(2) the method comprises the steps of simulating a rain-piercing flight impact test, placing a typical component for the test in an aircraft in a test site and in a simulated rainwater impact environment to form simulated rain-piercing flight, utilizing water drops to impact the component of the aircraft, and respectively recording the impact conditions of the component in different water drop density ranges and the same water drop density range under the condition of keeping the same energy, so as to obtain test data; and then adjusting the energy of water drops sprayed by the water distribution and allocation screen, and respectively recording the impact conditions of different water drops on the component in different water drop density ranges and the same water drop density range, thereby obtaining multiple groups of test data and completing a simulation rain-penetrating flight test.
Furthermore, the environmental test method for simulating the rain impact aircraft during rain penetration flight is characterized in that the water drop energy is represented by the water drop size and the falling water drop speed, the water drop size is converted into the water drop mass, the water drop density is represented by the water drop number in the same range, and in the process of simulating the rain penetration flight impact test, the falling water drop number and the impact speed of a component subjected to water drop impact in the water drop process are respectively required to be recorded and collected according to different impact conditions.

As shown in FIG. 1, the environmental test method for simulating the rain impact on the aircraft during rain-wearing flight mainly comprises the following two steps:
(1) forming a simulated rainwater impact environment, selecting a workbench with a guide rail to act as a test site under the ground condition, preparing a water tank and a supercharging device, selecting a water diversion allocation sieve for providing a rainwater environment for the simulated rainwater impact environment and a pressure adjusting device for adjusting the pressure, firstly adding water into the water tank, supercharging the water in the water tank by using the supercharging device, then forming water drops with certain energy and range by the water diversion allocation sieve, and forming the simulated rainwater impact environment in the test site;
(2) the method comprises the steps of simulating a rain-piercing flight impact test, placing a typical component for the test in an aircraft in a test site and in a simulated rainwater impact environment to form simulated rain-piercing flight, utilizing water drops to impact the component of the aircraft, and respectively recording the impact conditions of the component in different water drop density ranges and the same water drop density range under the condition of keeping the same energy, so as to obtain test data; and then adjusting the energy of water drops sprayed by the water distribution and allocation screen, and respectively recording the impact conditions of different water drops on the component in different water drop density ranges and the same water drop density range, thereby obtaining multiple groups of test data and completing a simulation rain-penetrating flight test.

(2) the method comprises the steps of simulating a rain-piercing flight impact test, placing a typical component for the test in an aircraft in a test site and in a simulated rainwater impact environment to form simulated rain-piercing flight, utilizing water drops to impact the component of the aircraft, and respectively recording the impact conditions of the component in different water drop density ranges and the same water drop density range under the condition of keeping the same energy, so as to obtain test data; and then adjusting the energy of water drops sprayed by the water distribution and allocation screen, and respectively recording the impact conditions of different water drops on the component in different water drop density ranges and the same water drop density range, thereby obtaining multiple groups of test data and completing a simulation rain-penetrating flight test.
