When the stator winding 70 and the rotor 80 of the motor are assembled by using the motor assembling device, the stator winding 70 is firstly placed in the stator accommodating cavity of the stator positioning sleeve 50, the rotor 80 is placed in the rotor accommodating cavity of the rotor positioning sleeve 40, then the stator positioning sleeve 50 is inserted into the rotor accommodating cavity, then the stator winding 70 and the rotor 80 are locked, and finally the rotor positioning sleeve 40 and the stator positioning sleeve 50 are taken down, so that the assembly of the stator winding 70 and the rotor 80 is completed.
In summary, the motor assembling device can overcome the strong magnetic attraction effect between the stator winding 70 and the rotor 80 by using the rotor positioning sleeve 40 and the stator positioning sleeve 50, so that the central axes of the rotor 80 and the stator winding 70 are on the same straight line, the assembly concentricity of the stator winding 70 and the rotor 80 is ensured, the motor assembling precision can be effectively improved, and the assembling precision and the assembling efficiency of the mechanical arm can be further improved.
