3~7份,沙棘粉2.5~3.5份,香菇粉3.5~6.5份,水苏糖18~26份,黄原胶3.5~6.5份,麦芽糊精18~22份,甜菊糖苷1~3份,天门冬氨酸钙3~5份,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.1~0.15份,乳酸锌0.03~0.08份,维生素C 0.1~0.2份,维生素B1 0.001~0.002份;所述排铅固体饮料,经过精心研制,合理配比,能与肠道里的铅结合或吸附铅,形成不溶解的、不能被吸收的复合物沉淀,使其随粪便排出体外。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体饮料,具体是一种具有排铅功能的固体饮料及其制备方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术
铅是一种有毒的重金属,也是一种重要的工业原料,其使用范围很广。很多制造行业都需要铅。汽车尾气、工业三废、使用加铅作稳定剂的塑料和搪瓷、松花蛋、爆米花、自来水管等都是铅的来源。几乎所有食品都含有微量的铅。据相关研究,我国每人每天都会从食物中获取微量的铅。
铅的化学符号为Pb,它和人体所必需的钙、铁、锌等14种矿物质和微量元素正好相反,是人体不需要的微量元素。在人体内目前未发现任何生理功能需要铅,人体内也不允许有铅存在的余地,即使是极其微量的铅,也会对人体健康产生破坏性。
铅不仅会侵犯神经系统,影响大脑功能,还抑制饮食中营养成分的吸收,破坏部分氨基酸的合成,因而对人体的影响是全身性的、多系统的,对神经、血液和造血、消化、泌尿、生殖、心血管、内分泌、免疫等系统以及儿童的身体发育均有毒副作用。
早在宋朝,传统医学就提出铅潴留脏腑可造成气滞血瘀,并据此应用化瘀解毒汤治疗慢性铅中毒。1998年以来,国家开始实行“零铅工程”,通过在全国范围内推广无铅汽油等手段,减少铅的排放量,从“防”方面入手,取得了一定的成效。近年来,我国儿童血铅水平总体上呈下降趋势,大多数城乡儿童血铅水平等于或高于200mg/L的比例大幅减少,但血铅水平超过100mg/L的比例仍然比较高。
对于血铅水平超标的人员,必须进行药物治疗。但是,专家指出,由于临床常用的排铅药物均具有较大的毒副作用,所以国际上公认,当发现儿童血铅水平高于或等于450mg/L,即被诊断为重度铅中毒时,才需要进行药物排铅,否则不建议使用药物排铅。
科学证明,有很多物质可以与铅结合,减少铅的毒性,减少铅的吸收。例如茶叶中的鞣酸可与铅形成可溶性复合物随尿排出,海带中的海藻酸能促进铅的排出,一些无机阴离子或酸根如碘离子、磷酸根离子、钼酸根离子等都能与铅结合,促使其从大便中排出。植酸、磷脂、柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸和多聚氨基酸也能够与铅形成螯合物,可阻止铅吸收、降低铅毒性。
能不能发明一种食物的配方,通过平时的食用就能减少铅的吸收,促进铅的排除,把人体的血铅控制在比较低的水平,这是我们面临的一个重要问题。
发明内容
本发明提供的排铅固体饮料,就是为了解决临床常用的排铅药物均具有较大的毒副作用的问题,针对血铅水平较高,但又不需要用药物进行治疗的人士,能够简单、安全、有效的降低和控制血铅水平,提供一种技术解决方案。
本发明提供的一种排铅固体饮料,其技术方案为,由以下质量份数的成分组成:
木耳粉3~7份,低聚果糖12~18份,甘草提取物0.05~0.15份,黑豆粉8~12份,乌梅粉2~5份,海带粉3~7份,沙棘粉2.5~3.5份,香菇粉3.5~6.5份,水苏糖18~26份,黄原胶3.5~6.5份,麦芽糊精18~22份,甜菊糖苷1~3份,天门冬氨酸钙3~5份,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.1~0.15份,乳酸锌0.03~0.08份,维生素C 0.1~0.2份,维生素B1 0.001~0.002份。
本发明还提供了所述排铅固体饮料的制备方法,其制备方法为:
a.将所述原料分别称重、粉碎,过80目筛,备用;b.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;c.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入b步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;d.取c步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;e.按照预定规格进行装袋。
本发明的技术方案,经过精心研制,合理配比,技术效果如下:
1.所有成分都是药食同源的原料,安全健康。
2.能与肠道里的铅结合或吸附铅,形成不溶解的、不能被吸收的复合物沉淀,使其随粪便排出体外。
3.能与体内的铅结合,降低铅毒性,并使其排出体外。
4.能通过元素拮抗作用抑制铅的吸收。
5.能参与机体代谢,减少铅对正常生理活动的影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例一
1.将以下原料分别称重:
木耳粉3Kg,低聚果糖18Kg,甘草提取物0.15Kg,黑豆粉12Kg,乌梅粉2Kg,海带粉7Kg,沙棘粉3.5Kg,香菇粉3.5Kg,水苏糖18Kg,黄原胶6.5Kg,麦芽糊精21.969Kg,甜菊糖苷1Kg,天门冬氨酸钙3Kg,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.15Kg,乳酸锌0.03Kg,维生素C 0.2Kg,维生素B10.001Kg;
2.将上述原料粉碎过80目筛,备用;
3.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;
4.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入第3步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;
5.取第4步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;
6.按照预定规格进行装袋。
实施例二
1.将以下原料分别称重:
木耳粉7Kg,低聚果糖12Kg,甘草提取物0.05Kg,黑豆粉8Kg,乌梅粉5Kg,海带粉3Kg,沙棘粉2.5Kg,香菇粉6.5Kg,水苏糖26Kg,黄原胶3.5Kg,麦芽糊精18.168Kg,甜菊糖苷3Kg,天门冬氨酸钙5Kg,乙--胺四乙酸铁钠0.1Kg,乳酸锌0.08Kg,维生素C 0.1Kg,维生素B10.002Kg;
2.将上述原料粉碎过80目筛,备用;
3.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;
4.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入第3步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;
5.取第4步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;
6.按照预定规格进行装袋。
实施例三
1.将以下原料分别称重:
木耳粉5Kg,低聚果糖15Kg,甘草提取物0.1Kg,黑豆粉10Kg,乌梅粉3.2Kg,海带粉5Kg,沙棘粉3Kg,香菇粉5Kg,水苏糖22Kg,黄原胶5Kg,麦芽糊精20Kg,甜菊糖苷2.2Kg,天门冬氨酸钙4.16Kg,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.1355Kg,乳酸锌0.053Kg,维生素C 0.15Kg,维生素B10.0015Kg;
2.将上述原料粉碎过80目筛,备用;
3.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;
4.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入第3步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;
5.取第4步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;
6.按照预定规格进行装袋。
实施例四
1.将以下原料分别称重:
木耳粉6Kg,低聚果糖16Kg,甘草提取物0.1Kg,黑豆粉9Kg,乌梅粉3Kg,海带粉6Kg,沙棘粉3.5Kg,香菇粉6Kg,水苏糖21Kg,黄原胶6Kg,麦芽糊精18Kg,甜菊糖苷1.5Kg,天门冬氨酸钙3.5Kg,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.145Kg,乳酸锌0.06Kg,维生素C 0.193Kg,维生素B10.002Kg;
2.将上述原料粉碎过80目筛,备用;
3.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;
4.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入第3步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;
5.取第4步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;
6.按照预定规格进行装袋。
实施例五
1.将以下原料分别称重:
木耳粉4Kg,低聚果糖17Kg,甘草提取物0.13Kg,黑豆粉11Kg,乌梅粉4Kg,海带粉4Kg,沙棘粉3Kg,香菇粉4Kg,水苏糖24Kg,黄原胶4Kg,麦芽糊精19Kg,甜菊糖苷2.5Kg,天门冬氨酸钙3Kg,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.15Kg,乳酸锌0.078Kg,维生素C 0.14Kg,维生素B10.002Kg;
2.将上述原料粉碎过80目筛,备用;
3.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;
4.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入第3步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;
5.取第4步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;
6.按照预定规格进行装袋。
人体功效实验
1、实验样品与方法
1.1实验样品
取上述实施例1-5所得的排铅固体饮料为实验品,以10g/袋做成小包装,取本品1包,加入200-300ml温开水冲调均匀后即可食用。
1.2实验对象
以北京某公司有意愿的50名员工(男女各25人)为研究对象,平均年龄36.5岁,分为5组,分别服用实施例1-5的产品。所有受试者身体正常健康,自愿参加。
1.3实验方法
受试者开始试验后,每天中午午餐后,饮用一杯排铅固体饮料,30天为一个周期,持续两个周期。
2、实验结果
不同性别和不同年龄的人群分别在午餐后,按要求食用实施例1-5的产品,经过一到两个食用周期后,身体没有任何不良反应,与食用之前检测的血铅浓度值比较,食用两个周期后,血铅浓度都有不同程度的降低,达到了发明的目的。
应当指出,以上所述具体实施方式可以使本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本发明创造,但不以任何方式限制本发明创造。因此,尽管本说明书结合实施例对本发明创造已进行了详细的说明,但是,本发明创造并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以对其作出种种变化。例如各个组份可以根据需要进行变化,各组份的配比可以根据情况进行调整等;总之,一切不脱离本发明创造的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,其均应涵盖在本发明创造专利的保护范围当中。

1.一种排铅固体饮料,由以下质量份数的成分组成:
木耳粉3~7份,低聚果糖12~18份,甘草提取物0.05~0.15份,黑豆粉8~12份,乌梅粉2~5份,海带粉3~7份,沙棘粉2.5~3.5份,香菇粉3.5~6.5份,水苏糖18~26份,黄原胶3.5~6.5份,麦芽糊精18~22份,甜菊糖苷1~3份,天门冬氨酸钙3~5份,乙二胺四乙酸铁钠0.1~0.15份,乳酸锌0.03~0.08份,维生素C 0.1~0.2份,维生素B1 0.001~0.002份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排铅固体饮料,其制备方法为:a.将所述原料分别称重、粉碎过80目筛,备用;b.将除甜菊糖苷、维生素C、维生素B1之外的原料依照等量递增的原则,由小到大依次加入并混合均匀;c.将甜菊糖苷用适量纯化水溶解后喷入b步骤所得的混合料,干燥,检测水分≤5.0%时出料;d.取c步所得混合料与维生素C、维生素B1进行总混,混合均匀后,收料;e.按照预定规格进行装袋。
