Background
In the rolling process of cold-rolled sheet strips, various hydraulic devices are used. The hydraulic equipment in the cold rolling mill is provided with an HGC (high gradient coefficient) reduction system for controlling rolling force, a wedge system and a lining block system for controlling roll gap, an intermediate roll bending roll for controlling the position of a roll, a working roll bending roll and a supporting roll balancing system. The hydraulic systems are arranged more intensively and the pipelines are arranged densely. Therefore, in order to save space, a right-angle joint with a drift diameter is generally adopted in a cold rolling mill. The joint is more applied to hydraulic pipelines of a working roll bending roll, a middle roll bending roll and a supporting roll balancing system. The square connector reduces the turning radius space when the connector turns due to the square design, so that the right-angle connector is widely used for connecting the connector of a hydraulic system of a rolling mill. However, the pressure-resistant grade of the joint is not high in the using process, the pressure-resistant grade of the joint of a general path is only 250bar, and the highest pressure of a high-pressure system of a rolling mill is 280 bar. Once abnormal vibration impact such as belt breakage, steel piling and the like occurs, the joint is easy to have the accident that the connecting bolt loosens to cause oil leakage of the sealing surface, the working pressure of the system is high, the space position of the joint is narrow, the oil injection quantity of oil leakage at each time is large, and the accident treatment is very time-consuming.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a rolling mill hydraulic joint anti-loosening structure which is used for improving the working reliability of a high-pressure hydraulic system, ensuring the rolling quality of a cold-rolled plate strip and preventing joint connecting bolts from loosening caused by impact of the hydraulic system.
The problem of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the anti-loosening structure of the hydraulic joint of the rolling mill comprises a welding head and a nut, wherein the welding head is fixedly connected with the nut through a right-angle block; the sealing rings b and c are arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the joint of the connecting bolt and the right-angle block; a sealing ring a is arranged at the joint of the welding head and the right-angle block; the anti-loosening bolt is characterized by further comprising a connecting bolt, and a connecting thread, a loosening-preventing threaded hole and a nut which are arranged on the connecting bolt; the middle part of the bolt body of the connecting bolt is provided with a through hole; the tail part of the bolt body is provided with a connecting thread; anti-loosening threaded holes are formed in two ends of a diagonal line on the top of the nut; two screws with the length equal to the thickness of the connecting bolt and the nut are arranged in two anti-loosening threaded holes arranged on the diagonal line of the nut; the lower part of the screw is propped against the upper plane of the right-angle block; the connecting bolt passes through the right-angle block and is installed on the rolling mill through connecting threads; the thickness of a top nut of the connecting bolt is 8 mm-10 mm larger than that of a common standard nut; the size of the top nut of the connecting bolt is 5 mm-10 mm larger than that of a common standard nut. The bolt is characterized in that the thickness of a nut of the connecting bolt is 12 mm-20 mm; the length of a hexagonal head diagonal line of the bolt cap of the connecting bolt is 41 mm-46 mm; two ends of the hexagonal diagonal line are respectively provided with a locking screw.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: due to the fact that the screw locking and looseness preventing principle is utilized, in the structural design of looseness prevention of the hydraulic connector of the cold rolling mill, the thickness of a connecting bolt and a nut is designed to be 12 mm-20 mm, and clamping and dismounting of a wrench are facilitated; the hexagonal head of the nut is designed to be 41 mm-46 mm. This allows the mounting of the M6 jam screw at the hexagonal corner. The design results avoid the accident that the right-angle joint is loosened due to hydraulic oil impact and the joint connecting bolt caused by rolling mill vibration, greatly improve the working reliability of a high-pressure hydraulic system of the rolling mill, thereby saving the consumption of hydraulic oil, reducing the accident time and ensuring the smooth production.

As shown in the attached figures 1-5: the anti-loosening structure of the hydraulic joint of the rolling mill comprises a welding head 3 and a nut 2, wherein the welding head 3 and the nut 2 are fixedly connected through a right-angle block 1; the upper and lower sealing rings b5 and c7 which are arranged on the joint of the bolt body of the connecting bolt 6 and the right-angle block 1 and the sealing ring a4 which is arranged on the joint of the welding head 3 and the right-angle block 1; the anti-loosening nut is characterized by further comprising a connecting bolt 6, a connecting thread 8, a loosening-preventing threaded hole 9 and a nut 10; the connecting bolt 6 with the through hole in the middle of the bolt body consists of a nut 10, a connecting thread 8 with threads at the tail part and anti-loosening threaded holes 9 arranged at two ends of the diagonal line at the top of the nut 10 which are connected into a whole; two screws 11 with the length equal to the thickness of a nut 10 of the connecting bolt 6 are arranged in two anti-loosening threaded holes 9 arranged on the diagonal line of the nut 10 at the top of the connecting bolt 6, and the lower parts of the screws 11 are propped against the upper plane of the right-angle block 1; the connecting bolt 6 passes through the right-angle block 1 and is installed on the rolling mill through a connecting thread 8; the thickness of a top nut 10 of the connecting bolt 6 is 8 mm-10 mm larger than that of a common standard nut; the size of a top nut 10 of the connecting bolt 6 is also larger than that of a common standard nut by 5-10 mm; in the embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the bolt cap 10 of the connecting bolt 6 is increased from 12mm to 20mm, the hexagonal diagonal line of the bolt cap 10 of the connecting bolt 6 is increased from 41mm to 46mm, and 1M 6 anti-loosening screw is respectively arranged in the threaded holes 9 arranged at two ends of the hexagonal diagonal line.
