A remote voice recognition automatic signature device is characterized by comprising a remote server, a control device, a voice input and output device, a writing device and a transmission device; the control device comprises a power supply, a controller and a voice recognition device which are arranged in the control shell; the voice input and output device comprises a microphone and a loudspeaker which are electrically connected with the voice recognition device; the voice recognition device comprises a voiceprint recognition processor, a network module and a storage module, wherein the remote server is prestored with name information, voiceprint information and signature handwriting information of a user, and the storage module is prestored with a voice recognition model database and a conventional font library; the writing device comprises a steering engine and a writing pen connecting device; the transmission device comprises an X-direction track and a Y-direction track; an X-direction rack is arranged in the X-direction track, and a Y-direction rack is arranged in the Y-direction track; an X-direction sliding block embedded into the X-direction track is arranged at the bottom of the control shell, and sliding slot holes which can accommodate the Y-direction track to pass through are formed in the front end and the rear end of the control shell; an X-direction stepping motor is fixedly arranged on one side of the X-direction sliding block, and an X-direction motor gear meshed with the X-direction rack is arranged on the X-direction stepping motor; a Y-direction stepping motor is fixedly arranged on one side of the control shell, and a Y-direction motor gear meshed with the Y-direction rack in a threaded manner is arranged on the Y-direction stepping motor; the writing device comprises a steering engine arranged at the end head of one end of the Y-direction track and a writing pen fixer used for clamping and fixing a writing pen, and the steering engine is used for controlling the writing pen to lift; the controller is respectively electrically connected with the Y-direction stepping motor, the X-direction stepping motor and the steering engine.
2. The remote voice recognition automatic signature device as recited in claim 1 wherein said actuator further comprises a support and a stop device disposed on each of the left and right sides of said X-track.
3. A remote voice recognition automatic signing device according to claim 2, wherein preferably said support is topped with a level.
4. The remote voice recognition automatic signature device as recited in claim 2, wherein said stop means preferably comprises stop blocks disposed on both left and right sides of said X-direction track.

The remote voice recognition automatic signature device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the writing pen holder comprises a holder and a mounting plate, one end of the mounting plate is connected with the rocker arm of the steering engine, and the other end of the mounting plate is connected with the holder.
6. A recognition method of a remote voice recognition automatic signature device comprises the following recognition steps;
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, the controller starts the microphone to collect voice voiceprints, which are read by a user and relate to personal information of the user, and the microphone stores collected voice analog signal data of the user in the storage module;
step two, the voiceprint recognition processor converts the user voice analog signal data stored in the storage module into voice digital signal data and uploads the voice digital signal data to the remote server through a network module, and the remote server compares the transmitted voice digital signal data with the voiceprint information prestored in the remote server for recognition;
step three, after voiceprint information comparison, the user identity is confirmed to be consistent with the user reserved voiceprint information, the remote server sends confirmation instruction information to the voiceprint recognition processor through a network module and temporarily stores signature handwriting information of the user into the storage module, the voiceprint recognition processor starts the loudspeaker and the microphone to interact with the user after receiving the confirmation instruction, and the user sends a voice instruction to the microphone through voice according to a prompt tone preset by the loudspeaker;
step four, the microphone transmits the collected user voice instruction to the storage module and converts the voice analog signal data into voice digital signal data;
comparing and recognizing the voice digital signal data with the voice recognition model database prestored in the storage by the voiceprint recognition processor to obtain a voice target character instruction, and selecting whether to call the user signature handwriting information temporarily stored in the storage module or not through the character instruction; when the voice instruction of the user is an instruction for calling the user signature handwriting information, the voiceprint recognition processor calls the user signature handwriting information and converts the user signature handwriting information into a writing track, and the operation of the Y-direction stepping motor, the X-direction stepping motor and the steering engine is controlled by the controller to control the writing pen to write along the writing track; after writing, automatically deleting the signature handwriting information of the user;
and sixthly, when the voice instruction of the user is an instruction of not calling the user signature handwriting information, automatically deleting the user signature handwriting information, interacting the voice print recognition processor with the user through the loudspeaker prompt, transmitting the voice analog signal data of the user collected by the microphone to the storage module, converting the voice analog signal data into voice digital signal data, calling a voice recognition model database prestored in the storage module, comparing and recognizing the voice digital signal data to obtain voice target characters, converting the voice target characters into writing tracks, and controlling the operation of the Y-direction stepping motor, the X-direction stepping motor and the steering engine to control the writing pen to write along the writing tracks through a controller.
