Referring to fig. 1, a condensation preventing guide 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on an air outlet frame 200 of an air conditioner. In this embodiment, the double cross-flow air conditioner includes two air conditioner bodies, a through air duct is formed between the adjacent air conditioner bodies, and a rear air inlet 300 is formed between the rear ends of the two air conditioner bodies. The normal temperature air entering from the rear air inducing opening 300 can be mixed with the air after heat exchange in the air conditioner. Note that the front surface of the guide plate 100 refers to a surface of the guide plate 100 opposite to the rear end air inlet 300 after the guide plate 100 is opened.

The condensed water generated above the first guide groove 110 can fall into the first guide groove 110 under the action of gravity and wind, and flows out from the front side of the guide plate to the back side of the guide plate through the first channel 111 in the first guide groove 110. The second guiding groove 120 is disposed below the second guiding groove 120 near the guide plate air outlet side a, and one side near the guide plate air outlet far side B is higher than one side near the guide plate air outlet near side a. The second guiding groove 120 is opened with a second channel 121 at a side close to the air outlet side a of the guide plate, and the second channel 121 also penetrates through the front and back of the guide plate. The condensed water generated in the area below the first guide groove 110 may be collected by the second guide groove 120 and guided to the back surface of the guide plate through the second passage 121. The condensed water guided to the back of the guide plate can flow into a water receiving tray in the air conditioner through an internal channel of the air conditioner.
According to the anti-condensation guide plate, the first flow guide groove 110, the second flow guide groove 120, the first channel 111 and the second channel 121 are arranged at the bottom, so that the problem that condensation water drips on the floor can be effectively solved; the guide plate has a simple flow guide structure, does not need to be pasted with a liner, can reduce the cost and improve the appearance attractiveness.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first guide groove 110 has four control points: point c, point d, point e, and point f. Points c and d are located on the far side of the wind outlet, and points e and f are located on the near side of the wind outlet. The first channel 111 opens at the bottom corner near the guide plate air outlet side a, i.e. near the point f of the first guide groove 110. The first passage 111 is preferably a circular through hole. The height difference between the top of the side edge of the first flow guide groove 110 close to the guide plate air outlet far side B and the top of the side edge close to the guide plate air outlet near side A is 20-30 mm, namely the c point is 20-30 mm higher than the e point. The height difference between the bottom end of the side edge of the first guide groove 110 close to the far side B of the air outlet of the guide plate and the bottom end of the side edge close to the near side A of the air outlet of the guide plate is 10-20 mm, namely the d point is 10-20 mm higher than the f point. This ensures that water in the first guide groove 110 can flow to the point f, through the first channel 111 at the point f, and to the back of the guide plate.
Further, the distance between the two side edges of the first diversion groove 110 and the edge of the guide plate is less than 3mm, that is, the distance between the c d connecting line and the ef connecting line is less than 3 mm. Therefore, the condensate water generated on the front surface of the guide plate can be ensured to flow into the first groove to the maximum extent.
In order to enable the condensate water on the front surface of the guide plate to rapidly flow to the back surface, the first channel 111 has a height difference between the front surface and the back surface of the guide plate, namely the height of the first channel 111 on the front surface of the guide plate is greater than that on the back surface of the guide plate.
The second guide groove 120 also has four control points: g point, h point, i point, and j point. The upper side of the second groove, i.e., gi side, is disposed adjacent to the first guide groove 110. The second channel 121 is a side cut formed along the side of the second diversion groove 120, that is, a side cut is formed at the ij connection line. The condensed water in the second guiding groove 120 flows to the back of the guide plate through the side cut. Likewise, the second guide groove 120 is less than 3mm from the edge of the guide plate at the air outlet side B of the guide plate. In the present embodiment, the g point is 10 to 20mm higher than the i point.
In order to enable the condensed water to smoothly flow and improve the flow guiding effect, the upper side of the first flow guiding groove 110 is in smooth transition with the guide plate plane; one side of the second diversion groove 120 close to the far side B of the air outlet is in smooth transition with the plane of the guide plate. The upper side and the lower side of the first diversion trench, namely the ce side and the df side, are both downward concave curves.
The depths of the first guide groove 110 and the second guide groove 120 are 2-3 mm. Namely, the wall thickness of the groove is 2-3 mm smaller than that of the guide plate.
The invention also comprises an air conditioner which comprises an air outlet frame and a water receiving disc, wherein the anti-condensation guide plate is arranged on the air outlet frame. The projections of the first channel 111 and the second channel 121 in the vertical direction are both located on the inner side of the air outlet frame, and the water collecting tray is arranged below the first channel 111 and the second channel 121. Condensed water condensed on the front surface of the guide plate is drained to the back surface of the guide plate through the first diversion groove 110 and the second diversion groove 120, collected by a water receiving tray below the inner side of the air outlet frame and drained out of the air conditioner.
