When the device is manufactured, the integrated current transformer, the incoming line switch, the outgoing line switch and the three-phase electric energy meter are respectively installed at the preset installation positions of the meter box; two ends of the wiring module are respectively inserted into the wiring positions of the three-phase electric energy meter and the integrated current transformer and locked; the main cable is connected to the front end of the outgoing switch from the rear end of the incoming switch through the integrated current transformer, and the cable is locked by the puncture wire clamp on the integrated current transformer.
When the device is used, the front end of the incoming line switch is connected to a public power grid through a cable, and the rear end of the outgoing line switch is connected to a load of a user through the cable to be normally used.
