Abstract
The invention discloses a reference electrode with a liquid level detection function, and belongs to the technical field of corrosion and protection of buried pipelines. The reference electrode with the liquid level detection function comprises a plastic shell, a plastic upper cover, a copper bar and a liquid level detection device; saturated copper sulfate solution is filled into the plastic shell; the liquid level detection device is connected with an external voltmeter through a plurality of leads, and comprises a plurality of copper sheets and a PVC board, wherein the copper sheets are vertically arranged on the PVC board and glued at the same interval from bottom to top; the PVC board is provided with a wire groove along the vertical direction, the multi-strand wire penetrates through the wire groove, and single-strand wire cores in the multi-strand wire are sequentially welded with the copper sheet; and measuring the single-stranded wire core through an external voltmeter to obtain a resistance value corresponding to the copper sheets, judging the liquid level of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell, predicting the service life of the reference electrode and avoiding errors of the acquired data.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of corrosion and protection of buried pipelines, in particular to a reference electrode with a liquid level detection function.
Background
The reference electrode is mainly used for providing a reference when measuring the electrode potential of the metal structure so as to realize accurate quantification and test measurement. The reference electrode is of various types, and different structures are suitable for different measuring objects and different measuring ranges. For example, long-acting copper/saturated copper sulfate solution reference electrodes are commonly used in cathodic protection systems such as steel storage tanks, buried pipelines, and the like.
The common long-acting copper/saturated copper sulfate solution reference electrode adopts microporous ceramic as a liquid contact surface, the service life is generally 5-8 years, but with the rapid development of domestic pipeline storage and transportation industry, the design service life of a large-scale storage tank and a long-distance pipeline cathode protection system is 30-50 years, the service life of the reference used as a control signal source can not meet the requirement of the cathode protection system all the time, and the reference can not be matched with the cathode protection system. Especially, in a large storage tank, the reference electrode is mostly embedded in the foundation, and the replacement of the reference electrode is very troublesome, which brings inconvenience to the design of a cathode protection system and a user.
When the long-acting reference electrode is designed, although the service life of the long-acting reference electrode is generally 5-8 years, in an actual environment, the leakage rate of a saturated copper sulfate solution is greatly different due to different surrounding environments, and prediction of the actual service life becomes very difficult, so that the situation that the reference electrode is not replaced timely, data acquisition is in error, and deviation is caused to judgment of an actual corrosion situation can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a reference electrode with a liquid level detection function, and aims to solve the problems that the service life of the conventional reference electrode cannot be predicted, so that the reference electrode is not replaced timely, data acquisition errors occur, and finally, the judgment of the actual corrosion condition causes deviation.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a reference electrode with a liquid level detection function, which comprises a plastic shell, a plastic upper cover, a copper bar and a liquid level detection device, wherein the plastic shell is provided with a plurality of through holes;
saturated copper sulfate solution is filled into the plastic shell;
the copper bar and the liquid level detection device penetrate through the plastic upper cover and are immersed in the saturated copper sulfate solution;
the liquid level detection device is connected with an external voltmeter through a plurality of leads, and the liquid level of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell is judged through the resistance value of the external voltmeter.
Optionally, the liquid level detection device comprises a plurality of copper sheets and a PVC plate, and the copper sheets are glued on the PVC plate at the same intervals from bottom to top in the vertical direction.
Optionally, the PVC plate is provided with a wire groove along a vertical direction, the multi-strand wire passes through the wire groove, and single-strand wire cores in the multi-strand wire are sequentially welded to the copper sheet; and the welded copper sheet and the single-stranded wire core are sequentially woven into numbers a, b, c, d, e, f and g from top to bottom.
Optionally, the top end of the copper rod is hollow, a lead is inserted into the copper rod and filled with glue, and the other end of the lead penetrates through the plastic upper cover and is used for measuring the potential of the external environment.
Optionally, the top end of the copper rod is provided with an external thread, and the copper rod is connected with the plastic upper cover through a thread.
Optionally, the liquid level detection device is in threaded connection with the plastic upper cover through a threaded joint.

Optionally, a ceramic leakage block is arranged at the bottom of the plastic shell, and the ceramic leakage block is used for ensuring reliable contact between the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell and the external environment and ensuring low-rate loss of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell.

Detailed Description
The reference electrode with liquid level detection function according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides a reference electrode with a liquid level detection function, which comprises a plastic shell 5, a plastic upper cover 3, a copper bar 4 and a liquid level detection device, as shown in figure 1; saturated copper sulfate solution is filled into the plastic shell 5; the copper bar 4 and the liquid level detection device penetrate through the plastic upper cover 3 and are immersed in the saturated copper sulfate solution; the liquid level detection device is connected with an external voltmeter through a plurality of leads 11, and the liquid level of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell 5 is judged through the resistance value of the external voltmeter; the liquid level detection device comprises a plurality of copper sheets 8 and a PVC plate 9, wherein the copper sheets 8 are glued on the PVC plate 9 at the same intervals along the vertical direction from bottom to top; as further shown in fig. 2, the PVC plate 9 is provided with a wire groove along the vertical direction, the multi-strand wires 11 pass through the wire groove, and single-strand wires of the multi-strand wires 11 are sequentially welded with the copper sheet 8; after welding, the copper sheet 8 and the single-stranded wire core are sequentially woven into numbers a, b, c, d, e, f and g from top to bottom.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 1, the top end of the copper rod 4 is hollow, the lead 2 is inserted into the copper rod 4 and filled with glue, and the other end of the lead 2 penetrates through the plastic upper cover 3 to measure the potential of the external environment; the top end of the copper rod 4 is provided with an external thread which is connected with the plastic upper cover 3 through a thread; the liquid level detection device is in threaded connection with the plastic upper cover 3 through a threaded joint 10; the liquid level detection device and the top end of the copper rod 4 are both provided with a waterproof connector 1, and the waterproof connector 1 and the plastic upper cover 3 are both connected through threads, so that the lead 2 and the multi-strand lead 11 can be prevented from loosening and losing efficacy due to external force; the bottom of the plastic shell 5 is provided with a ceramic leakage block 7, and the ceramic leakage block 7 is used for ensuring the reliable contact between the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell 5 and the external environment and the low-speed loss of the saturated copper sulfate solution.
Specifically, the reference electrode with the liquid level detection function is pre-embedded in a substrate, the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell 5 is contacted with the external environment through the leakage of the ceramic leakage block 7, then the lead 2 measures the potential of the external environment through the copper sulfate solution, the liquid level of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell 5 needs to be detected at intervals, a voltmeter is used for measuring the resistance value between a copper sheet g and copper sheets f, e, d, c, b and a, if the resistance value is infinite, the saturated copper sulfate solution is proved to have fallen below the position of the copper sheet, otherwise, if the resistance value can be detected, the saturated copper sulfate solution interface is proved to be positioned above the lower end of the copper sheet, so that the liquid level of the saturated copper sulfate solution is detected, and the leakage rate can be calculated according to the applicable time, and judging and predicting the expected life of the reference electrode with the liquid level detection function.

1. A reference electrode with a liquid level detection function is characterized by comprising a plastic shell (5), a plastic upper cover (3), a copper bar (4) and a liquid level detection device;
saturated copper sulfate solution is filled into the plastic shell (5);
the copper bar (4) and the liquid level detection device penetrate through the plastic upper cover (3) and are immersed in the saturated copper sulfate solution;
the liquid level detection device is connected with an external voltmeter through a plurality of leads (11), and the liquid level of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic shell (5) is judged through the resistance value of the external voltmeter.
2. The reference electrode with liquid level detection function according to claim 1, wherein said liquid level detection device comprises a plurality of copper sheets (8) and a PVC plate (9), said copper sheets (8) are glued on said PVC plate (9) at the same intervals along the vertical direction from bottom to top.

The reference electrode with liquid level detection function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the PVC plate (9) is provided with a wire groove along the vertical direction, the multi-strand wire (11) passes through the wire groove, and single-strand wire cores in the multi-strand wire (11) are sequentially welded with the copper sheet (8); and the copper sheet (8) and the single-stranded wire core which are welded are sequentially woven into numbers a, b, c, d, e, f and g from top to bottom.

The reference electrode with liquid level detection function according to claim 1, wherein the top end of the copper rod (4) is hollow, the lead (2) is inserted into the copper rod (4) and filled by glue, and the other end of the lead (2) penetrates through the plastic upper cover (3) for measuring the potential of the external environment.
5. The reference electrode with liquid level detection function of claim 4, wherein the top end of the copper rod (4) is provided with an external thread which is connected with the plastic upper cover (3) through a thread.
6. The reference electrode with level detection function according to claim 1, wherein said level detection unit is screwed to said plastic upper cover (3) by means of a screw joint (10).
7. The reference electrode with liquid level detection function according to claim 1, wherein the liquid level detection device and the top end of the copper rod (4) are provided with waterproof joints (1).

The reference electrode with liquid level detection function according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the plastic housing (5) is provided with a ceramic leak block (7), and the ceramic leak block (7) is used for ensuring the reliable contact between the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic housing (5) and the external environment and ensuring the low-rate loss of the saturated copper sulfate solution in the plastic housing (5).
