the embodiment of the invention can be applied to practical scenes, such as enterprise mailboxes, the terminal is provided with an enterprise mailbox client, the client supports group management on the contact persons, a group can be selected to send mails to all the contact persons in the group in batch, and based on the extension of a contact person synchronization protocol, the synchronization of the messages on the mailbox client can realize the uploading of group information and the analysis of the received group information without depending on the contact persons.
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation process of an information synchronization method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a method for implementing information synchronization by a terminal includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining information to be synchronized and an identity of the information to be synchronized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, information to be synchronized is used to represent at least one kind of communication object information to be synchronized, an identity of the information to be synchronized is used to represent whether the information to be synchronized is local information or modified information, and the communication object information includes: therefore, the embodiment of the invention can independently acquire one communication object information, namely the group information and the identity thereof, and then upload the group information to the server based on the mark type of the group information, thereby realizing the information synchronization between the terminal and the server.
It should be noted that, when the terminal synchronizes information with the server side, the group information uploaded by the terminal may include one or more of the following information: new groups, changed groups, and deleted groups. The newly-built group information needs to contain group name information; the change group information must include the server identity and the group name; and deleting any one of the group information including the server identity or the group name.
The terminal uploading contact information may comprise one or more of the following information: new contacts, changed contacts and deleted contacts. The newly-built and changed contact persons need to set the latest group information to which the contact persons belong, and the newly-built and changed contact persons do not need to be set if the newly-built and changed contact persons are not added to any group; in addition, the contact person is newly created and changed, and other information of the contact person, such as the contact person name, the mailbox address, the telephone number and the like, needs to be set; the contact may be deleted, which may include only the identity of the contact.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the method for the terminal to obtain the information to be synchronized may be to search the information to be synchronized that meets the preset condition.
For example, the terminal may set the preset condition that the identity is null or the change field is 1 to search for the information to be synchronized, where the preset condition that the change field is set to 1 may query the information to be synchronized that is changed in the terminal.
In this embodiment, the identity of the information to be synchronized may be used to identify whether the information to be synchronized belongs to the local information of the terminal or the synchronization information returned to the terminal by the server side, for example, the terminal may set that when the identity of the information to be synchronized is empty, it is determined that the information to be synchronized is the local information of the terminal; and when the identity mark of the information to be synchronized is non-empty, determining that the information to be synchronized is the synchronization information returned to the terminal by the server, namely the change information.
102, setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized according to the identity of the information to be synchronized.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the identity of the information to be synchronized is acquired, the terminal can set the mark type of the information to be synchronized according to the identity of the server of the information to be synchronized.
It should be noted that the mark type is used to represent a change operation performed on the information to be synchronized, and the mark type for setting the information to be synchronized may be setting a new mark, a modification mark, a deletion mark, and the like of the information to be synchronized.
Exemplarily, when the terminal determines that the information to be synchronized is the local information of the terminal according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, setting the information to be synchronized as a new mark, when the terminal determines that the information to be synchronized is the change information of the terminal according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, judging whether the information to be synchronized has a deletion flag bit, and if the deletion flag bit exists, setting the information to be synchronized as the deletion mark; and if the deletion flag bit does not exist, setting the synchronous information as a modification mark.
And 103, synchronizing the information to be synchronized with the server based on the mark type of the information to be synchronized.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the mark type of the information to be synchronized is set, the terminal can synchronize the information according to the mark type.
It should be noted that, when it is determined that the mark type of the information to be synchronized is the add mark or the modify mark, the detailed field information of the information to be synchronized is obtained, the detailed field information and the mark information are both added to the domain corresponding to the information to be synchronized, and then the detailed field information and the mark information are packaged and uploaded to the server.
Illustratively, the above-mentioned detailed field information may include a name of the information to be synchronized, a mailbox address, the group, and the like.
Further, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a second implementation flow of the information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal sets a mark type of the information to be synchronized according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, that is, the method for implementing information synchronization in step 102 includes the following steps:
step 102a, when the information to be synchronized is determined to be local information according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized as a newly added mark.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the identity of the information to be synchronized is obtained, when the terminal can determine that the information to be synchronized is the local information of the terminal according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, the information to be synchronized is not the synchronization information returned by the server side but the newly added information of the terminal, so that the terminal can set the mark type of the information to be synchronized as the newly added mark.
It should be noted that the server identity of the information to be synchronized acquired by the terminal may be local information or may be changed information, and when the identity of the information to be synchronized is local information, the terminal determines that the information to be synchronized is an added message, and when the identity of the information to be synchronized is changed information, the terminal determines that the information to be synchronized is synchronization information returned by the server, so that the terminal can set the information to be synchronized as different types of marks according to the identity of the information to be synchronized.
And 102b, when the information to be synchronized is determined to be the change information according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized based on the deletion flag bit of the information to be synchronized.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the information to be synchronized is determined to be the change information according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, the mark type of the information to be synchronized can be set according to the deletion flag bit of the information to be synchronized.
It should be noted that, when the terminal determines that the identity identifier of the to-be-synchronized message is the change message, the corresponding to-be-synchronized message is the message returned to the terminal by the server, and the change includes deletion and modification, so the terminal further needs to further set the mark type of the to-be-synchronized message as a deletion mark or a modification mark according to the deletion flag bit of the to-be-synchronized message.
Further, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a third implementation flow of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal determines that the information to be synchronized is the change information according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, the terminal sets a mark type of the information to be synchronized according to the deletion flag bit of the information to be synchronized, that is, the method for implementing information synchronization in step 102b includes the following steps:
step 102b1, when the information to be synchronized is determined to be the change information according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, if the information to be synchronized has a deletion flag bit, setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized as a deletion mark.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the information to be synchronized is determined to be the change information and the information to be synchronized has the deletion flag bit according to the identity of the information to be synchronized, the terminal can set the mark type of the information to be synchronized as the deletion mark.
Step 102b2, if the information to be synchronized does not have the deletion flag bit, setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized as a modification mark.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the identity of the information to be synchronized is not null and the information to be synchronized does not have the deletion flag bit, the terminal can set the mark type of the information to be synchronized as the modification mark.
Further, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a fourth implementation flow of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal synchronizes the information to be synchronized with the server based on the mark type of the information to be synchronized, that is, the information synchronization method implemented in step 103 includes the following steps:
step 103a, when the mark type of the information to be synchronized is a new mark or a modified mark, searching the field information corresponding to the information to be synchronized.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the information to be synchronized is determined to be set as the newly added mark or the modified mark, the detailed field information of the information to be synchronized needs to be packaged and uploaded to the server side, so that the terminal needs to search the field information corresponding to the information to be synchronized.
Illustratively, the field information may be field information such as a contact name, a mailbox address, and a belonging group.
And 103b, adding the field information into the newly added mark or the modified mark.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure that the data of the terminal and the server are consistent, all the field information of the newly added mark and the modified mark needs to be packaged and uploaded to the server, namely, the terminal needs to add the field information to the newly added mark and the modified mark.
And 103c, sending the information to be synchronized to the server for synchronization based on the added new mark or the modified mark.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the field information is added into the newly added mark and the modified mark, the terminal synchronizes the information of the newly added mark and the modified mark after the field information is added to the server side.
Further, fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating an implementation flow of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal sets a mark type of the information to be synchronized according to an identity of the information to be synchronized, that is, the method for implementing information synchronization in step 101 and step 102 includes the following steps:
step 101A, at least one piece of information to be synchronized meeting a preset condition is searched.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal sets the preset condition, so that at least one piece of information of the local information of the terminal and the change information of the terminal can be found out.
For example, the preset condition set by the terminal may be, but is not limited to, that the identity is null and the change field is 1, where the identity of the information to be synchronized is null and represents that the information to be synchronized is local information of the terminal, and the change field of the information to be synchronized is 1 and represents that the information to be synchronized is change information of the terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
And step 101B, acquiring one piece of information to be synchronized of at least one piece of information to be synchronized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal acquires one piece of information to be synchronized from all the searched information.
Step 102A, when it is determined that the information to be synchronized of the non-set mark type still exists, continuously acquiring the identity of the information to be synchronized of the non-set mark type.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal acquires one piece of to-be-synchronized information of at least one piece of to-be-synchronized information, the terminal judges whether the to-be-synchronized information is of a mark-unset type, and if the to-be-synchronized information is of the mark-unset type, the terminal continues to acquire the identity of the to-be-synchronized information of the mark-unset type.
And step 102B, setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized without the mark type according to the identity of the information to be synchronized without the mark type until the mark type of the at least one piece of information to be synchronized is set.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the identity of the information to be synchronized is acquired, the terminal sets the mark type of the information to be synchronized according to the identity.
It should be noted that once the terminal determines that there is still information to be synchronized without setting the mark type, the terminal cyclically obtains the identity of the information to be synchronized, and then sets the mark type of the synchronization information according to the identity until all the information to be synchronized have set the mark type.
The embodiment of the invention provides an information synchronization method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring information to be synchronized and an identity of the information to be synchronized; setting the mark type of the information to be synchronized according to the identity of the information to be synchronized; the information synchronization is carried out based on the mark type of the information to be synchronized, so that the group and the contact person can be distinguished, the group is independent of the contact person, the information of the terminal can be synchronized to the server side, and the data consistency of the two sides is ensured.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept of the first embodiment, an information synchronization method is provided in the embodiments of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic view illustrating an implementation flow of the information synchronization method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, in the embodiments of the present invention, after a terminal synchronizes information to be synchronized with a server based on a mark type of the information to be synchronized, that is, after step 103, the method for implementing information synchronization may further include the following steps:
step 104, sending a synchronization request to the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the terminal needs the server to return the synchronous information, the synchronous request can be sent to the server.
And 105, receiving the information to be analyzed returned by the server responding to the synchronous request.
In the implementation of the invention, after the terminal sends the synchronization request to the server, the terminal receives the information to be analyzed returned by the server responding to the synchronization request.
It should be noted that the server side not only returns the information to be analyzed according to the synchronization request sent by the terminal, but also can actively send the synchronization information to be analyzed to the terminal when the server side changes.
And step 106, determining the mark type of the information to be analyzed according to the information to be analyzed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the terminal receives the information to be analyzed, the terminal firstly analyzes the mark type of the information to be analyzed.
Illustratively, the type of the mark of the information to be parsed may be a new mark, a modified mark or a deleted mark.
It should be noted that the terminal may determine the mark type of the information to be analyzed according to the delete tag, the modification tag, and the new tag of the information to be analyzed, for example, if the information to be analyzed has the delete tag, the terminal determines that the mark type of the information to be analyzed is a delete mark; if the information to be analyzed has a newly added label, the terminal determines that the mark type of the information to be analyzed is the newly added mark; and if the information to be analyzed has the modification label, the terminal determines that the mark type of the information to be analyzed is the modification mark.
And step 107, analyzing based on the mark type of the information to be analyzed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the mark type of the information to be analyzed is determined according to the information to be analyzed, the terminal can analyze based on the mark type of the information to be analyzed.
It should be noted that, for the new or modified tag, the terminal may determine whether only the group related information exists, if only the group related information exists, it determines that the group information is new or modified, otherwise, it adds or modifies the contact information; for the deletion mark, the terminal can query a locally stored record according to the identity or name returned by the server, if the type of the contact is determined, the related information of the contact is deleted, and if the type of the contact is determined, the related data of the group is deleted.
Further, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation flow of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal performs parsing based on a mark type of information to be parsed, that is, the method for implementing information synchronization in step 107 may include the following steps:
and 107a, when the mark type of the information to be analyzed is determined to be the newly added mark, analyzing the first field information corresponding to the newly added mark.
And step 107b, when the mark type of the information to be analyzed is determined to be the modification mark, analyzing second field information corresponding to the modification mark.
And 107c, when the mark type of the information to be analyzed is determined to be the deletion mark, analyzing the identity of the information to be analyzed corresponding to the deletion mark.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the mark type of the information to be analyzed is analyzed, the group information and the contact information included in the information to be analyzed need to be further analyzed, so that the embodiment of the present invention needs to acquire field information corresponding to a newly added mark or a modified mark.
Further, fig. 8 is a schematic view illustrating an implementation flow of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the terminal analyzes the first field information corresponding to the newly added mark when it is determined that the mark type of the information to be analyzed is the newly added mark, that is, after step 107a, the method for implementing information synchronization may further include the following steps:
and 108a, when the first field information is determined to be the group information, saving the first group information corresponding to the first field information.
And step 109a, when the first field information is determined to be the non-group information, saving the first contact information corresponding to the first field information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further distinguish whether the first field information is group information or contact information, the terminal needs to determine whether the first field information only includes group information, and if the first field information only includes group information, the first field information corresponds to the first group information; and if the first field information is non-group information, storing first contact information corresponding to the first field information, wherein the group information comprises a group identity and a group name.
Illustratively, when determining that the first field information is non-group information, such as a name, a mailbox address, or a telephone number of a contact, the terminal determines that the first field information is contact information, and when determining that the first field information is only a group identity or a group name, the terminal determines that the first field information is group information.
Step 110a, establishing association between the first contact and the first group based on the first contact information and the first group information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after determining the first contact information and the first group information, the terminal may establish an association relationship between the first contact information and the first group information.
It should be noted that the analyzed new and modified contact information includes the latest group information to which the contact belongs and other information of the contact, such as the name, email address, and phone number of the contact.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the establishing of the association relationship between the first contact information and the first group information may be searching for the latest group information to which the contact belongs according to the first contact information, comparing a search result with the first group information, and determining the association between the first contact and the first group.
Illustratively, when the first contact information includes a and B, and the second group information includes group a1, where the latest group to which a belongs is a1, and B does not have the group information, the group a1 can be found according to the contact a, and therefore, the corresponding relationship between the contact a and the group a1 can be established.
Further, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating an implementation flow of an information synchronization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the terminal analyzes the second field information corresponding to the modification mark when it is determined that the mark type of the information to be analyzed is the modification mark, that is, after step 107b, the method for implementing information synchronization may further include the following steps:
