Abstract

The intelligent management system based on enterprise intellectual property services is characterized by comprising a front-end service module (1), a business management module (2), an information processing module (3), a scene switching module (4), a server (5) and a background management module (6), wherein the front-end service module (1), the business management module (2), the information processing module (3), the scene switching module (4) and the background management module (6) are electrically connected with the server (5) to transmit, process and store data.

The intelligent management system based on enterprise intellectual property services as claimed in claim 1, wherein said front-end business module (1) comprises a user registration unit (11) and an information sharing update unit (12), said business management module (2) comprises a case management unit (21) and a business function unit (22), said business function unit (22) comprises a patent maintenance sub-unit (221), a trademark maintenance sub-unit (222) and a copyright maintenance sub-unit (223), three said business function units (22) share one said user registration unit (11), and data information in three said business function units (22) is stored in said server (5); the user registration unit (11) comprises two registration messages of a name, a mobile phone or a mailbox, and the information sharing and updating unit (12) is used for synchronously sharing data information in the three business function units (22) from the server (5) to the case management unit (21) and transmitting updated data in the background management module (6) from the server (5) to the case management unit (21).

The intelligent management system based on enterprise intellectual property services as claimed in claim 2, wherein the case management unit (21) comprises a basic information subunit (211), a case detail picture subunit (212) and a case detail description subunit (213), the basic information subunit (211) comprises case contact names and contact ways; the case management unit (21) further comprises a case processing state subunit (214) for recording the processing state of each case in real time, wherein the processing state comprises intellectual property information planned and applied by an enterprise, intellectual property information being applied, acquired intellectual property information and intellectual property information planned to be abandoned and transferred; the data of the basic information subunit (211), the case detail picture subunit (212), the case detail description subunit (213) and the case processing state subunit (214) are respectively sent to the server (5), and then sent to the background management module (6) by the server (5); the background management module (6) is used for fusing the data of the case detail picture subunit (212), the case detail description subunit (213) and the case processing state subunit (214) and sending the fused data to the server (5) on the basis of the data of the basic information subunit (211) after filtering, displaying and updating, and then sending the fused data to the case management unit (21) by the server (5).

The intelligent management system based on enterprise intellectual property services as claimed in claim 3, wherein the information processing module (3) comprises an intellectual property application progress monitoring unit (31), an intellectual property validity management unit (32), an intellectual property disposition unit (33), an intellectual property early warning unit (34),
the intellectual property application progress monitoring unit (31) is used for monitoring the specific application progress condition of each intellectual property;
the intellectual property validity management unit (32) is used for classifying and marking the intellectual property information obtained from the enterprises and the intellectual property information planned to be abandoned and transferred acquired from the case management unit and specifically analyzing the validity of the intellectual property;
the intellectual property handling unit (33) is used for classifying and marking the intellectual property information which is acquired from the case management unit and applied by enterprise planning, the intellectual property information which is applied by applying, the intellectual property information which is obtained and is planned to be abandoned and transferred, judging whether the probability of the application of the intellectual property information which is applied by planning is successful, whether the value of payment is available after the application of the intellectual property information which is applied is successful, whether the transfer of the obtained intellectual property information is worthy of and is planned to be abandoned, whether the processing of the transferred intellectual property information is proper and the like according to specific analysis, and handling the intellectual property information which is applied by enterprise planning, the intellectual property information which is applied by applying, the obtained intellectual property information and the intellectual property information which is planned to be abandoned and transferred on the basis of the judgment;

a scenario selection subunit (421) configured to detect whether a target scenario selected by a manager is the enterprise scenario or the personal scenario;
a first switching subunit (422) configured to, when the target scene selected by the administrator is the enterprise scene, determine whether the user right of the administrator includes the enterprise scene, if yes, display all the enterprise scenes currently joined by the administrator, and enter an intellectual property management interface of the corresponding enterprise scene according to the enterprise scene selected by the administrator;
and the second switching subunit (423) is used for entering a personal intellectual property management interface of the manager when the target scene selected by the manager is the personal scene.

and when the target scene selected by the manager is the enterprise scene, if the enterprise scene is not included under the user authority of the user, displaying that the manager does not join the enterprise scene currently, and prompting the manager to join the enterprise scene or create a new enterprise scene.

the comparison and verification subunit (431) is used for searching all the enterprise scenes of the group to which the manager belongs currently and comparing all the enterprise scenes with enterprise names input by the manager when detecting that the manager applies for creating the enterprise scenes;
the creating subunit (432) is configured to create the new enterprise scenario according to the enterprise name input by the administrator when no duplicate name exists after the comparison, and set the administrator as the management account of the new enterprise scenario.

The intelligent management system based on enterprise intellectual property services as claimed in claim 8, wherein said filtering includes performing invalid data recognition on the data sent by said front end business module (1), if there is data which is lack of data generated by said basic information subunit (211), determining that the data sent by the whole case management unit (21) is invalid data, and storing the data in said back end management module (6) no longer.

The intelligent management system based on enterprise intellectual property services as claimed in claim 9, further comprising an information pushing module (7), wherein the information pushing module (7) is connected to the user registration unit (11), the case management unit (21) and the background management module (6), respectively; when the background management module (6) has data updating, the updated data message is pushed to the manager, and the manager clicks the information pushing module (7) to push the updated data message to enter the case management unit (21).
